Clean room, well-equipped workout facilities. The shuttle to and from restaurants and area attractions was a huge bonus! Unfortunately the hot tub and pool were not as clean as I’d expect from a Marriott but otherwise a great stay!

Great location to stay for Providence! Can walk or take the shuttle. Kids enjoyed the indoor outdoor pool, as well as the gym. Would highly recommend staying here if you need to stay in Providence for an event at Amica.

Spent way too much money and then had to pay more to park and the pool and hot tub and spa were closed which was the whole reason I came I tried right away to transfer to a Marriott a few towns over and they didn’t give me any help

Hotel staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, good size with comfortable beds. Pool area was nice as well. Hotel could use some repairs on tiles in pool area and rooms but overall we loved our choice for hotel and enjoyed our stay. Complementary shuttle to downtown was a great perk!

We came here as a couple to enjoy all the hotels amenities, that included breakfast, restaurant, pool, hot tub, and weight room. The staff are exceptional and friendly and they go out of their way to help you and they provide an unbelievable service. Overall, a wonderful experience.

The Fire Alarm went off 5 times while we were there and had to evacuate the hotel. The hot tub barely had any jet power so it was like sitting in a bathtub.

The pool area/ hot tub was disgusting. The roof was leaking like rusty water onto our towels/ belongings. The pool water was barely heated and was freezing, alll of the pool chairs were gross. There was trash floating in the hot tub one day we were there and then the next morning the hot tub was shut down/ wasn’t working. The whole pool area was flooded as their drains were all backed up and which made the floor very slippery/ dangerous. A few adult almost slipped and fell just walking into the pool area. Also in our room it wasn’t the cleanest, found someone’s Benedryl pill on the floor next to the bed- luckily I found it and not on of my kids. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Overall the stay was good. Just don’t expect regular housekeeping service. I had to call front desk 3 of the 4 nights I stayed indicating that housekeeping didn’t service our room. They also charge $32/night to park in their outside parking lot.

Lots of onsite amenities, restaurant, etc. Lobby was very crowded when we checked and a bit chaotic. Room was decent but floors could have been a bit cleaner. Found some old gum, etc.

For the rate of this room with the additional 32.00 per day for parking, I was beyond disappointed at the lack of enforcement of amenities, the condition of our bathroom the doors on the shower would not stay shut, there were loud drunk adults in the hallway until almost 3 am. There were no linens for the pullout bed in the sofa and the mattress had disgusting stains all over it. I had my 2 young daughters for a concert in the area and they were so excited for the pool but there was a party or something going on in there and it was so loud the floor was soaked you couldn’t set any items down or they would just be soaked the hot tub which I was looking forward to sitting in for a back condition was full of kids when a sign clearly states no under 18 I went in anyway and was hit in the face with a football twice and the attendant didn’t pay any attention to any of the chaos happening. The breakfast should also not cost what it does for the buffet when it is no higher level than a continental breakfast at any other hotel.

The first room was filthy with water damage and mold , with stains on the furniture. The second room was just as bad. I spoke to local management and Marriott corporate management. They released me from my reservation and I spent an hour finding another hotel.

Unimpressive hotel, services, and stay. Besides the gym, indoor pool, and the hot tub, which were great, but everything else about this hotel is average. Housekeeping did not clean the room, even though we had requested it. They made the bed, but didn’t change the towels or vacuum.

Good location with easy access to the City of Providence. Rooms interiors had been updated. We were only there for one night, but the room had little to no view and it's a good thing because the windows had broken seals and were all cloudy and disgusting looking!

Walls in hotel are really thin. So noisy in room. Also, right on the highway which is SO loud all night long. Other than the noise, I like the convenience of the hotel and love that it has a pool

Staff was excellent! Lobby, restaurant/bar excellent. Shuttle service a great amenity. Our room was not up to standards of Marriott. Poor lighting, old furniture, bathroom poor at best. Windows were dirty or just old and etched. Our room was a disappointment especially since the rest of the property was up to standards.

