Stayed 3 nights

Staff went out of their way to help if something was wrong or missing. Good breakfast bar and staff working it. Humidity was very high in the rooms even with the air running

Wow...where to begin? Upon walking into the hotel, the front desk person, Tony, completely ignored me. No greeting, no "I'll be with you in a minute," nothing. Fast forward to us being in our room at 7pm. Our window looked onto the front parking lot. I thought the hotel was near a restaurant or bar because the music, conversation, and loud laughter was nonstop. After awhile we discovered that there was a car parked near our window making all that noise. They were coming in and out the side door letting it slam, and must have had a room door propped open because it kept slamming also. Around 9pm I finally called the front desk to complain about the noise. Tony said he would have a word with them. The car moved one row further from the building, but still in front of the hotel. After three unanswered calls to the front desk, we finally made contact with Tony via our cell. He said that he would speak with them and encouraged us not to call the police because they were guests of the hotel. Call #6 escalated to the point that Tony said he didn't think they were doing anything wrong. That's when he said that they were employees of the hotel. That they LIVED there. Call #7 happened around midnight, Tony had left, but Phil found us another room far from the employees partying out of their car. In the morning, the parking lot had broken glass and trash where the the car had been parked. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It did not live up to the Marriott standards.

There was adequate selection at buffet breakfast. I had to wait 15 min for service at front desk...no sign Be Right Back or bell. Re assigned a room on lower floor but then clerk canceled first room as a No Show and charged me another fee. Anout 2 hours into the stsy, the check in clerk came to our door to see if it was occupied. Crazy stuff

First, we were checked into a room that was occupied by another guest. The suite that we ended up with was a junior suite. They insisted that it was the full suite advertised with a separate bedroom. There is no door. It is not a separate bedroom. The listing is incorrect.

I didn’t get to stay here, unfortunately. I booked a king room with sofa bed on the app, we arrived, we checked in, we went to our room, and we had no sofa bed. With 3 travelers on the booking, this was unacceptable. So we went back to the front desk to let them know we were given the wrong room, and the clerk informed us that they were sold out of rooms and that’s the last one they had. I asked for a refund, he said he cancelled my reservation, but now I’m having to fight with Hotels.com to get a refund for a room type I didn’t even book. I am also not sure if something shady went on when I checked in, because there are THREE charges on my credit card account right now - one from Hotels.com for this room, and TWO from this hotel directly. I don’t know why the hotel would need to charge me directly for anything when I paid for my room via Hotels.com. The two extra charges are twice the amount than what I paid to Hotels.com. So stay away, because someone at this hotel doesn’t seem to know what they are doing at check in or when making rooms available for booking on Hotels.com.
