Well maintained and clean room. Nice options available for breakfast included with reservation. Parking was a little challenging on Friday and Saturday nights. Parked in line with room on Sunday night. Overall, very happy.

The room was ok, but we had To Call twice because the tv didn’t work and lost connection. The hot tub, half of the controls didn’t work to adjust settings, and was just aggravating, tub was showing a lot of wear, cracks , chipping, etc

No elevator for the second floor. We had big suit cases and dog crates. I don’t mind walking up and down stairs but not hauling all our stuff for multiple day stay. I will never go to a hotel again without an elevator for the second floor. The smell of the room was so strong when we got there. it was covering up some bad smell - nauseating. Floor was sticky. I wish hotels.com had square feet of the rooms and elevator information that is easy to find.

The worst night I’ve ever spent in a hotel! Room was dirty, disgusting and smelled bad. I didn’t feel safe staying here. Broken down cars in parking. Shady people in and out of rooms constantly. Then to top it off, the room next door had a party and the hotel warned them a few times but never kicked them out. They playing music, smoking, banging on things outside my door, cars coming and going to pick people up and blowing the horn at 4am. They didn’t stop until 6am! It was horrible. I left and went to another hotel.

Property seemed clean on arrival but the hot tub was slimy and there was hair floating everywhere and after sleeping in the room we both woke up covered in bug bites from sleeping in the bed. Floor was very dirty as well

Blanket had feces and urine on it. Room had dead crickets in it stains all over the walls and bedframe wiped it off was completely dirty and red hand prints on mirror all in all not coming here ever again.

The rooms being a little old would not have bothered me but it was very dirty . Room smelled , very dirty could tell it was surfaces clean . Pillows smelled thank god I brought my own pillows . Knobs broke on the hot tub so couldnt use . Woke up in morning and there was a roach crawling on the floor .

The room smelled of smoke, there were burn holes in the bedding, the floors were not clean. Never used the hot tub, being that the room wasn't acceptably clean. Was given a late checkout time ( noon ) by the evening desk attendant, then woken up by the morning staff banging on the door and phoning me. Less than happy with the stay.

As soon as we walked in there was a potent smell to the room. We walked in and checked the bed sheets and to our suprise found blood stains on the sheets. The comforter and rest of the sheets were stained with something misc. The jaccuzzi was a great addition to the room. However, we had to do a lot of our own cleaning. We wiped down a lot of surfaces and found dirt. In the end, the manager provided new and cleaned sheets that were stain free. The jaccuzzi was indeed a great experience to the room. Overall, the cleanliness of the room was poor.

The toilet sounds like vibrator every time you flush and flushes 2 times but that ok because it double washes. Tv volume is so low on high we had to put close caption on. Besides that everything is fine.

Spacious room and very clean. Nice kitchenette with separate living room, sleeping area and bathroom. Huge jacuzzi in the room as well- but everything was so outdated. The mattress was REALLY old and very uncomfortable. The tiles in the bathroom as well as all around the jacuzzi were chipping pretty badly to the point that it really was not safe to use. Disappointed with that. It was clean and spacious but with so many options in the vicinity, I wouldn't stay again, especially at over $220 on a random non holiday Monday.

The overall cleanliness of our room was pretty good however anything that had to do with upkeep was absolutely terrible. Such as the caulking all around the shower and toilet and the jacuzzi tub look like a kid did it and therefore made it look horrible there was multiple things missing pieces or parts around the room. The jacuzzi tub drain stopper was missing so it had a rubber stopper to put down which did not hold water and cause the tub to drain the entire time we were in it. The fireplace Flames did not work there was a line down the middle of the TV. The main door was so hard to open and close you had to be extremely forceful. The buttons to start the Jets on the jacuzzi tub were so loose inside the wall it felt like they were going to break. The Mirror by the jacuzzi tub was cracked and broken in some spots. A lot of the tile around the jacuzzi tub had moved. A bunch of little stuff that all added up to make the room just seem like they don't care much about upkeep and doing nice clean work when they do fix things

The room was outdated by many years. Damaged tub with poor attempt to fix it. Had to wear shoes all the time, scared to touch the floor...... Refrigerator was not working. Complained to staff but they couldn't help us, had to get bags of ice to keep our food from spoiling. Will never stay there again. Should have slept in the car.

Electric outlets all loose and not working. This is from so many people plugging in their power charging equipment. It’s also a safety hazard. Loose outlets can cause arcing. Sink almost clogged. The place needs some maintenance attention.

For the most part we had an amazing experience the only negative things I can say is that when we went to check in the servers were down so check in was a little difficult and my room wasn’t ready right away I was waiting outside my room for a good 10-15 minutes before I was finally able to go into my room and after only one night my box spring/ frame broke when I just went to sit up from my bed.

While we've used this hotel in the past, with better results, this time was not a great experience. Starting with their difficulty finding the reservation when we arrived, it only got worse after that. We had booked the King Family Suite (2 king beds), but what they gave us was a suite with 2 double beds. The manager insisted that he didn't know how we booked the King Suite as it was not available. Arriving in the suite, we found it to be disgustingly dirty - the floors turned socks black from walking across them, the walls were stained, the bathroom was dirty, the ceiling had water stains, and the bedding on one of the beds was stained - just not the experience I wanted with our 4 grandkids. We ended up checking out, cancelling the reservation, and moving to another local hotel at a much higher rate. The only positive to the experience was the overall communication with the Manager - he was polite and as helpful as he could be - he offered to call his cleaning crew in to try and get the room cleaned, but fully understood that there were more issues than that. He suggested that if we choose to leave, he'd work with Hotels.com to ensure we were fully refunded. A big thank you for that.

The room itself was fine, but for the cost, it was honestly not worth it. Additionally, I was told I'd be able to check out an hour later, but when I came back to my room all my towels and linens had been taken. And lastly, when I went to check out, there was a sign at the desk "Back in 15", which made it odd to just stand in the front area waiting for someone.

They were available in a pinch when I hit exhaustion point driving back from the Bills-Iggles game. Conveniently located off the Turnpike and perhaps the most comfortable bed I ever slept in. Decently kept with friendly staff.

First time staying here. Good prices and right near where I needed to be. Front desk staff and housekeeping were very friendly. Continental breakfast was good. The room was nice. It was dated but good for me and what I needed. I would recommend. Very close to the turnpike and restaurants.

Other thank the people smoking in the hallway, it was a good place for the price. Breakfast could have had better options. The only thing hot that’s offered is a waffle. But you have McDonald’s across the street so that’s an option.

Customer service was great, Breakfast self made waffles which was nice but no sausage or eggs not even cold boiled egg to go with waffle. They had cereal yogurt and toast, so ended up waiting and eating lunch instead. Over all would stay again.

Shower nob needed WD40 to pull out in order to get water. Very noisy refrigerator and air conditioner. Very cheap breakfast offerings. Nice room, good floors and comfortable bed.

The place was nicer than it looked. Negative part was the water back up in the tub when taking a shower. Breakfast was lacking, too. But the bed was comfortable and the room clean. So over all, I'd stay here again, no problem. Staff was friendly and helpful.
