Put in room in poor condition. When shower head didn’t work next morning I was given another room to shower in that was so much better. Property is to undergo full renovation so wait until then to consider this property. Or, inspect room thoroughly and ask for a better one if you find problems.

This property is tired and needs significant repairs and updates. My non smoking room has sheets with cigarette burns and the bed just wasn't comfortable. Shower curtain incapable of keeping all the water in the tub. No breakfast, no pool, no first floor ice machine. Mismatched resolution on all channels on the TV.

Had to ask for microwave and fridge which was advertised as having window was filthy and couldn’t see out of it. Half the plugs didn’t work. Place smelled really bad. Hardly Any lighting in bathroom. Hallway was pitch dark hard to see what’re to slip my card into room was way too dark.

Check in was good, the staff were helpful and friendly and the room was ok. The hotel is definitely in need of some upgrades. There were no towels or washcloths in our room. The air conditioner didn't work at all. The bathroom was not very clean. There were stains on the walls and some stuff on the toilet. The walls in the back stairwell are scuffed up and have cobwebs all over the lights and in the corners. There are key pads on the doors to hotel but they do not work. The ice machine was absolutely filthy. The pool has been out of order for who knows how long. There was coffee in the lobby area in the morning but the sugar and cream containers were open and not sealed. I stayed here a couple of years ago and it wasnt like this or maybe I was in a different area back then, idk. I enjoyed my stay back then but sadly I wont be back unless some upgrades happen.

Run don't walk away if you are considering staying here. This is one of the most disgusting hotels I have stayed in. The pictures online are not accurate. The first room I was given had areas of the ceiling that were wet looking and looked to be bowing, receptacles without covers, the door was splintered by the safety bar where it looked like someone had tried to kick the door in at one time, areas were painted haphazardly and never finished, the spigot was loose and turned almost 360 on the sink, and the entire room stank to high heaven. After complaining I was given another room that was markedly better but still in very run down condition and in need of major updates. Sheets had stains and holes and there were no matress covers on the mattresses which were old and stained. The hall going back to the rooms on the C hall was carpeted and smelled of piss. As soon as you opened the door to go back the hall the smell was overwhelming. This hotel has long time rentals and I have a feeling there are people living there on a permanent basis because as soon as you pull into the hotel there were cats sitting on the windowsill inside one of the rooms that watched the comings and goings. The grounds of the hotel were littered in cigarette butts, garbage and dog feces. The only positive thing I can say about it is it was relatively quiet. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The building reeked of stale cigarette smoke. We opened the window on the 2nd floor to let fresh air in. Neither the phone or television worked . Both microwave and small fridge were filthy and rusty. The bottom of the shower curtain was full of black mold. It was late and we had been driving all day otherwise we would have left to find another place.

Checked. Front desk person was extremely pleasant. Got to the room…… it was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned. Went and got another room. While the beds were made, everything else was unclean. The shower was so dirty that we couldn’t bathe. The floors nasty and sticky and the linens were stained.

BED BUGS, MOLD, AND ROACHES. Terrible hotel, please do not book! Your safety is definitely at risk with this hotel. We checked in, and went into our room and we’re welcomed with black mold, hair all over the tub, a roach on the wall, ripped sheets with makeup on them, and a ceiling on its last leg. We walked out of our room, and we were locked out! The key card wouldn’t work. I went to the front counter and no one was there but a note saying “I stepped away be right back, please ring bell.” I rang the bell at least 15 times and waited for well over an hour!!! With my dog locked in the room!! A gentleman then came downstairs saying he wants a refund because he found bed bugs! We all waited until finally the women whom I assume lives at the hotel came out looking half asleep with her child. Not even apologetic just issued refunds and let us go on our way. Was not phased by the conditions at all. DO NOT BOOK PLEASE SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY FOR YOUR SAFETY AND HEALTH.

Large RM, but Stinks! MUST remove carpets!!! Disgusting Bathroom! Door Hits Toilet- See pics! No microwave. Fridge: No shelves/didn’t work. I needed a place to stay overnight and booked here for around $70 on a Saturday into Sunday morning. A no-frills place that could use a little work, but check in was easy and the room was clean, The bed was soft and the pillows a bit hard. Shower was excellent (which for me, is all that matters) and the shower head had LEDS in it…never seen that before!! 😊😊

When arriving to the Red Roof Inn in Hermitage PA, there was no one at the desk, and a sign stating no vacancy and to contact the booking site. I called the number at the desk and when the women answer finally she literally said what? I proceed to clarify how can you give a room away that was booked? She rudely said that’s how it goes and hung up. Then when I did get in touch with the booking site due to having to find a new hotel and then waking up to my bank account being overdrawn as Red Roof Inn charged me. Terrible experience all around.

I reserved two rooms I reserved and had confirmed on line were unavailable. The reason for the booking mix up did not make sense. Essentially I was told that Expedia does not have access to the number of rooms available,and ZI should have booked directly with the hotel.

I would tell anyone looking to book this property to seriously consider a different property. I booked it as a non refundable and when I arrived at the property there were no employees there to check me in. I tried to resolve the issue via Expedia and the customer service was awful. After an hour, an off duty employee showed up and luckily he checked me in. The property was very poorly kept and I saw several vagrant type of guests. The area around the entrance was extremely littered with cigarette butts. The hallways had a combination musty, smoky, pet smell. My bed sheets had not been completely dried when put onto my bed and felt damp when I crawled into bed. I don’t normally write such a bad review for a budget motel but this one was well below the standard even for a Red Roof Inn. Again I don’t recommend it and book at your own risk.

Arrived around 6pm no one was there waited about a hour then they showed up with alcohol and checked us in went to dinner came back to relax there was no remote for the tv told at the desk they didn’t have one shower curtain would not stay closed because the curtain rod was falling off the wall. The dead bolt lock was broken so couldn’t lock the door. Will never stay there again

I liked that it was easy to get to and close to dining. I did not like that on the outside everything was over grown and the garbage was over full. Walking into the lobby gave a dirty feeling. Rug was dark and dreary. It was not welcoming at all. Neither was the hall. The only room in no way looked as nice as the pictures. Tv and sink were the only nice things in the room. Pillows were small and flat. Didn’t even fit the bed. One comforter had brown stains that looked less like poop. Carpet had what looked like blood on it. Had to go ask for towels and soap. Ceiling in room was stained and cracked. Toilet didn’t flush well at all. Tub was old and dirty looking. The hole place needs major renovations.

The pictures are false. This place is a dump.. It smells funny and so dirty. Please do not book this place. I made a mistake and checked in and paid but never actually made it to my room. I honestly feared for my safety. I sat in the parking lot and watched my car get eyeballed, pretty sure it would have been stolen or broken into over night. I now cannot get my money back since I paid but I will gladly lose the money over risking my life.

Terrible - we already cancelled return visit. Website says breakfast included - the lady at the desk said that’s no longer the case. Room dirty and in disrepair. No in roomcoffee. No towels or enough toilet paper. The pictures on website are not even close to the room. We already canceled reservation for return trip and found a different place.
