Wasn’t aware if $75 pet fee until checkin, despite reading all registration correspondence and trying to find anything about pet fees on their website. You can't beat going to a Beavers game and staying directly across the street at this hotel. It's wonderful! We had a little mix up with our breakfast. We weren't given our vouchers and my husband ended up paying for this free breakfast. When he asked the waitress about it he was given misinformation. We got it straightened out. The pool was lovely, but the spa was luke warm. Hotel is very clean and quiet. Highly recommend.

Conveniently located next to Oregon State University campus. Friendly staff. Access to Groome shuttle if you opt not to rent a vehicle. Downside for me, the fitness center was minimal; missing a pullup bar of some type. A little pricey, try to find a deal if you're considering it.

I stayed only one night for vet school interviews at Oregon State. During my stay, the staff was very helpful and accommodating and even let me check out 30min later after checkout time so I could get ready for my interview. The fitness center and its convenience are definitely the best things about this hotel. The room itself was average but certainly good. I only ate at the hotel restaurant because I honestly didn't feel like going anywhere else, and its average but I honestly would recommend elsewhere for food. An excellent stay in my opinion.

Parking was the only issue I had with this property. A week after my stay, my card was charged for a parking fee”. Not a word was ever said about the parking not being included in the astronomically high rate we paid for a hotel room. I travel the country and stay at hotels all the time. A perfect place to stay if you are planning on activities at Oregon State University. Easy walk to both Gill Coliseum and Reser Stadium. Staff was really helpful and friendly. The restaurant is a nice plus, but meals are not included with your stay. Parking also costs, which is unusua considering they’re not in a busy metropolitan area. Rooms could use some updating, but are clean and comfortable. I believe they’re in the middle of a remodel.

It was a nice facility. The room had some issues, for example the fridge made the microwave vibrate and make noise, which was annoying enough that I had to put the coffee maker on top of it along with some other objects to make it stop. I was put in an accessible room for some reason and the TV was dated. They do have a good WiFi connection and friendly staff.

This hotel looks like it has never been updated. The floors were creaky and the wallpaper was coming off in some areas. There was no place for guests to fill water bottles or get hot water in the evening, however, the hostess was super nice and got us water for tea. There were essentially very few amenities at this hotel. The breakfast was very mediocre. Biggest plus was the staff.

Among the highlights were a friendly and very attentive staff who were always available and great at anticipating guest requirements, a large and attractive lobby which included the restaurant and bar area, and a convenient location adjacent to the university. I arrived early after flying overnight and learned that my room I had booked the night prior for the early arrival had been canceled as a no show. I also had a room for the current day/night but was told that nothing was available until later and to call and keep checking, I asked to be called and was told no. The parking lot was fairly empty, I do not believe the hotel had no availability. I would have thought that my reservations would show together and be obvious. I am extremely disappointed and it caused a very stressful day. In addition I was told no refund for the canceled room. The front desk person on that morning was not helpful and quite rude.

Great Location next to the OSU Campus Accommodations were clean, comfortable, well appointed. Staff checked with me several times via text to make sure we were taken care of. Our dog was welcomed with open arms. I've stayed here several times before and it's always been Great.

Check in was typical- all interactions were with college students that didn’t want to be working. Watch out for the “free breakfast” in the amenities, turns out you have to pay more for Your room rate to get the free breakfast! Our heater unit did not work in the room. Since we didn’t realize this until midnight we ended up freezing all night instead of calling for service. Not the best stay!

Great spot to stay if you are visiting OSU especially for baseball or football events. They have cut back on the breakfast offering at the buffet which is an overall Hilton change/issue that is disappointing (I travel and stay at Hilton Garden Inn's almost weekly around the West Coast) Other than the buffet changes everything else is great!

We’ve had significantly better breakfasts at other hotels (and they didn’t cost extra). After day one breakfast, we just ate elsewhere (Dizzy Hen in Philomath is great).

The location is convenient although very dark when nothing is going on. It has convenient amenities including the restaurant. The breakfast buffet was a little disappointing for a Hilton. It was $14, but pretty much less than you'd get for free over at the Best Western. There weren't a lot of people in the hotel though so maybe it gets better with a crowd. Staff was great, professional, friendly, competent. Facilities are clean. My biggest beef is with the "light" Keurig coffee pods in the rooms. This isn't Dunkin country! The buffet has dark coffee so not sure why there is "light" pods in the rooms. Maybe is just me, but would love to see at minimum, medium blend. If you like dark coffee bring your own pods!
