Very nice facility

great stay. greeted warmly. clear info on wifi, pets, breakfast, etc. look forward to another stay when we pass through again.

The staff was quite friendly and the facility was well maintained. The restaurant, though somewhat outdated served really tasty food. I enjoyed the guitarist that performed.

We watched a beautiful sunset from the deck overlooking the mountains and valley. Friendly staff led to a quick and efficient check-in.

My husband and I always stay at this hotel. It's convenient with our travels, always clean, quiet, restaurant is amazing. The staff are always so happy and friendly. Scott, the manager went above and beyond to make our stay the best. I highly recommend this hotel.

The pool was not heated, it was freezing cold. Most of the staff was cold, unfriendly. One staff member was very nice. The room had very little storage.

What I liked was the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Loved the dog area and what spectacular view.

Glad they are a pet friendly place to stay. The connecting restaurant and the area between the restaurant and the hotel can use some cleaning up. Restaurant used to be one of the finest in the area, but seems to be run down somewhat.

Everything was perfect. Clean rooms and dining area. Staff super friendly. No complaints. Looking forward to making this a tradition for Christmas trips up north to visit family.

Place was OK, our door didn't lock ( stay shut ) but didn't realize until settled in ( my wife and i couldn't eat breakfast together because door wouldn't stay shut ) for the price we won't stay at a Hampton Inn again

Great location, easy in and out and access to everything in the area. Hotel was very clean, breakfast in the morning was great and the coffee was hot.

I have no complaints about the service of the hotel employees but the guests made a lot of noise knocking on doors and talking in the hallway late at night.

The front desk receptionist, Melissa, was the best. She was most helpful, kind and really likable. Our room w the view of mountains was fabulous. Breakfast was yummy everyday. We will be back and this is the place we will stay.

On this specific date my family and I encountered what I can only describe as a horrific , unpleasant traumatizing experience , my son had an emergency which led us to have to step out of the hotel room early morning at 10:58 am to buy a change of clothing for my nephew leading us to be late to our check out by an hour and a half , we are fully aware and understand the rules and guidelines and have always been compliant except on today’s occasion. Upon our arrival back into the hotel guest service lobby , my sister went to check out of the room fully understanding there might be some sort of fee for the additional hour and a half. She was greeted by Robyn who explained to me that check out is at 11:am and my sister acknowledged and even asked if there was a fee for staying extra in which she did not respond and instead the house keeping manager Terri along with another house keeper Katryna approached the front desk scolding my sister and yelling and calling her out of her name , also yelling  “did you know check out was at 11:00am” “not allowing me to explain out situation , the yelling proceeded to go on for about 15 minutes , this situation was not only very unpleasant it was very traumatizing , we felt like we were being attacked.this situation took such a toll it also led another guest in the hotel to insert herself in the situation causing even more disturbance and intensifying the argument. In our 3 years of experience staying at this hotel we have never encountered.
