Had large fridge, microwave and burners

Ok - this is EXTENDED STAY - so there’s a whole kitchen - but ENTIRELY unequipped - and not even a COFFEE POT. Can’t remember when I was inANY motel without at least a basic coffee pot, keurig or something. And ZERO amenities in the lobby . So - I’m glad I wasn’t planning to use it as my home base for an EXTENDED STAY. Get me?

The main perk of this hotel and the number one reason why I booked it is because there is a kitchen in every room. However, there are some glaring issues. I called the hotel prior to arrival asking if I needed to bring cookware or utensils and was told that I did not, because they had everything I could need to use. Upon arrival, there was no cookware at all in my room, no utensils, no plates, no dish soap or a sponge, nothing. Came to find that I had to ask permission from the front desk to use anything, so I asked for a coffee maker, a pan, a pair of tongs, and a bowl. They didn’t have tongs, and the coffee maker they gave me was grimy and they didn’t give me any coffee filters to use with it so it was useless. There was a roach in my room the first night that crawled out from under the bed and up the wall. The entire lobby of the hotel smelled like cigarette and weed smoke, and I saw the employees sitting outside smoking when I was parking to check in, and it took me calling them to get them to check me in. My room smelled heavily of cocoa butter and weed, especially in the bathroom. The shower was so small and the shower curtain is so far away from it that I had to point the showerhead at the wall so I wouldn’t get water all over the floor. The carpet had many stains on it, and I found a small bloodstain on the sheets as well. The kitchen towel they laid by the sink had red stains on it. Other guests in the wing I stayed in were loud each night until 3:30 in the morning.

No real facilities at the hotel. Weird location. Not real clean. Staff was hit or miss.

The property is adequately clean, the room was comfortable and AC worked. The kitchen area is dated and without any supplies, but there is a stove and refrigerator. I wasn't able to give five stars for a couple of reasons. First the front desk is not 24 hours, but closes at 11p, there is a phone to call for assistance but you are advised it should only be used for emergencies. Second, I have never stayed in a hotel with no form of coffee, even a maker in a room or a carafe in the lobby. I knew they weren't doing any kind of breakfast, but with a kitchenette room thought there would be some sort of coffee maker even if an old fashioned pot. Overall, it was a nice, no frills stay, relatively close to several gas stations and other food places.

Located right next to the entrance of I-376, which takes you to downtown Pittsburgh, it was very convenient and the room had a small kitchen (but no pots, pans, plates or utensils). The room is spacious, but the floor needs a major cleaning because the bottom of my feet turned completely black after walking around a bit. There were no pillows on my bed and the microwave was out of order. Also, you can only enter the building through the front entrance, so if your car is parked behind/side of the building, you have more distance to walk because all the side doors are exit only.

Very old and in dire need of renovations. Dark, not well lit. Breakfast was basically coffee pop tarts and granola bars. ZERO amenities. No ice, plates, cups, utensils in kitchenette. I’ve stayed in many Extended Stay locations. By far the worst one!!!

Hotel was great especially for the price! Clean, parking and check in was easy. Loved the small kitchen area. I will be staying here again.

Carpet was dirty and turned our feet black. Felt like there was a film on the carpet. Musky smell. Outdated.

Bedbugs....

I booked a stay on Tuesday June 4 and Wednesday the 5th at this Extend Stay. I want to preface this with the fact that I have stayed at at least 4 other branches. I have NEVER complained nor have I ever witnessed such BIZARRE and unsanitary conditions. Tuesday afternoon I was walking barefoot on the carpet while I unpacked my clothes and watched a movie, it wasn’t until I was going to the bathroom and noticed that my feet were absolutely black and FUZZY. It was DISGUSTING. I immediately rinsed them off in the tub and washed them thoroughly with body wash. At this point I noticed that the bathroom mirror was completely smudgy and not from me. So I tried to use the mirror in the bedroom it was also completely unusable. That’s when I called to the front desk and told them the situation. I was really stunned and taken aback by the response, she simply said that she would have someone bring up windex and a vacuum when they had time. About 2 hrs later a random guy brought me a very old vacuum , and then he waited outside of my door until a young lady brought a generic windex. Then they both said in unice, we need these

Staff both evening and morning were friendly and efficient. The property inside hallways had a very strong cigarette smoke smell. Room was a little worn, fridge very stained, weird. The beds are exceptionally tall (which is likely great for remaking), but hard to get into, and the side table is now too short.

The room was very old and dirty. Spiderwebs and spiders crawling on one of the beds. It is a very old hotel and has not been updated at all. I would never stay there again.

The room was still being cleaned when I arrived trash left in room food left in room dresser dirty left dirty bed sheets left in closet not a very good cleaning job

Room was not cleaned. I stepped on a piece of glass which a small shard stuck in the bottom of my foot. It was very painful and cost me money yo have it removed and cleaned. The surrounding property is covered in trash. Very unfortunate stay.

Smoke smell all over inside , room , bedding is like we r staying in hostel.. overall disappointing

The advertisement stated breakfast was available and it was not. The hotel had bedbugs which means it was unclean. It was a long uncomfortable nightmare

Door lock on my room did no work properly, the has to open my door manually every time I needed to enter. Breakfast was supposed to be included, but the just place a little table at the entrance of the hotel with some stuff. I was never able to get a coofee. It was a really bad surprise.

Nice room. Comfortable bed.

