Stayed 1 night

The staff was fine, except the lady doing the bfest was overwhelmed.. there was a crush of ppl and the food was out constantly. No eggs, milk or hashbrowns. The garbage was full and overspilling. It wasn't really her fault, but the front desk person didn't seem to care, wasn't their job. They could have pitched in, the poor lady was by herself and needed help. I asked for more soap and conditioner because my room was empty and the front desk guy said that I had to wait till housekeeping came in, after my check out time??? how does that help? I think the place was nicely appointed, the room was fine and the beds were ok, could probably use the mattresses to be changed, quite soft and sinking in the center, but the hotels in the area are all the same, used and abused..

Not many towels and wash clothes in the room and our reservation was for a first floor room and got told they had to give our room to another person and they didn’t offer any discount for my inconvenience

Stayed 3 nights

The room was clean, the AC worked great. The location was great for us as well. Breakfast was not that great. We went down at 8am on friday, half the bread box was empty, the juice machine was out of order, the coffee tasted burnt. I went to use the yogurt machine and it was out, no one replaced it. Needless to say we didn't eat breakfast there again. I found that the tub was very deep and difficult for me to get in and out of. The lightbulb went out in the bathroom, i called the front desk, they said they would send someone up the next day but they never did. I think the staff could be a little more friendly. When we checked in, the lady was very nice but after that, we didn't speak to anyone else until we checked out on sunday.
