Sheraton Bucks County Langhorne

Wonderful 2 night stay. Helpful staff, beautiful accommodations! Gym was nice, pool seemed clean! Staff went out of the way to be very helpful! Breakfast was adequate. Highly recommend!

Great stay

I stayed at a lot of hotels recently (traveling a lot). This was the most pleasing. I had 4 autistic kids with me and no other adult and the staff was very nice. Helpful etc. Most importantly it was clean unlike some other recent (luxury) hotels I’ve stayed in. They put a clean oversized sheet under and over the comfortable which gives you a peace of mind if the comforter isn’t washed daily (most hotels). Very nice

The elevator broke and we were on the 14th floor. We requested a quiet room and were put directly across from construction.

So, 1st off the staff was extremely helpful and very nice. We got conjoined rooms and there was a bit of a mix up on what i order and i could not get the accommodation I ordered, nor could i get a refund for it (the room i wanted was pricier) because i ordered it from hotel.com, so the Sheraton gave me and my family (6 of us) free breakfast for our stay, which was more than the refund would have been. They didnt hesitate to make up for it. The hotel itself was fine, some people complained about it being outdated, but it really was not bad at all. The pool rool was a bit cold, so the little ones didn't use the pool much because it was too cold, but it was clean and maybe in the summer would have been better. We were very disappointed that the hot tub was not filled (we called before our trip and we were told it was up and running), so that was a bummer. We also called to see if sesame place was in walking distance and we were told it was... so the catch is, it is very close, BUT you have to basically walk down a highway to get to it...and there are no side walks for most of the walk. We had 2 toddlers in strollers, so we weren't going to do that, so we had to pay 35 bucks to park at sesame place each day. Maybe if your kids were a little older, you could probably make it work. The breakfast at the Sheraton, university grille, was pretty good, not amazing, but good and convenient, plus they give you a good portion. All in all, I'd stay there again, especially for the price!
