Pros: I was impressed with the crisp, clean look of the room. The beds were comfortable and bedding more luxurious than expected for the price. The breakfast is excellent! There are so many different options that I’m sorry I was only staying one night. Cons: The tv only had a few channels. Not a big deal to me, but it could be for others. Some reviewers have pointed out the lack of working hot tub. I was really disappointed about that but forewarned by the reviews. I would have been really angry if I didn’t know the info was incorrect. They say they’ve notified Expedia and have no control over the fact that the information hasn’t been updated. Honestly, there wasn’t much I could find fault with. I just don’t give 5 stars to any place unless they truly blow my socks off. This place was solid. I felt this was an excellent value for the money. I would stay here again. Get the hot tub working and I’d be willing to spend a little more.

The front staff was awesome, the breakfast was great, outside of the building was nice and clean and kept up. Located in the mall parking lot made it nice to go shopping. Central location was easy to get around town. Looks like they tried to spruce up the inside but the painters missed several spots and whoever cleaned up after them looks like they took one rag and wiped everything down including all the mirrors, headboard, floors, counters, that had all the Sheetrock dust on it. The only thing that was really clean was the bed (which I was great full for) the towels and the toilet. I cleaned the room when we got there and let the front staff know. They let me know that they had a cleaning crew and would let them know. Other than that it was great.

We came and stayed here just overnight (my husband, our one-year-old son, and I). The staff were incredibly helpful and kind so that was a major plus for us! Though the fridge started leaking and there was a huge mess on the floor when we woke up. We never even used it/opened it. Also, my son was walking on the floor after a bath with bare feet and the bottoms of his feet were black after 5 minutes! Clearly the floors had not been mopped in some time. They were laminate so should be mopped every time someone stays. At least give it a quick one with the swiffer! Lol But liked the continental breakfast!

This place was filthy you could not walk on the laminate floors without having your feet turn black hair all over the place gum stuck to the floor The water when it came out to make coffee was brown. At half the price it would have been way way too much

This place was a good fit for the price other than being very dirty. The mirrors still had splashes and my feet were freshly clean but black 2 minutes after walking barefoot inside. The toilet wasn’t secured to the floor.

Our room had a urine smell. Our sheets did not appear to be clean. Our feet were black from walking on the rooms floor. There is a booger on the shower curtain. Over all a very middle of the road motel. Basically Motel 6 at twice the price.

It was on a busy road but because of the shape of the hotel having an inner court yard our room faced a beautiful green space that shielded us from the noise of the street. The room was clean, I loved the fridge away from the bed. Did not hear the noise of a small fridge which can be distracting at times. lots of space and friendly staff. Only one night on our travels but I would do again when traveling the coast.

The walls are paper thin. I could hear every conversation in the surrounding rooms and outside. The shower faucet was difficult to turn on and water pressure wasn’t good because it came out both the shower head and the spigot.

Close to everything, shopping in the same parking lot and the staff was friendly! I forgot to grab milk for my toddler and visited the lobby quite late. The gentleman grabbed me two cups of milk to hold us over until morning!

Nice hotel, great breakfast, nice people. Had a discussion about the rate for having a small pet dog with. Travelocity quoted us $25 per night, and when we arrived could not check until we signed a pet waiver which was $39.00 for each of the first 2 nights and $25 a night after that. The manager finally after three attempts to check in that afternoon agreed to the quoted price of $25. We could have left the dog home at a dog resort and pet spa for $30 a night. $39 seems high per night. The aggravating part is there seems to be a communication problem between the posted sight and actual hotel.

So we walked in to check in at 10:30pm. The staff on the front desk was doing something on the computer and another staff was also beside him. Not a single one of them acknowledge us and we continue to wait for 15 minutes standing in front of the staff, nothing as though he has never seen us. Then he left the front desk and still said nothing to us. Then a new staff walk into the front desk and she said that she just woke up and still feeling confused. She did not know what she was doing as tries checking us in. Eventually, she found a room for us and when we check it, it was so dirty and smell of mildew. I am a member of Choice club as a business traveller and this is the worst Choice Hotel I have ever stayed at. Dirty hotel and beyond poor customer/staff servuce.

Had a trip booked Sunday-Friday and on Sunday I asked if we could change the reservation to Sunday-Wednesday. They refused. There was no reason the reservation could not be changed that far in advance. Hotels.com said it was the hotel that refused, the hotel said it was hotels.com that refused. I won’t be using hotels.com any longer and I won’t recommend this hotel to friends again.

