In one of the two rooms we had. Room 205 one of the beds had crumbs in it. We we late checking in with an early check out. To exhausted to go to the front desk. We could not use the bed and had to share the other bed. We did mention it at check out. Clean beds are the least that should be provided. Otherwise staff that we met were very nice

The breakfast it's ok, one thing we made us uncomfortable is that there was a person looking at everyone just standing there, may be cultural or a regional thing but we rather have breakfast without being looked at

Thought the property was described as having connecting rooms, but our rooms were not connected despite our request at booking. The two desk people had disappeared when I came back down after checking in. Property is showing some age; worn magnetic keycards with sharpie-drawn arrows, tub spouts popping out of the shower wall, elevator door sounds like it has emphysema, etc. Can't really blame the hotel, but I'm annoyed enough to write a bad review because of just how awful a horde of guests on our floor were. Children of a variety of ages running the halls and slamming doors at 11pm, with the adults not just leaving the kids to do as they please, but even telling them not to listen when other hotel guests told them to quiet down. To be fair, someone from the hotel did come up and tell them to knock it off—she had to say "I work here" when the kids asked why they should listen to her! Hotel 6 or 7 out of 10, one set of guests 1/10, bad luck/timing but we'll just try somewhere else next time.
