I booked (2) rooms, with (2) Queen Beds. We checked in, and BOTH rooms had (1) King bed each. What's the point of making a reservation two months in advance?!? I went back down to the desk, and the best she could do was to find (1) room with two queen beds. That was it. No discount, no credit, Nothing. Is Hotels.com at fault, or Holiday Inn? Not Happy.
