Parking was easy, not covered but who cares? Owners helped me, very friendly and professional. Room was clean, had some old furniture that was a bit worn but amenities were solid.

no amenities shampoo etc water shower trickle 1 tiny trash can. very comfortable beds, nice decor, tight parking no pets or pet fees.

If you’re looking for luxury or fancy this is not the hotel for you. If you’re looking for a great price, an immaculate room, a safe place, and a super comfy bed, this is it. My only complaints would be no morning coffee availability in the room or the lobby. Butch Bros is a few minutes walk through the parking lot, so doable, and the lobby access is very limited and only open from 3 to 9. No early or late check in allowed.
