Crowne Plaza Dallas Downtown by IHG

Området hvor hotellet ligger har ændret sig mig. Ikke hyggeligt og trygt at færdes i. Hotellet er meget nedslidt. Venligt personale, som dog ikke kan opveje kvaliteten af hotellet, den manglende vedligeholdelse og den manglende rengøring

I booked a 1 king bed preimium room. And the when I arrived . They put me in a 2 bed queen size. And the balcony door was broke

The check in is horrible here at this hotel. They are always u restarted and don’t have the csr skills to help navigate the wait. They allow long lines to form and not even comp anyone anything. I waited in the lobby over an hour to check in due to a discrepancy they had and they allowed me and others to wait to the side forever and not do anything to rectify the situation. Very unprofessional and quite ghetto in fact. No help whatsoever! Just done with this hotel all together!

The Hotel was very noisy, both outside and in (especially on Friday and the weekend. Balcony is a little scruffy. Room is clean and comfortable. Pool looked, okay, no oasis, but, it is a pool!. Didn’t try anything else. Reception staff friendly & helpful.

Our room was clean, the staff was very friendly, and breakfast was free with our room. So good stay overall. I would just say they need to update some things.