The hotel is nice, the pool is great but I’m not a fan of the rooms. My family had booked 3 rooms and we all paid the same amount $300 and change, 2 of us got rooms that are very outdated and falling apart, the other room was gorgeous and newly renovated. Don’t think that’s fair, we should be paying for what we got.

When the front desk tells you they’ve upgraded your room, don’t take it. Our « upgrade » was in a corridor on the first floor. There were people running up and down the hall harassing guests. We asked to change our room and the concierge immediately rectified the situation giving us a bigger room near the Tower C elevators on the 5th floor.

I asked 3 times to use the laundry facility. 1st time told by receptionist that it was out of order. 2nd time a couple of days later told by receptionist that there were 3 laundry keys and they were all out. 3rd time reception said only people staying at the hotel for 10 or more days could use rhe guest laundry. What a joke, completly fobbed off 3 times in a row! I don't like being lied to. Lovely location, but very poor service from reception.

The room and accommodations were comfortable and quiet and the pool area was very nice. The biggest bonus though was the immensely pleasant and friendly staff. After a long trip accross the country, they were so kind and helpful and got us into our room quickly and with much needed humor and kindness. It was also really quick, cheap and easy to lyft around to the various areas of Providence. Highly recommend.

Check in process was very slow. Front desk clerk had to go get another person to assist with checkin but did not let me know what the issue was. The person they went to retrieve, maybe a manager was clearly annoyed and overwhelmed and seemed to be bothered that the worker asked for help. I felt like I was a bother.

The hotel itself is fine, nice location, friendly front desk and the rooms are all clean. My issues are that the door lock malfunctioned and we were locked out of our room for a couple of hours. We were there to celebrate my son‘s birthday as all he wanted to do was go on a train ride and stay in a hotel with a pool. The tech who worked on the door mentioned that we should be able to get complementary drinks for the inconvenience, however we received nothing. I asked at the front desk if there was a spot away from the front doors where we could have pizza and cake to celebrate my son and was told we could use the lounge, however once we sat in there, we were chased away by a server. While I can’t say enough good things about the front desk staff, it leaves a very bad taste in our mouths when we are treated this way.

Great location to stay for Providence! Can walk or take the shuttle. Kids enjoyed the indoor outdoor pool, as well as the gym. Would highly recommend staying here if you need to stay in Providence for an event at Amica.

Love the Marriott Bed! Staff very accommodating to our scheduling needs. Very comfortable hotel. Did not hear the interstate from our room. Area surrounding this hotel is not the safest. Hotel does lock front doors at night that requires your key card to enter.

The staff are so nice on this property! The ladies that work here really make you feel at home. The breakfast is really nice with plenty of options for diners. The coffee is ready early downstairs. The pool is so nice with the ability to have drinks/food by the pool. The burger was really good at Aqua! We unfortunately order a king but received two double beds. But the room was turned over each day which made it feel cozier. Thank you ladies for making the stay so nice!

Clean, comfortable hotel that is close to downtown. Indoor pool and pool area were nice. Breakfast at the Bluefin Grille was decent, but expensive ($20 for oatmeal, for example). Hotel was quiet at night despite proximity to the highway.

Amazing service the shuttle pick up from the train station and around town was wonderful. Very disappointed and a little grossed out to see mold on the shower curtain and disappointed no breakfast options at all past 10:30 am .

Great pool, great hotel room, nice greeting staff! We did have an issue trying to get water unlike any other hotel we’ve been to. Also, the restaurant inside is more on the expensive side, with waitresses that don't really care to check in on you at all. The host was sweet though! Also be prepared to be charged over $30 for parking somehow on e you get there !

Hotel was very old. From furniture to carpet to bed covers to bathroom to sockets. Everything was outdated. Air conditioner filter was choked and making weird noises. Our room was next to a railway track. Too noisy to sleep peacefully. Bathroom vents were dirty full of dust. On top of that parking was $32 per night. Parking lot was huge but almost empty. It was not mentioned clearly during booking that parking was not free. Suggestions: 1. The rooms need to be redone 2. Parking should be free 3. State clearly that parking is Not free Very dissapointed with marriott for the first time.
