Everything was clean and staff was wonderful! Loved the unexpected snacks at 5pm and the waterfall, mini golf!

Lovely patio with beautiful waterfall, Koi pond and a 3 hole mini-golf area to the side. Helpful staff, nice room, delicious breakfast.

Good stay. The breakfast was fantastic with plenty of options. I like that the pool is adults only for the last hour of being opened. The rooms were clean and quiet. The only complaints which were minor is our room definitely needs a new tv. Our tv was dying. The colors faded in and out and the volume would randomly change. The remote did not work well and we needed to use the manual buttons. Also, I had to run to my car in the middle of the night and my room key did not work upon my return. I had to go to front desk to get it reprogrammed. Just a minor inconvenience. All in all, would recommend. Nice stay.

Booked the room for use of the hot tub. Surprise the hot tub was under maintenance . Check in time was 4 o’clock.

This is definitely one of the nicest hotels in the area. It's conveniently located to restaurants and shops. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The pool and hot tub were perfect temperatures, however the hot tub doesn't really bubble like regular ones, it's very mild. The room was clean and has dove products if you don't travel with your own. This was a very impromptu trip so i appreciated the good quality products! The buffet breakfast was ok.

Spotlessly clean room and common areas! The ONLY issue was at check-in. The male clerk asked for my daughters i.d. and looked at it for an uncomfortably long time, but did not make a copy of it. I did not make an issue of it since she was going to be there for three nights. I did go in with her every time I picked her up and dropped her off though.

Room was fresh and clean. The staff was very friendly. Fresh coffee, hot chocolate and tea bar.

Housekeeping wasn’t up that great. I stayed 6 nights and they only came inside to clean once. When I did say something, I was met with a defensive attitude from management with a call to my room. I wanted my room cleaned every other day. The last night of my stay really upset me because I was gone the entire day from morning until evening with family and my room still wasn’t done. This was on Easter. Normally I wouldn’t make an issue but they hadn’t cleaned my room since Wednesday and they were literally right next door as I was leaving. So they were there. My sheets smelled and I came back with my daughter to a messy trashed room. Trashed was pulled, towels were pilled. I even left a tip for when they did come. I came back at 6pm so it was too late to say anything. Corporate only gave me $13.40 off towards my next stay. Very disappointed. Especially since I come here 6 to 8 times a year on my vacation. This is how they treat their loyal customers. These rooms aren’t cheap.

We came in very late, the reception by the overnight person was incredible! Very kind and attentive! The hotel room was immaculate! Honestly the cleanest room I’d ever been in. The bed was amazingly comfortable and I loved the choice for pillows! We slept in and didn’t get breakfast so I can’t comment on that, but we each were given very tasty cookies upon our arrival, that we ate for breakfast instead! This is a class act hotel…I will definitely stay here again!

Comfy beds, nice and cool in the room. Clean

Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable and the front desk staff were absolutely amazing. Complimentary snacks upon entering the lobby and free breakfast. Our only complaint was a party in the room above us. Extremely loud music and bass thumping to 3:00am. Multiple calls to the desk took care of the problem for about 15 minutes. Other than that, Great hotel

We had the king suite with a jacuzzi in the room. Everything was clean and it was an amazing stay. The only thing I would change is the room tvs. They do not have smart tvs, so I couldn't sign in to netflix, etc.

This was quite literally the best Holiday Inn we have stayed at! So clean, the staff was amazing, the room was great! The only downfall was we could hear the people above us walking around so the sound proofing could have been better. But would totally stay there again!

Very old amenities and furniture, but does what it needs to do centrally located and the beds were very comfortable.

Nicole checked us in and she was amazing! Best service we have had in our 3 weeks here so far. In fact, all the staff were so super friendly and helpful that we were actually shocked. Definitely lived up to the excellent reviews online. Only stayed overnight so didn’t manage to explore the gardens or use the amenities but it all looked great! Ka pai from NZ guests.

We were so impressed with this hotel! We were only staying one night as a stop on our way to Michigan and the staff was amazing. They made sure we knew what dining options there were in area, had snacks in lobby and were just so friendly. I’m so glad we chose this hotel.

The staff at this location goes above and beyond. Specifically Stacy at the front desk. I had a medical emergency and she was beyond amazing and kind. We will stay here again next year.

Enjoyed the room and the breakfast. One concern. A manager just opened the door while we were in the room without knocking to check to see if anyone was in the room. She said she was checking to see if it had been cleaned. She was very apologetic, however I have never had any hotel house keeper or manager just unlock the door without knocking first. Other than that incident, everything was most enjoyable.

Very disappointed in our stay. We paid almost 200 a night and will not be back again. We visit family here and most definitely will check out the Hampton next visit. Location was great and that was it. First l, when checking in we had to leave a card on file for damages just in case, which is normal. We asked if the card would be charged so we knew what card to use. She said no, only if there were damages. So we gave the appropriate card. That was wrong! We were immediately charged the 100$. Now we know to just use our credit card and not debt. Lesson learned. Then, because we were visiting family we asked about the pool. Only registered guests allowed in pool. So we couldn’t hang at pool with our 2 family members and let the 2 children swim. Part of staying here was that . Next we were kept up all night from our toliet running, told maintenance and nothing was done by end of stay. Also drain in shower was clogged first night . Standing water. We tried to look at toliet but hubby said there was a broken part. We couldn’t switch rooms cause it was sold out rooms. They don’t offer any streaming so in evening we were stuck watching nothing cause movie channels sucked. Tv was soooo small. For 200 a night this place is pathetic. When checking out all they said was “sorry for your inconvenience “. No offer to discount or anything. The check in people were rude. There was only 1 lady we dealt with that was actually nice and friendly. The older woman was really nice to us.

Easy access from our route! Good hotel to stay overnight!

Overall stay was great. The location is right off the highway so it was easy to get to and close to shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was top notch and 5 stars! The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The only issue we had was with our key card not working. They addressed that issue and fixed the door card reader within the hour. I would stay here again without hesitation. There is a nice golf course next to it as well.

This hotel is easy to find and not too far off Route I-80. A very convenient stop for anyone traveling between NJ/NY and places like the Detroit or Chicago metro areas. The place was clean and quiet. We enjoyed the free breakfast.

This was the NICEST holiday inn I’ve ever stayed in. It was clean and well maintained. The pool was large and clean and their patio was beautiful. They had a 3 hole put-put in the back of the property that was a nice touch. Everyone was friendly and the breakfast selection was excellent.

Third time staying here and it is consistently clean, comfortable, and the staff is great. We left a kindle and they called to let us know so that we could pick it up. Breakfast is typical fare but always clean, fresh, and fine for what it is. The cookies, popcorn, and ice cream are always a big hit after a long drive.

This hotel is very well kept! All employees are so friendly and helpful. Everything was so clean and neat and the breakfast was very good! We will stay here again! Also, the Combine Brothers Restaurant served up the best lasagna, salad and bread. My husband enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub.
