Stay was fine all in all. Minus the fact that at 2am a fire alarm went off. I went downstairs after waking up to the alarm. Numerous people were either outside or in lobby. The attendant at front desk stated that the alarm went off but he was trying his best to silence it. Said that possibly the outside fog conditions cause the alarm to go off. I was staying for 1 night with my daughter. She had a college try out and visit the next morning. The alarm was going off for approx an hour off and on. I’m not sure if the fire department ever showed up but many people were upset and requesting refunds due to this unfavorable condition. I did not request as I wasn’t about to find another hotel at 2am or sleep in my car with my daughter the night before a college ID event. We stayed thru the night but in the morning the strobe lights were still going off there was no communication from the morning staff upon check out. No discussion or actions were offered due to the situation. All in all the hotel was fine but this was one of my work overnight stays because of this situation.

Great pet stay option. We were traveling across the country and this was an excellent option for us traveling with a U-Haul and trailer and our dog. The front desk check in was like two minutes and very friendly. The room was a pet room, so it smelled a bit of rug shampoo, and cleaned recently as the carpet was barely damp in places. Great bed for a weary traveler, great shower to wash off the road. They offer very good self serve breakfast and coffee for the road. Very good overnight stay experience.

My first choice to stay when I go to PA. Facility clean inside and out. 24 hour fresh ground coffee available in lobby. Lobby always clean, quiet and comfy. Although there is no hot tub, there is a Heated pool really clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking is great, plenty of handicap spots. Full free breakfast buffet; wide variety, everything fresh and good. Microwave and fridge in every room. Beds like a loft, with white linens and you can see how clean they are. Love the pillows. They top off a good night sleep. Cute little store located in lobby for late night snacks etc. Computer and printer available for use in lobby. I have no complaints. Afraid to stay anywhere else because I don’t want to open myself up to a bad experience by trying out other hotels. I’m good staying there. Plus I get points every time I stay there.

We could see the property had just been renovated or was still being renovated. The interior and room was very nice. The breakfast room was very crowded and had to wait on food. There was only one staff member trying to keep the bar full. The parking lot and drive leading up to the property needed paved and cleaned up.

The fire alarm continuously went off throughout the night starting at 1030pm until 6am. The flashing light for the fire alarm barley ever turned off. There was loud construction in the room above me that kept me awake throughout the night.

The front desk was friendly and helpful! Told us about things going on in the area! Breakfast was good! Many options to choose from. The only thing I was not impressed with the pool area! Can use an update and more relaxing by the pool. Can also use a good cleaning. The jacuzzi photos need to be taken down it is no longer there. I would stay again it was very nice

We liked EVERYTHING!!! The room was nice & clean, it had places to put your luggage, the bathroom was huge, you could get in & out of the bathtub easily, the room had shades on the windows that were awesome, the breakfast was great, the indoor swimming pool was sweet & the staff were kind!

Our room smelled musty and moldy. Before we went to bed we discovered black mold on the ceiling and water damage on the walls, showing water had poured down from the floor above. I was coughing from the mood. Our room should not be used again until the mold/water damages are properly fixed. The toilet ran and many items in the room were dusty/dirty-lamps, light switches, etc.

Rooms were unacceptably gross/dirty. First was do foul we had to get moved to another. In the new, “cleaner” room it was still so very gross: Someone else’s hair in the beds & all over the bathroom, piss caked on the back of the toilet, someone else’s toothpaste spit on counters, so much gunk on the rugs it stuck all over our socks and got all over everything…

This establishment seemed poorly run, poorly maintenanced and not particularly clean. Upon checking in I was given a room on the second floor that was freezing with a busted heater. When I went downstairs to indicate that the temperature controls weren't working, I was told they couldn't change my room as the key card machine was broken. This suggests they put me in a room they knew had a problem. I was then told they could put me in a first floor room but that they would have to let me in manually when I might want to go in or out. I had no other options so I took the room. I lrft to get ameal and upon returning, the key card machine was "fixed". The room itself was dingy, with a severely scratched up bathroom door, a non functioning toilet, holes in the towels that appeared to be from mice or some animal and a broken soap dispenser. I took some pictures as it just kept getting worse. I left as soon asI could the next morning. I declined to try the complementary breakfast for obvious reasons.

One night stay coming back from Glen. Hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast bar had a wide variety of stuff. Wifi is good.

Room was fine. We had no hot water for even one shower this morning. When I told the desk he said - yes I’ve heard that from several people around the hotel. He said it must be the number of people showering at the same time. I showered at 5:45am. He was going to tell maintenance but there was no real sense of urgency or apology.

We showed up late in the night and were greeted by a friendly desk manager who promptly checked us in. The room was clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed. What really made our stay extra special was the service and care given by the morning crew from breakfast manager Chelsea and Rachal at the front desk. Best hotel staff I’ve run across in recent memory. The man working the front desk (3rd shift) when I arrived was extremely helpful, efficient and timely! Hotel is clean and close to the highway. I will stay here anytime I’m in this area.

Expedia gave me very many issues during this process and I got charged twice for my stay and I am now struggling a bit. The staff were very disrespectful on understanding what I was going threw when I was showing my bank statements. Everything happens for a reason but I feel more respect is needed because I don’t see myself coming back.

We stayed here during the Little League World Series and loved it. Very clean and comfortable. The sign along the road is not lit so I drove by initially so just be extra careful when looking for the hotel.

The hotel itself and your people were terrific. Bed clean and comfortable. Very quiet This applies to most all hotels staff should know how to give directions over the phone to people who are not familar with the area. Most of the time we had to drive around forever to find the various hidden places where the hotel was located

This property was conveniently to the evangelical hospital, Bucknell U, and restaurants. It’s clean with decent breakfast. My only issue was that their signs were not lit at the entrance to the road the hotel is on and we missed the road several times. Very hard to find in the dark.

Although in a hidden off road, without anything directly around to it, for our needs it is perfect. Newly renovated, decent enough included breakfast, and not far from Bucknell University, at a much better price point than hotels closer to school.
