We booked two rooms. One of the rooms had a broke. Closet door just hanging there along with a cracked light switch. The hot tub didn’t work. And the pool water was cloudy. Morning continental breakfast was basically nothing. No coffee. Who doesn’t have coffee. No pastries. Like one cream cheese in the fridge. The lady working the breakfast was just sitting at a Table chatting with someone. Giving dirty looks as people seemed disappointed to have nothing to choose from.

I’ll start by saying the room was nice and clean, the staff was friendly. The breakfast was full of options and had extended hours on the weekends which was nice. However we specifically chose this hotel because of the amenities. We were looking forward to the pool and hot tub and sauna. Unfortunately it was all down the entire time without notice until after we checked in. The second day we were told the pool would be accessible but not the other things. We figured better than nothing until we went to try getting in the pool door again and it was still locked without any answers. Needless to say they never fixed it. I wish we would have been told before we checked in.

Booked with Comfort Suits for the pool. Luckily the rooms were clean and comfortable, because the pool and fitness room was run down. To boot, the Sauna and hot tub was out of order.

I booked this hotel specifically for the indoor pool, hot tub and gym. The furnace was not finctional with no plan to fix it so the pool and hot tub were freezing cold. Everything in the so called gym was rusty and smelled awful with mold on the walls. The room was decent and clean but was very old and was not professionally remodeled when it was "updated". I will not be booking this hotel again and will not recommend it to anyone I know. This is not allowing me to add photos or I would have.

It was okay, but not worth $200 a night. Hot tub and sauna out of order. Pool ice cold, and gross with bugs and bandaids, and really seemed like a run-down area. There was a hole in the bathroom door, the peel and stick wall paper was peeling, and the shower door track was yucky. Everything seemed really worn out. But the beds were quite firm, which I liked. The staff was friendly, too. I’m glad I only stayed for one night, though.

Not clean, not inviting during check-in, no shower curtain on a tub shower. We were not the only ones at the front desk trying to get things straightened out. From the sounds of it, our room was better than the others filing complaints. Bathroom was pretty skanky. We checked out the next day and went elsewhere. I would not recommend it.

We checked in and the closet doors were off the track and never could get them to work. Room cleanliness was poor. Windows filthy. We never had housekeeping clean the room and going down to the front desk did no good. I went there twice on Saturday when we got back. at 2pm and 10pm. Terrible customer service at the front desk. My niece checked into her room which was occupied and not cleaned and not cleaned on Saturday. Same attitude at the front desk. Calling the head office to get a refund did no good. I suggest you take them off your list. Reviews for June and July were bad. I purchased the reservation in May

Terrible. Room was very dirty, covered in glitter. Couch was covered in stains. TV didn't work, no cable box. Cleaners replaced a towel, not coffee, didn't make the bed or clean. Heat wasn't working in the lobby, entire hotel smelled of marijuana. It came off as a place that rents by the hour.

Our room was not ready after the 3:00 checkin time. Main living area lit by three lamps, none of which had bulbs and desk clerk couldn’t provide any. Extremely difficult and very time consuming to connect to the TV. Twice during the middle of the night our TV turned on all by itself and woke us up. Our neighbors began blasting their TV at 4:00 am. Minimal and cheap personal cleansing products provided. Extremely minimal food options available at breakfast. Over the years we have stayed at this hotel several times and by far this was the worst experience!

We booked a single King room and were given that room type. However the toilet was plugged and wouldn’t even take toilet paper. At first we were told because we booked through a third party we could not have a new room and we were given a toilet plunger. It didn’t work. Only after arguing that there was an expectation regardless of third party booking we would be given a functioning room was another room offered. It was not a single king but a double queen. We were told there were no other king rooms. Looking at the parking lot we do not believe that was the case. The double queen room was a handicap room with a half new glazed tub. Morally we don’t believe non handicapped people should take up a handicapped room. We were treated poorly.

Didn’t have our reservations, had to call Expedia Twice to solve it and that took over an hour. Then put us in an already occupied room. Back down got new room. Didn’t get the king size bed we ordered and the TV didn’t work. Forgot my tablet there and it took 30 minutes and 6 phone calls to get someone. They won’t mail it to me so I have to make plans to have someone pick it up,

The hotel was fine. The experience we had on the other hand was very disappointing. I was staying there with my boyfriend and dog and we had another couple with a dog walk right into our room because the staff had booked them our room. It was very startling and nerve racking for me and my dog. I went down to politely confirm that our room number was correct and that wouldn’t happen again. I didn’t even receive an apology from the hotel staff or anything of the sort. She blamed it on the system and didn’t even give me her full attention it seemed like it wasn’t even a big deal to them. Never have had anything happen like this at any other hotel.

Tony was helpful when i forgot phone in lobby. The rest of the staff paid little to no attention to our requests. Stayed for 4 nights and requested twice for service both in writing and a phone call, Sara took the call but still no response whatsoever. The front desk was not manned most of the time during the day.

The cleaner at the hotel opened my hotel room door without my consent while i was just getting out of shower. I heard no knock no nothing just getting out of the shower completely nude while some strange man opens my door. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!! Who opens a hotel room door without consent 3 HOURS BEFORE CHECKOUT!!!! I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. YOU SHOULD HIRE MORE COMPETENT STAFF!!

Pleasantly surprised, we had a king 4 nights with the sofa sitting area which made nice for separating from the bed. Iron was a need glad it was available. The daily breakfast was nice also. Enjoyed hot good eggs, bacon and sausage. We were disappointed the pool and fitness hours were not open before 10am. This should be 8am or earliest 7am for those who like to get going early. Otherwise all was good. Will stay again as we have family near by. Mahalo

The window in my room was dirty. Hair in my bed and fridge wasn't turn on. Hot tub not working. Food was empty before 8:20 am and didn't make more of anything. Even coffee wasn't made.

This used to be a really nice place to stay. When we walked in we were greeted by an employee that was ready to go home or so she expressed that to us. None of the vending machines worked and the employee didn’t seem to really care or offer to help. The rooms could use a little touch up, definitely dated and lots of chips in the furniture, broken lampshades, etc. Breakfast was lackluster, lukewarm food, very little milk, watered down juice, cold coffee and no decaf option. The one positive was the bed was very comfortable.