This is a fairly clean place that does deliver a quiet night"s sleep.

Toilet was clogged when we arrived. It was late at night, so we informed them in the morning.

Signs of wear and tear in the room. Carpet had dark stains. Fan in the bathroom was very loud and did not really function. We slept well in the beds. It was quiet all night. Spacious in the room. Staff were super friendly and worked very hard.

Advertised as Free grab and go breakfast, they do not offer this! Took about 10 mins for someone to come to the counter to check me in. First room went to turn the bathroom light on and sparks flew out of the exhaust fan, and it blew, tripped the breaker. New room worked though and she said sorry and just transferred me to the new one.

Had several dogs barking thru out the hotel and at night was woke up by barking

Hotel is very nice and highly recommend, I have loved every stay so far. I have 2 complaints, a minor one being that the blanket is pretty thin, but the more serious complaint is the free WiFi is pretty poor and it defiantly could be better. I understand they have better WiFi available for purchase, but the standard free WiFi could still be better. Also, purchasable WiFi was not available on all devices, so I was forced to use a WiFi that wouldn’t work well for my console. If they improved the WiFi, it would be an easy 5 stars, but as of now I’d say 4.5 stars.

Fine enough for a stay, but a bit old. Turning on the heat caused the fire alarm to go off in the room.

When I arrived, the person staffing the desk could not actually check me in; I slept in the room and checked in the next morning, but I couldn't get on the internet. In the early morning, there wasn't anyone behind the desk for a while. When there was, they weren't able to help me with getting on the internet easily. I travel for work, and I need internet access.

I never stayed I arrived at the hotel and they said I didn’t have a room that they overbooked and I had already called earlier that day to confirm and I had already paid for the room

The staff at the front desk were super-helpful during check-out by telling me to avoid driving through the city that morning as there was a half-marathon going on and a lot of roads would be closed (and not indicated on Google Maps). They gave me a great alternate route to get on I-79, too, so big thumbs up to them!

The staff and mgr Emily was awesome. She did everything to accommodate me the best she could. And i seen some friendly faces with staff i used to wrk with at a different job. I felt very comfortable.

Checkin took over a half an hour - even though we were checkin in at 10:30 at night and were the only ones there. We walked through a cloud of marijuana smoke to enter the hotel, then waited 5 minutes for someone to come to the counter. She had no idea how to check us in and asked me(!) if I owed money or had already paid. Our nonsmoking room smelled like cigarettes and the two windows were open when we got there. After several attempts and two people trying we got them closed. The bed was just a metal frame and the stovetop looked to be about thirty years old. The bed was fine, but that’s all I can say. It was a cheap room and I didn’t have big expectations, but basic service and cleanliness would have been nice.

Austin, the service desk attend, went above and beyond to be helpful with our check-in (I had forgot my driver's license and had to switch info to my friend's name) and with other things while we were there. Housekeeping was fabulous too! I can't remember her name - older woman, checked the room, changed air filter - was super pleasant and polite (hope her son's wedding is fabulous too) We were very pleased with the cleanliness; and will come back again the next time we're in the area.

The location is easy in/easy out of downtown. It was fine for a quick stay, but not the cleanest or safest hotel. There are residents who live there who are sitting and hangin out everywhere. The hallways and the rooms also have a subtle odor; not awful but certainly not pleasant. Front desk staff was pleasant.

This property was close to major highways yet it was relatively quiet.

It was adequate, but nothing special. The entryway had a strong smell, like air freshener trying to cover up weed or smoke. The room also had a bit of a smell. No breakfast. Location is a bit further from the city than expected, though near the highway so commuting wasn't too difficult.

Older location and not walkable but 1/2 mile from stores and restaurants. 10 minutes from downtown. Clean and maintained but older. Friendly staff. Would stay there again.

There is no breakfast as mentioned in expedia. Not even a coffee machine is present. very horrible place. Very very old and some unpleasant smell from room.

This hotel is bit old but clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Their website shows that they offer coffee and grab and go breakfast but this is no longer true. Need to update website. You willl need to go out or bring food/coffee with you. But, there are plenty restaurants and coffee shops around.

The bathroom was horrible. Nasty. I used the rags and towels to clean room and could not get replacements. Lobby closes at about 11pm nightly. Breakfast was advertised but not provided

The entire hotel smelled like cigarettes as soon as you walked into the lobby, in the elevator, and halls. Which is weird considering the entire facility is supposed to be non-smoking. This bothered my asthma so bad with how heavy the smell was. The room smelled musty like old dried water or something. They did not have “grab and go breakfast” like it mentioned when booking and in the email I got with information on the hotel. The only positive thing I have to say is that the sheets were comfortable, but could have used a blanket on the bed and not just the thin fabric they try to pass as a blanket. The AC in the room worked great and it’s a fairly convenient area if you have a car to drive around places. Not at all worth the price we payed to stay there for 2 nights.

The staff could not have been nicer, and the property was clean and convenient to my location. The only con is that the property advertises breakfast, but the hotel doesn't actually offer anything (not even the "grab and go" breakfast that was stated on Expedia. Just for awareness if you're thinking that the combination of stay and breakfast is something you need. It's also not convenient to any breakfast options.

Didn’t have breakfast ever the hotel no longer provides it which is miss leading. The room smelled like smoke. Had to leave the windows open all day during the whole stay and used febreze everyday on it. The front lobby always smelled like smoke and drugs. The beds were miserable.
