The pool was really nice and the breakfest buffet was good. The only thing I would change would be the hotel really needs to update the TVs to smart TVs. And add a microwave to each room.

The stay was rather pleasant for a one-night stay. It was a little nosey, no ice maker on our floor. The exercise room was extremely hot with a box fan. The swimming pool was really dated. But I wouldn't count them out. I would stay again if I needed a place for one night

The elevators were broken my entire stay only one was operable.l and I was almost late for the airport. The refrigerator froze my intravenous medication and the controls could not be adjusted, there was hair floating around in the swimming pool and there's no microwave in the room either.

Just be prepared to pay for parking. I wasn’t expecting that. Very nice hotel and staff, nonetheless. There are a few Crowne Plazas in the area, so just double check the address :)

Have to pay an additional deposit in which $15 a day comes out for parking, which was supposed to be free. Breakfast was greasy and basic. Elevators were messed up. Would not recommend!!

Shower took for ever to actually get hot and the water pressure was terrible (I have more water pressure than their shower). Bought the parking pass but their scanner at the gate never worked so I always had to call the front desk to let me in or out. Bathroom door corner all beat up. AC was set to 65, but it never really cooled off.

I really wanted to like this hotel but there was only two elevators working out of the four and it was a busy hotel do to it being a rainy weekend and they have an indoor heated pool. Check out day was horrible we waited and waited for an elevator. We had to finally push the up button so we could a Least get on one and ride it all the way up so we can go down. There were many families taking the stairs and this is a high rise hotel . 21 floors

The gym had the same equipment as my gym at home, so it connected straight to my app. And the waitress at the bar and grill got my name immediately and called me by name Everytime she saw me. However, the air conditioner in my room was not working well, and I called them multiple times about it the first night, and finally just ask it to be fixed the next day. They worked on it but at 2 in the morning it quit again.

Room was clean and bed was nice. When we arrived the room was over 80 degrees. We could not get the room to cool down all night long, and we baked all night long. It was 34 degrees outside- yet the hvac system just kept roasting. We turned it to fan only, yet more heat. So close to being a very good place.

So, we called the hotel and asked if the room had a smart TV. The front desk guy said yes, and then I called their customer service and asked the same question. She also said yes, smart TV. We asked again when we checked in, and the guy said yes, 100%. We went to the room, and guess what? The TV wasn’t smart! We called the front desk again, and the gentleman said don’t worry, I’ll find a different room and move it for you. So, I waited, but no one showed up. I went downstairs, and the guy told me they were looking for a room for me. He just walked away when he saw me, and the other gentleman came to the shift. He was really rude. He said we don’t have smart TVs. That’s all we have, and he was very rude about it. .

Some problems were: room had a musty smell, WiFi was spotty, ac did not cool in our room, room fridge did not run continuously, so our food ruined in the night, service at breakfast was poor, the eggs were cold, the coca colas were glass bottles with pop off caps. I didn’t bring a bottle opener, and actually broke the glass on two bottles trying to open them. This makes for an high risk of injury to one’s body, inside and out. All other employees were excellent.

The AC didnt really work. It never got cold and the toilet didnt flush. We called for maintenance and they did come plunge it but it never flushed after that and only one time before that. Really inconvenient to go the the lobby each time to go to the bathroom. The shower water was undependable. Went from scolding hot to all cold water. This was our first time to book a "nice" hotel and it was really disappointing. We were excited when we got there but we left extremely dissappointed. We felt the value shouldve been more in line with the amount we paid.

Overall, everything is pretty good. I live on the 14th floor and can see all of Dallas through the window, which should be a very pleasant thing, but a thin layer of dust on the window has dampened my spirits.

