Several choices were clearly made prioritizing design over convenience. The design IS really great though. Unfortunately, housekeeping here means just turning the beds. For a hotel so close to the beach, and so much construction dust all around the street, sand is a constant. A once-daily sweep would have been appreciated. Staff is very limited - twice when asking for proper housekeeping the receptionist was occupied with other guests for 20-30 minutes, when all I wanted was a broom to clean my own room. Location is fantastic! Walking distance to the market, restaurants, beach and lots of shops!

Excellent stay! Hotel 1935 and rooms were spotless, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally polite and helpful. The central location made everything easily accessible. Highly recommended!
