Hotel was clean, standard breakfast, decent pool... The beds are incredibly lumpy and uncomfortable, there's no elevator, and there was either a herd of elephants in the room above us or the hotel is made of cardboard. I asked the staff multiple times to ask the other guests to stop running and stomping above us but it didn't stop until hours later when I assume they passed out from exhaustion. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone hoping for a restful night of sleep on a comfortable bed.. better luck somewhere else!

We received an email 2 days before the trip that they did not have elevators and that if we had special needs to let the manager know. We called and told rhem about our needs including my son in a wheelchair. When we arrived they did not have a room avaliable on the first floor. Finally after 45 minutes of dealing with the desk person whoch jad our notes about or needs they were able to get ua a rm on the firat floor. Unfortunately we were not able to use the restroom or shower due to not being able to wheel the chair into the restroom. Also the room was not wide enough to move the chair nexr to the bed. The faucet in the bathroom leaked and had the entire floor wet. The entire hotel smelled like mold and it had an odd smell to it. I will not ever be staying at this location egain
