Nice hotel. Comfy clean room. Has bar / restaurant in the lobby with good food and a necessary respite! Very friendly service!

Property was easily accessible and clean but has a small crowded parking lot.

The staff was wonderful, pleasant and accommodating. The bathroom clearly hadn't been thoroughly cleaned, as evidenced by someone else's dental floss/pick on the floor under the bathroom counter. You could read through the toilet paper. Not an adequate supply of towels either. They also charge a hefty pet fee of $50.

Many things were not working, starting with the doors, then both ice machines that had signs on them to use the other. Finally the coffee machine 😩. Din not meet my expectations. After a long day of travel you at least expect things to work when you get to your hotel.

Overnight stay while passing through town. Clean and comfy room. Nice bathroom with good hot shower with good water pressure. Nice hot breakfast . Good parking. Speedy checkin. Nice staff.

Our room was clean and comfortable. We have a small very well behaved dog and they don’t upcharge.,,,,now that’s pet friendly! We plan to make this our regular stop when going south and returning. Staff had always been pleasant.

Generally a good experience.. with one MAJOR drawback. They charged me a $50 tax pet fee for a single night stay!! Outrageous…and not something available when I made the reservation!!

Check-in went well. Water pressure was extremely low. Soap scum and whiskers left behind in the shower.

The stay was good but the condition of the bathtub was horrible. It had water in the bottom and was terribly stained. I had to put a towel down to stand on because I wouldn’t touch it. I also had no water pressure at all. It was hard to feel clean when I was done showering. Disappointed. I’ve attached pictures of the tub….

Room was very clean. We just stopped on way back home but would definitely recommend here! Easy on and off highway and lots of food choices nearby! Breakfast was delicious

Hotel had an odor in common areas. Emporia itself is somewhat dirty. Carpets were dirty

I was tired and looking for a place to stay for the night last minute I trusted the reviews and they did not disappoint. The hotel looks like it was recently redone. The room was very updated and nice bed with super comfortable. I couldn’t believe how lucky I was plus there’s food right there outside the building.

Clean, easy to find and quiet surroundings The A/C unit is very noisy and the water pressure in the show is ok, not great.

Worst water pressure in a shower I have ever encountered in a hotel. Lousy breakfast.

Bed and pillows were good, room was somewhat clean, water pressure was bad and a lot of outside truck noise - couldn’t find a way to keep the air fan going to mask the noise.

Our room had a modern decor. The walk-in shower was stunning.

We checked in about 9:00 Pm, as we were tired from our eleven hour drive from Florida. Check in went smoothly. We got to our room and were shocked by its starkness. We were tired so I went into the bathreoom to wash my face and brush my teeth before retiring. The water coming from the faucet was a trickle, and I mean a trikle, no water pressure. I then got into bed, and the matress made a sqeeky, thuming sound, and was uncomfortable. Next I sampled the pillows and they were the smallest and cheapest pillows that I have laid my head on in some years. My wife commented how poor the room was and how uncomfortable everything was in the room from the bed to the trikle coming out of the faucet. I said to her come on we are leaving! I mentioned that even though we were exhausted from our trip from Florida, that i was only three and a half hours home. We struggled up arrived safely at home at 2:00 AM. We make two round trips to Florida each year, and we will never stay at this hotel or anyother Comfort Inn again. We were in the room about a half an hour and it cost us $174.00 but sleeping in our own bed made this poor hotel choice a plus1

Very noisy due to proximity to 95 but also has a railroad right next to it. Could also hear the person walking above us. Shower drain had mildew on it and the shampoo bottle in the shower was empty. Food choices in the neighborhood were limited.

They didnt have my expedia reservation. Took almost 40 minutes to check in due to the hotel having to call expedia customer service. Upon getting to our room there was no toilet paper, no tissues, a bottle of nail polish left on the window sill, only 3 towels when there was a reservation for 4 and no shampoo container (only conditioner) on the wall in the shower. Got the TP, tissues and towel fixed by visiting the front desk. But really odd that a room was put to "clean" with so much missing. Need better quality control checks when in the pick up state. Breakfast was small quaint and fine. Very nice to have complimentary lemon water, coffee, tea and hot cocoa available 24 hrs in the lobby

The young man at the desk was friendly and efficient. The lobby and room were clean and nicely decorated. There are a lot of restaurants in the area.

10/10. Everything about my stay was top notch. I travel a lot and I wish I could be guaranteed this experience going forward. It’s a must stay if you find yourself needing a clean, contemporary, pleasant staff, convenient (steps off 95) location!

A very disappointing check in. The front desk person was eating her dinner, watching a video on her phone with the volume on high, and never bothered to say hello. But then how could you talk with a mouthful of food?

Service was great. Room was quiet and clean. Air condition very very loud. Surrounding area had limited dining options.

Right near I-95 clean and convenient

Convenient place to stay, reasonably priced. Shower had mold behind door where cleaning crew would have to get in the shower then close the door and clean. Continental breakfast was the worst we’ve ever seen. Could be better, could be worse.

Everything was great except the water pressure for both the bathroom sink and shower was VERY low. Breakfast was OK. Very good scrambled eggs, everything else was average.
