The staff was great. The place is just average. We were there early around 9:30 am came from our cruise. The check in is not until 2:30pm but the staff let us check in early for additional 20 euros which is not a big deal for us. We were there for only 1 night and our flight was early the next day at 6:25 am. So, we left around 4am the next day. For 1 night, this hotel/Inn is ok. No other amenities but wifi. No ice, no refrigerator, no microwave.

standard hotel room that was clean with good amenities! there is no AC, which we didn’t realize before we booked - it gets extremely hot and there is only a small ceiling fan. besides that, the room was great, just hot!

Boa experiência, hotel a 100 metros do ponto de ônibus que leva a Veneza Central; atendente Rassan foi extremamente gentil na nossa chegada nos passando todas as informações importantes sobre a hospedagem, alimentação no entorno, ônibus e etc. Existe estacionamento privativo com portão e acesso restrito. Único ponto ruim é que o quarto tem carpete …. e o cheiro de carpete antigo não gostamos. o Ar condicionado também deixou a desejar, não estava refrigerando.

This hotel is your basic good hotel. There was nothing fancy about it, but it was clean and economical. The air conditioning worked and during a heat wave in Italy that was a dream come true. The front desk person helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs, which was very nice. The shower set up was a little funky because we ended up getting water on the floor of the bathroom but that may have been user error since it had a european shower head thing. The location was good: 20 minutes to Venice so we were able to go in to Venice for dinner and 12 minutes to the airport which made our early plane flight that much easier to catch. It was located in a very quiet town, but there was a nice wine bar across the street.

First off, Hotels.com had many things listed as untrue. There is no shuttle to the airport. They were going to charge me to leave my luggage after check out. There was no wash cloth or cup in the bathroom.

Good option for a short stay near Venice airport. The room was nicely decorated and very clean. Staff communicated well via phone and email, but the reception is not 24h. I arrived after midnight and access was very easy, exactly as indicated in their message. It was a bit overpriced for what it is (in addition to a very overpriced Uber service), and it is located in an uninteresting small town, so I would not recommend it for long stays, but it is really convenient if you only need it for a short stay near the airport.

The worst i ever experience. 1. i booked due there advertisement Airport Shuttle what they refuse and say orbitz did it. Even on the website the offer this. ok we take a bus and in the early morning a taxi. 2. with many luggage or handicap you have a problem due he fact you have to move all up 3 stairs. 3. Somebody then make the check in process in a room with copy of the passport on his private cellphone and not normal paper copy - unusual 4. The room is very hot and full covered windows. By removing the cover to open the window surprise in the bathroom aggressive mold and in the living room covered with paint. 5. The AC is working only noisy like a permanent running engine. On Sleeping was not even to think. For this we called all hotel around to possible move only most no respond due closed or sold out. So we decided to stay out of the room as long we could and even the 5 hours at night impossible to sleep due the bad air by possible spreading the mold with the AC. I complete went sick and was at ariving in Madrid due big issues with breathing in the hospital to get some medicamentation. All what we experience we recorded by Foto and video and will report this asap to the authorities in Venice where give this .... a working permission. This "Hotel" not have to mention the name luxury rooms or anything to host travelers and we hope it get investigated. The funny part is to read other reviews where i cant believe that all other rooms would be luxury or hostable

This was an average hotel. Nothing special, but nothing negative to really report back. Staff was quick with answering the doorbell when arriving. Afterwards they provide the code to get into the building so you don’t have to rely on them. Room was averagely clean and tidy. It appeared to be older, but nothing bad to report

This hotel, located on a bus route to Venice, was conveniently located, beautifully decorated and a delight to stay in. The owner/manager was exceedingly friendly and helpful to us in arranging our stay and transportation. The room was large and beautiful, clean and comfy. Whether you are staying one night or a week, this is a beautiful place to call home.

Great stay for our early morning flight! It was exactly what we needed before flying out. Close to bus stop (5, 19) from Venice bus terminal (25minutes journey / €1.50 - buy at Tabacchi). Host was responsive and sent us instructions for our late check in. They also kindly arranged a taxi (€30) for us in the morning for our early flight (5mins drive). Remember to have cash to pay city tax. We didn't stay long so could not speak about the area. The room was beautiful in true venetian style and very spacious (and romantic), as well as a great bathroom. Only thing to mention is the window was left open in the bathroom so it was very cold when we came and the bathroom floor is quite cold regardless (have some slippers if you're an early bird in the colder months). Be careful with shower cubicle door, it doesn't fully align when closed and you'll end up with a wet floor. A coffee machine/kettle would have been an added bonus but we survived. Shame we didn't get to try the ice cream next door

Lovely hotel, but a little misleading until you get to your room. The ascent to the lobby is scary...dated and dumpy. No a/c until you are in your room. But the room is very nice and very clean, and the service is lovely. The only thing I would change in the room is the bedspreads. A box of tissues would also be nice. It is located close to a few charming restaurants, such as a gelato store and LaSosta, which has very yummy dining.