The first room the heat didn’t work. The second room had no refrigerator or lamp. Called to speak with a representative named Tomika was very rude and unprofessional. There was a group of us that booked rooms through Hotels.com to stay at the Crown Plaza. We booked our rooms 3 days in advance. We called the hotel to inform them that we would be checking in late. They told us we didn’t have any rooms. They said they were a first come first serve basis hotel no matter who you booked your rooms through. It was late at night and we had to find another hotel to stay at. Never again will I use Hotels.com or book a room at the Crown Plaza.

Line to check in was very slow. 5 people in front of us and it took 40 minutes to check in. Only one line although there was more than one computer and two people behind the desk not checking people in. Breakfast was cold. Bed on the other hand was very comfortable and room was very clean.

Check in was the best part, after that its all down hill. The air conditioner was broken and I reported that to the front desk. Maintenance came up and acted like they did some stuff to make it work. Took out his laser thermometer and bullshitted me. I'm a tech and can tell when someone if putting up a front. It never cooled at all, my shower drained so slow that water was up to my ankle. Over all this location was good and the stay was awful.

I arrived at 6pm and my room wasn’t ready. I had to wait an additional 30-40 minutes for the room to be ready. They were overbooked and understaffed. I had to go back to the front desk four times because the room key didn’t work. It was safe for the most part but it wasn’t the best stay.

The first room the heat didn’t work. The second room had no refrigerator or lamp. Called to speak with a representative named Tomika was very rude and unprofessional. I was left on hold for 10 minutes with her coming to the phone to say pleas hold without letting me get a word in. Will not be staying ever again

Everyone here was awesome, stayed here for just about a weeks time and was mostly to myself but all the staff that I had run into here was really nice and super accommodating. Shoutout to Robert for the hospitality when checking me in and Elizabeth for the extra front desk help up when I needed something! Excellent place for value and an excellent stay and can say i will definitely come back when In the area!

Line to check in was very slow. 5 people in front of us and it took 40 minutes to check in. Only one line although there was more than one computer and two people behind the desk not checking people in. Breakfast was cold. Bed on the other hand was very comfortable and room was very clean.

Stay was pleasant. Some problems were: room had a musty smell, WiFi was spotty, ac did not cool in our room, room fridge did not run continuously, so our food ruined in the night, service at breakfast was poor, the eggs were cold, the coca colas were glass bottles with pop off caps. I didn’t bring a bottle opener, and actually broke the glass on two bottles trying to open them. This makes for an high risk of injury to one’s body, inside and out. All other employees were excellent.

The rooms smelled like mildew. Had to request wash clothes for my room. There was a needle on the floor that my significant other stepped on that was in our room. The rugs were dirty, bathroom door would not shut close. This was my first time experiencing these conditions at a Crown Plaza hotel. Disappointed with this Crown Plaza Hotel. If when you book your stay, it says you get a free breakfast for 2, make sure when you check in that the staff know this. We were told our stay didn't include breakfast. So for the first morning we went out to eat. Later that day, I showed my wife on the booking that it showed breakfast for two. So, she went to the front desk and was told, I'm sorry, sometimes our computer doesn't always show the correct information. They then gave her a ticket for the free breakfast the next morning. Not a huge deal, but just an FYI. The room was comfortable, but the AC was crap. We had it turned down to 60 and it never got cold in there. By the second night, it felt cooler, but no where near 60. I think the problem is the vent blows across to large window towards a wall instead of blowing into the room so it never really circulates. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was nice. There was a subtle smell in the room that didn't really bother me, but me wife said the room stunk. I guess she's more sensitive to it. They do charge for parking, which I didn't realize until after I booked it. I think it would be better if these places just raised the room fee by $15 and then said, we have courtesy secure parking for our guests. It just makes it sound like a benefit instead of an extra charge. The breakfast we finally had was a standard buffet style breakfast but we could order off the menu is we wanted. Overall, it was nice.

I love the crown plaza but the only thing I hate is when they have large events there because its hard to find good parking and use of elevators. The lobby is always crowded with nowhere to sit. They dont clean your rooms when you stay multiple days. You have to ask for fresh towels as well.