Upon arrival I was not greeted at the desk. I stood there for 30 min. Waiting for the desk clerk to manage something with his computer and during that time he never made eye contact with me or said hello! When I was finally acknowledged and began the check-in process the “refundable” dog deposit was changed from $25 quoted to me on the phone to $39 which I paid with the assurance that it would be refunded to my card if all was well when we left. (This is not true. Might as well state up front you will not be receiving this money back!) I was provided 2 electronic keys to our room (one each for me and my husband but only one holder.) When we opened the door to our room it had a horrible odor at first. Very caustic. We decided it must have been from the cleaning agents so we turned the air conditioner on full blast and left the door open while we unloaded our vehicle to help air out the room. The floor was very dirty. We could not walk barefoot as it would get our feet dirty and it needed repair between the vanity area and the shower area as it was lifting up. There were not enough towels for 2 people so we had to stop at the front desk and as for additional towels. And the coffee setup in the room was very inconvenient! The little coffee pot barely fit in the area allowed for it! I was actually worried it might fall on the floor! The room refrigerator was dirty on the outside but clean on the inside. It just felt like the whole stay was a big disappointment!

It’s an older property but still very nice and we were greeted warmly by Brook. She upgraded our rooms when she heard about the terrible experience we had the previous night on our road trip. We had a great nights sleep. King bed was very comfortable. Shower was great! Good breakfast too. Only thing they need to do is give the floors a proper cleaning. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks Brook!

The room was clean. Bed was soft. Loved the multiple pillows. The bathroom was a little old but worked. The check in was amazing. Over the top customer service. Would stay again.

The front staff was awesome, the breakfast was great, outside of the building was nice and clean and kept up. Located in the mall parking lot made it nice to go shopping. Central location was easy to get around town. Looks like they tried to spruce up the inside but the painters missed several spots and whoever cleaned up after them looks like they took one rag and wiped everything down including all the mirrors, headboard, floors, counters, that had all the Sheetrock dust on it. The only thing that was really clean was the bed (which I was great full for) the towels and the toilet. I cleaned the room when we got there and let the front staff know. They let me know that they had a cleaning crew and would let them know. Other than that it was great.

Convenient place in North Bend for getting off the 101 when it is close to the end of the day. Had a pet and was in the row of units closest to the ocean. The wind was blowing so hard outside that my bed was shaking a little when I went to sleep. The wind had stopped in the morning, so the shaking did too. The room was clean. The bed super comfortable. There is a pet area behind the hotel complex. It was a Sunday, so pretty quiet area.

Slept in our clothes on top of the bed. Did not sleep well. Was worried about leaving anything in the car. There was a methed out man across the street fighting with a napkin. The hotel shares a driveway with Taco Bell. Toilet was not secured to the ground,1 Shower looked dirty.

We didn't have a ton of choices to pick from. I've never stayed in a quality in and I now know why. The walls in the room are dirty. Chairs are stained and in general feels unsafe. It's situated in a parking lot of a busy retail shopping mall. Loud and frequent cars.

Handicap rooms were booked, but I was given first floor rooms next to a ramp. The shower was in a low tub and had support bars. Was pleased with arrangement. Enjoyed breakfast of waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage and yogurt. The breakfast and accommodations are why I always stay ther.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The state of the property was in poor condition. Apparently, an attempt at a remodel had been made but was done very poorly. Breakfast was very limited. Only waffles and cereal.

Very mixed feelings on this one. Unlike most of the motels on this trip, we were given a first floor room. The bed was good and the room clean. However, the bathroom was worn with the shower faucet almost falling out of the wall. Breakfast was a joke. They had butter and cream cheese but no bread or muffins.

Had a fridge and microwave. King bed was very nice, firm and comfortable. Breakfast was superior to most included buffets. Bacon was an option here. Loved it. Donna checked us in and was manning the breakfast buffet the following morning. Shes amazing.

A one night stay at the coast to enjoy the ending of a year. Front desk was friendly and thorough with check in process. We received a large room which was nice, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was hot with a very good variety. Overall a pleasant experience.

The room was very clean! The beds were firm and comfortable, and the water pressure was fantastic. Even better than at home. The pool, spa, and, gym were extremely clean, though the gym had limited options for a full workout. The staff were polite, kind, and courteous. The breakfast provided was your standard Continental fare, and was very good for free food. Would stay again!