The hotel was decent, the room was clean and the locatiom is great because the bus stop is very close to get into venice. The 3 things that i didnt like is, 1. the pillows, are hard as rocks and im not over exaggerating. 2. We came at the end of april, it was about 65-70°F during the day and THERE WAS NO AC. We asked the staff about it and he shrugged and said there was nothing he can do. 3. While the location is close to the bus, the front door to the hotel is down this walkway, that is infront of a park. At night it is very scary, especially for 2 female travelers. Its pitch black in the park and one night around 12am we came back to the hotel and a man was even sitting in the darking swinging on the swings. It is just pretty creepy/scary late at night. It may be a safe area but things can happen so i wouldnt suggest this place for solo female travelers just for that reason.

Everything about this experience was superior. Checkin super convenient. Staff friendly and thorough. Communication was above and beyond…responses were prompt and even helped me with convenient places to eat and very thorough information regarding transportation services. Good option for a short stay near Venice airport. The room was nicely decorated and very clean. Staff communicated well via phone and email, but the reception is not 24h. I arrived after midnight and access was very easy, exactly as indicated in their message. It was a bit overpriced for what it is (in addition to a very overpriced Uber service), and it is located in an uninteresting small town, so I would not recommend it for long stays, but it is really convenient if you only need it for a short stay near the airport.

L’hôtel est quand même loin du centre de Venise. Nous avons réservé une chambre qui a été donné à un autre client et ensuite la responsable nous a donné une chambre soi-disant un peu plus grande alors que c’était très petit et étroit pour deux personnes. Elle prétend que j’avais pris une chambre économique alors que ce n’était pas le cas et qu’elle nous aurait donné une chambre un peu plus grande sans frais ajouté sauf que la chambre que l’on nous a donné était trop trop petite. Le lit était un lit de deux personnes avec deux matelas d’une personne ce qui donnait mal au dos si on avait le malheur de dormir au milieu. Les oreillers étaient hyper plats . Nous n’avons été accueilli par personne idem pour le Check out. La personne est joignable via Whats app. Ce que je regrette également c’est qu’il n’y a pas de bouilloire ni de machine à café ni dans la chambre ni ailleurs. Pas de petit déjeuner proposé et la cerise sur le gâteau l’hôtel n’arrivait pas à prélever le montant de la carte malgré que je leur ai envoyé la preuve que le montant était bel et bien sur le compte du coup j’ai dû payer sur place et j’ai payé un supplément de 5€ et quelques sous prétexte que c’est la taxe alors que la taxe a été compté lors de la reeevation via le site hôtels.com. Pour ma part j’y retournerais plus car payer 115€ la nuit pour une mini chambre sans présence du personnel qui accueille et pas de petit déjeuner non merci.

Hotel situé dans une banlieue banale de l'aéroport. Cependant, bien situé pour pouvoir rapidement s'y rendre et accessible par la route 5 de l'Aérobus en moins de 15minutes. Le personnel à l'accueil est avenant et tente de répondre à nos besoins de façon exemplaire. Un taxi a été organisé à brève échéance par le personnel pour notre transfert à l'aéroport qui devait se faire très tôt le matin, ce que nous avons grandement apprécié.

The hotel was very easy to access from the airport. We arrived at 8PM and Hassan, the evening manager, was very upbeat, welcoming.and helpful. He also arranged for a very convenient taxi ride for us back to the airport at 4AM.

Boa experiência, hotel a 100 metros do ponto de ônibus que leva a Veneza Central; atendente Rassan foi extremamente gentil na nossa chegada nos passando todas as informações importantes sobre a hospedagem, alimentação no entorno, ônibus e etc. Existe estacionamento privativo com portão e acesso restrito. Único ponto ruim é que o quarto tem carpete …. e o cheiro de carpete antigo não gostamos. o Ar condicionado também deixou a desejar, não estava refrigerando.

Det var ingen der da vi skulle sjekke inn, men da vi ringte, dukket de opp etter kort tid. Utleier var svært hjelpsom og vennlig. Dette er ikke noe hotell, men en rekke rom for overnatting. Rom og bad var helt OK, og vi var godt fornøyd for én natt. God bussforbindelse til flyplassen.

The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. If you look at the Google reviews for this property, she is laughing and threatening everyone that leaves an honest negative review. I had a horrible experience with their customer service which led to me leaving and checking out 10 minutes after arrival. The owner bragged about keeping my money and rebooking the room right after. Very dishonest and unprofessional. The owner then threatened to call their lawyer and local authorities if I don't remove my review within 48 hours. Overall I would not give any money to this company, the Sheraton 10 minutes away was wonderful, clean, and people were actually there and working.

The hotel was decent, the room was clean and the locatiom is great because the bus stop is very close to get into venice. The 3 things that i didnt like is, 1. the pillows, are hard as rocks and im not over exaggerating. 2. We came at the end of april, it was about 65-70°F during the day and THERE WAS NO AC. We asked the staff about it and he shrugged and said there was nothing he can do. 3. While the location is close to the bus, the front door to the hotel is down this walkway, that is infront of a park. At night it is very scary, especially for 2 female travelers. Its pitch black in the park and one night around 12am we came back to the hotel and a man was even sitting in the darking swinging on the swings. It is just pretty creepy/scary late at night. It may be a safe area but things can happen so i wouldnt suggest this place for solo female travelers just for that reason.

