Stayed here one night while visiting grad student son. Although there was work being done on part of the hotel, we rarely heard anything. Much of the hotel seems to have been updated recently, including our room (king bed with pullout couch, 4th floor). A nice choice for breakfast - scrambled (prob powdered, but tasty) eggs, sausage, waffle maker, good selection of pastries, cereals, fresh fruit, juices, coffee, etc. Also 24-hour coffee, and water for tea/cocoa in lobby. Most noticeable was how pleasant and friendly EVERYONE was during our stay. Plenty of parking. It was quiet, because it's summer on campus, and that made it even nicer. Will definitely stay here again.

Always enjoy staying at this chain--the hot breakfast and fresh fruit is greatly appreciated while traveling. The option of having a little retail area for snacks is wonderful. The only objection is the $50 pet fee (non-service dog). I feel that if the chain is worried about pets ruining a room, they should have someone check the room prior to check out and charge accordingly. If it were a refundable deposit, I'd be happy to pay that. But my dog travels with me often, and is clean and I even bring her crate with us. Please reconsider this fee.

Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was very good and staff were professional and friendly. My only complaint was the pillows. They are more like pillows for show instead of for sleep. Too small and offered no support. I would certainly say again but I’d bring my own pillow.

Staff was great from the check in to the check out. I was there for the 70.3 Ironman race and they were very accommodating for the athletes. If I am ever in the area again I would definitely stay there again.

They wouldn’t move my room. We got there early and they said they’re were no more rooms left at 11 am. When nobody checks in til 3 pm. The manager Pamela Newberry did not want to accommodate us. Very rude. I will never stay there again. I will tell my friends as well.
