Staff friendly and helpful. Walking area to get dinner. I came with family. Has an indoor pool.

The rooms are clean and modern. The staffs are friendly and attentive. Great breakfast choices. We particularly enjoyed the pool area that’s heated and comes with a hot tub. Free coffee/tea/coco are available at the lobby.

Such a beautiful hotel! Friendly staff! We were greeted with warm cookies in the lobby! We missed breakfast as we decided to sleep in then go for a swim but it did smell good haha. The pool area is beautiful, the hot tub was perfect.

Really an easy hotel to get to. The rooms were really clean, with plenty of parking, and while at first, I had difficulty connecting to the internet with some help, I was 50 down and 30 up! Great for my business meeting calls. They also had a boardroom next to the lobby so I could sit and work. A very large and clean breakfast area. I would like to stay here again and it is PET friendly!!! Amazing!!!

We didn’t arrive until 11:00 pm and the women at the front desk could not have been nicer and more helpful. Rooms were on the modern side for a Hampton Inn but very nice. The breakfast was good with a wonderful young woman who made sure that you had everything that you needed. The parking lot went around and uphill so that you could stay on the second floor and take your luggage in on the same level without stairs or elevator. That was very unusual.

Hotel was well maintained and staff was welcoming upon check in. Room was clean and bed was good. Hot water and pressure was great. Breakfast was the usual but fresh and well stocked. Parking lot well lit. Indoor pool looked nice. W/D on premises. Only negative was charging to much for pet. Pet friendly but not wallet friendly.

It claims service however there is absolutely no room service or no restaurant and this is the whole reason I wanted this particular hotel because it stated there was room service

Very very clean!! We loved our stay. The only negatives were that the pool was out of service and my husband said having the air right next to the desk means he can’t much work done without turning it off.

The pool and breakfast is usually a plus for us when we stay here because of our kids. Just didn't seem as clean or worth the money as usual. Very expensive this time and a non-refundable dog fee of $75 in addition to the higher-than-usually-priced room.

Bob at the front desk very nice professional and excellent at his job. I could tell they all have a nice rapport with each other. The place was so clean and the best I have seen in a long time and we travel a lot.

The room was very clean and all staff went out of their way to be helpful. We just stopped overnight and it was perfect for that. Lots of extras! Pillows were incredibly comfortable!

This property was 10/10 clean. It appears to be newer but it was obviously well cleaned, including ledges and corners. Breakfast was tidy, stocked, staff was around for refills, we arrived 30 minutes before it ended. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The blackout curtain was broken in our first room. We were offered to change rooms, then the bathroom fan on the second room was not working. Overall this hotel doesn't provide the experience we expect from all Hamptons hotel.

The bed was horrible. It felt like sleeping on a piece of plywood. The pillows were so thin, they did not provide any support. I woke up sore both days after 2 horrible nights of sleep.

The HVAC system was incredibly loud...It sounds like a freight train every time the compressor came on. I used an app to measure the decibels at 61-80 db. It literally kept me up half the night until I turned it off completely. When I mentioned it at checkout, the two front desk people barely acted as if they'd heard me. like whatever. That was disappointing.

As advertised- clean, friendly staff, modern, comfortable. Worth a stay if you’re in the area.

The hotel was decent…we just didn’t like the room was always damp.

Everything was great, with one major exception: Our bed was so hard and uncomfortable that we literally felt pain when we awoke during the night.

First class stay. All employees could not due enough for us. The best of the best Hampton Inns.

We and other family and friends stayed at the Hampton, Clark Sunmit for my father in laws funeral services. I called the day prior to see if we could check in early so that we could get to the wake by 3pm. We were told that the hotel was not full and there would be a good chance e that we could get in early. Upon arrival the person at the desk told us w could not and that since we booked through Expedia/hotels.com we would have to contact “our representative”. We seemed to be at a disadvantage despite the fact that I have a Hilton AMex. Never once did she say sorry for your loss. Instead she seemed to make it difficult to be helpful or flexible. This same person told 2 other guest that they could not park their work truck in the back as it took up 2 spots. They left and went next door to the Beat Western. Meanwhile, when we came back and asked a different front desk associate if the hotel was full she said no that they were not even half full. Clearly these front desk employees were selective of who they let into the hotel, when and for some reason were using the “hotel is full’ to be as unaccommodating as possible. We are going back to Clark’s Summit next week for Christmas but will not be staying at the Hampton nor use hotels.vom as we were sadly treated like second class citizens. Perhaps if I booked and. Checked in w my Hilton AMex service would have been more welcoming.

location for my needs was good. Request to clean room denied because " you must request by 9 AM" This was not verbalized to me at check in ...nor was this time limit requirement stated on the notices on the bathroom mirror. When I commented on this to the front desk on checkout, all I got was how it was my fault ....push back on me, the customer. Not good.

What I will comment on is the high degree of professionalism, the night of 9/0/23. With a raging flood out side these folks got guests into rooms with no electricity on. They should get an award.

The hotel was fine and served our needs. Check in and check out were a little chaotic because our keys didn't work initially, which was an easy fix. But then they gave my brother in law keys to our room and kept conflating our reservations even though I booked through Hotels.com and he did not. They ultimately gave him our room bill (including a $3 bag of M&Ms we bought). Overall it seemed disorganized and chaotic, all because we have the same last name? But the hotel was fine.

Wonderful hotel and great staff

This was a solid choice for an overnight ski weekend in the area. Room was clean and comfortable. Easy access to major highways. Only downside - just not much in Clark’s Summit.

I was in Clark Summit for a wedding. The location for the hotel was very convenient just 10 minutes from the venue. The hotel staff was amicable, helpful and professional and the room was clean and the beds comfortable. Our room was behind the swimming pool area and was still quiet and we felt we had our privacy.

Very clean. Good breakfast options. A bit noisy with trucks going on the turnpike bridge overhead. Overall very good.

Close to 81 but very quiet. Hotel was very clean and well managed. Staff was wonderful.

Very convenient and close to highway

Room was dark, they are using these low voltage LED lamps, expensive, 300 a night! Yikes!, downtown is crowded, lots of unique places to eat, we walked the Tolley trail, check it out if you go! Breakfast was so, so, typical hotel Breakfast they need to change it up!

Has always at this hotel the staff were friendly and everything was clean. They went above and beyond to see if we needed anything. Breakfast was well stocked and hot. Attendants were present and made sure food was replace quickly and everything was kept clean.