Hotel cerca aeropuerto International Marco Polo. Cogimos un taxi por 25 € porque llegamos en un vuelo a las doce de la noche. Instalaciones muy limpias, tranquilas y el chico que nos atendió muy amable. Al lado hay una cafetería para desayunar rico y económico. Hay una línea de autobús con para muy cerca que llega hasta Venecia (plaza Roma) en aproximación 30 minutos. Hotel sencillo pero recomendable 👍

This hotel is your basic good hotel. There was nothing fancy about it, but it was clean and economical. The air conditioning worked and during a heat wave in Italy that was a dream come true. The front desk person helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs, which was very nice. The shower set up was a little funky because we ended up getting water on the floor of the bathroom but that may have been user error since it had a european shower head thing. The location was good: 20 minutes to Venice so we were able to go in to Venice for dinner and 12 minutes to the airport which made our early plane flight that much easier to catch. It was located in a very quiet town, but there was a nice wine bar across the street.

The family was very friendly and helpful. The son spoke English which was a super plus for me. They also have an ice-cream shop right next to the property and the ice-cream was amazing. I loved the Lemon. The young man was super helpful when I needed a taxi and also told me how to get to Venezia on public transportation. From the hotel go towards the main street and cross it. Then at the traffic light cross it again and you will find a tobacco shop a couple steps ahead and but your ticket for the bus it is 1.50 one way and the bus picks you up really close by. The buses pass by every 15 minutes. Anyways it's really close to airport about 14 min in taxi or less and Venezia even on bus is close. I liked my stay.

PROS: EXCELLENT customer service!! The young man was VERY helpful and always answered all questions. Spacious room. Updated & good sized bathroom. GERAT location, right near a bust stop, for a direct line to take you right to Venice in only about 15 minutes!! Several eating options and convenient stores, ice cram, and ATM all near by (1 block or less.) CONS: No elevator (common in Europe. However, the front desk helped!) Dated room decor, but very clean and comfortable. My only REAL complaint is that the curtains do NOT completely close-out the window view. There is a walking and sitting area right outside the room, anyone could peak inside if they wanted to do so.

Great stay for our early morning flight! It was exactly what we needed before flying out. Close to bus stop (5, 19) from Venice bus terminal (25minutes journey / €1.50 - buy at Tabacchi). Host was responsive and sent us instructions for our late check in. They also kindly arranged a taxi (€30) for us in the morning for our early flight (5mins drive). Remember to have cash to pay city tax. We didn't stay long so could not speak about the area. The room was beautiful in true venetian style and very spacious (and romantic), as well as a great bathroom. Only thing to mention is the window was left open in the bathroom so it was very cold when we came and the bathroom floor is quite cold regardless (have some slippers if you're an early bird in the colder months). Be careful with shower cubicle door, it doesn't fully align when closed and you'll end up with a wet floor. A coffee machine/kettle would have been an added bonus but we survived. Shame we didn't get to try the ice cream next door

This family run hotel is very conveniently located close to the airport with very convenient bus connections to Venice (1 bus, 15 -20 minutes to Venice). Staff is very helpful and friendly in providing information. They also operate a small cafe for your morning espresso and croissant and there is a great little pizza shop just down the street. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel, but a little misleading until you get to your room. The ascent to the lobby is scary...dated and dumpy. No a/c until you are in your room. But the room is very nice and very clean, and the service is lovely. The only thing I would change in the room is the bedspreads. A box of tissues would also be nice. It is located close to a few charming restaurants, such as a gelato store and LaSosta, which has very yummy dining.

The hotel is 8 minutes to Marco Polo airport by car which is good. The room was fine for a night or two, and the price was right. They arranged a cab to pick us up at 4am to get us to the airport. A coffee maker in the room would be my only complaint, but I’d probably stay here again.
The hotel is 8 minutes to Marco Polo airport by car which is good. The room was fine for a night or two, and the price was right. They arranged a cab to pick us up at 4am to get us to the airport. A coffee maker in the room would be my only complaint, but I’d probably stay here again.

A quaint retro style hotel, excellent service, very clean and comfortable rooms, lovely hosts who are very organised. Plus they own a lovely café downstairs which makes the best coffee, would definitely recommend.

Clean room with comfortable bed and air conditioning and clean bathroom. Very close to airport and easy access with #5 bus, close to bus stop. Messaged staff who were very helpful with remote check in and detailed instructions for my stay as my flight arrived at 23:00. Great for a short stay near the airport!

I cannot recommend this hotel. Despite the hotel stating they offer airport shuttle service there is not such thing, meaning you will have to pay roughly $45 for a one-way taxi or Uber ride to the airport. To top it off, the room's air conditioner was completely inadequate; the absolute coolest it could get the room was a sweltering 80°F, making for an incredibly uncomfortable night. Save your money and book elsewhere.

It was a dark place, the check in was a little stressful, door was closed and had a bunch of signs, the bell did not work, I felt I was in the middle of nowhere. No elevator, the mini fridge did not work at all, and had rotten food left inside. the only good thing, bathroom had space and it was cleaned
