The room was ok at first glance, but it was dusty, the edges of the room were dirty, the space behind the toilet was gross, the shower had hair from the previous guest in it - overall not great. Wifi not working left a bad taste in our mouths - along with the fact that there was no coffee at 9:00 am in the morning.

Two-double room on 4th floor was spacious and clean, if a little spartan. Staff were friendly. Some road noise and can hear other guest rooms a bit, but not too bad. The surrounding area is bland and unattractive, but East Side/Brown/Downcity are only a convenient ten-minute drive away with all the nice stuff there. Wifi was good. No problems with our stay. I'd stay here again.

Room was clean but spartanly furnished. Plates and utensils were available from the front desk. There was no table to eat at or work from in the room and one desk chair and one recliner. Other rooms had a table that tucked away under the counter between the sink and dresser drawers. Storage space was adequate. Bed was comfortable. Shower curtain was not quite long enough and we had to put multiple towels down to keep bathroom floor dry. Complimentary breakfast was meager; coffee, chocolate muffins, fig bars, instant oatmeal and yogurt. Sometimes oranges, sometimes no coffee. Nice to have laundry machines on-site. Good access to I-195. Staff was pleasant but undermanned.

I needed a place to stay for a work assignment. I wear scrubs and need to wash laundry frequently. I tried the Hilton downtown and was disappointed, also because i had to pay extra for parking there. This place had well lit free parking, adequate laundry services and the staff was friendly. Perfect for a longer stay.

Bed was uncomfortable but after arriving around 11pm from a wedding, it was what it was. In the morning preparing for checkout, we started looking for something we misplaced. I was disgusted. Checked under the bed and found items/trash from a previous guest. There were hairs along the edge of the shower and the wall by the nightstand looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. Staff seemed unphased when I told them upon check out, just gave the business cards for the GM & AGM...

Ick. Just ick. The floors were sticky. There were pubic hairs on the floor in the bathroom. That is the important stuff but also, there is a wall dividing the 2 beds with a tv mounted on each side of it and perpendicular to the bed. Confusing and also just gross.

The room was disgusting. We found belongings from another guest. My husband moved the chair so I can use the mirror while getting ready and there was food crumbs, dirt, and items under the seat. The couch had a rip on it. Definitely not worth the price. Floor around the kitchen area wasn’t properly cleaned. Front staff was nice but the cleaning was not up to par.

Stayed here days before and it was a great stay. This one, not so great. I checked in and my room was easily over 100F degrees. The unit was set to heat at 68° but obviously the thermostat had failed to a runaway heat condition. I tried setting the unit to cool. It became apparent that the thermostat thought the room was 60° when it was actually somewhere above 90° by this point. I tried opening the door, I tried turning it to fan only. I tried turning the unit off. I could not get the room to cool down below about 80° by the time I wanted to sleep. I went to the front desk and asked if I could switch rooms and was told that I could not. I had meetings all day the next day and I didn't sleep at all. I almost slept out in my car. It was not handled well.

I was assigned a room next to the elevator. So when someone stop at my floor, my bed shaking. Water flows slowly in the sink in the bathroom. I reported this issue when checking out to a gentleman. When I walked out, found my card was suddenly charged for $2. Not sure what it is for.

The room was very spacious and had a modern feel to it. The kitchen was super useful. It had an electric stove top. you could request pots and pans, silverware, bowls and plates and more! Only issue I had was the bathroom was a little dirty. There were stray hairs and visible build up along the corners and along the sliding door track. They only clean the room very 7 days which I think is a little too long. Wished they could clean every 3-4 days. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, great stay. Would recommend this hotel if you’re looking to stay in the area.

came back to my room expecting to rest, only to find hotel maintenance inside—without any prior notice or permission—replacing door knobs. A complete stranger was in my room, making a mess. Creepy. Every time I entered or exited the hotel, there were always 1–3 people smoking directly in front of the “No Smoking” sign by the entrance. It honestly felt more like a bus stop than a hotel. The room? Smelled like piss. Stains on the walls. Mold in the corners. Stiff, cheap bed. Totally uncomfortable. Bottom of the freakin barrel. Vending machines—movie-theater pricing. Save yourself, go to a decent hotel, not this motel - you'll regret it.

The place was convenient and reasonably priced. The only downside was the “breakfast”. It was included in the price but it was actually just packaged muffins and breakfast bars. There was coffee but this hotel didn’t have any type of creamer. They also don’t supply lids. This is crazy - you have to include some type of creamer for coffee and lids !

The room was surprisingly quiet - maybe no one was next to me for the week I stayed? Although there was quite a bunch of noise from the highway, but I didn't mind that as it was steady. The "grab and go" breakfast is pretty weak - don't count on filling up. Coffee was good, but they ran out of travel lids mid-week - really? Room was clean, and comfortable. Staff was friendly. I'd stay here again.

For the cost, pretty good! First experience with the brand. Check in was easy, helpful staff (Eva). Felt a little too basic, but accommodating. Bed was very comfy. Grab n go offerings and strong coffee were appreciated.

It was a nice area with plenty of restaurants and other stores. However, the way they promote free breakfast, its only on the go small snacks that for the price of the days people stay is kind of unfair, wish they had more variety of breakfast foods. I am not sure I will be staying there again.
