Check in was easy and smooth. The room was dated but it was comfortable. The pool was great and my daughter enjoyed it. I had my dog with me and there were poop bags available and ready very animal friendly. Breakfast was good I didn’t eat it but my daughter did and she loved it! I left my kettle and French press and the owners called me to let me know! Very great!

This particular Red Roof hotel is one of the safest and serene red roof hotels I have ever visited. There was an entry door (accessible only with your card to open) to the upstairs rooms which made it extra safe and secured. The room was basic but very comfortable and clean. The room condition was a bit rough. There were stains and writing on the sheets. There were stains on the tub. The nightstand pulls were rusty as were many of the metal items in the bathroom. There was staining on the floor which gave the appearance of being dirty. Keycards did not work the first time but that was no big deal

Comfy bed. Room was pretty good. The faucet at the sink was gross. Looked stained as if soap and toothpaste were on it. Even saw a stray gray hair. If it was wiped with a cleaning rag, it should have been dried with a dry cloth.

Dirty! The sheets were dirty on the bed.. found strands of someone else’s hair on top of the fitted sheet towards the foot of the bed plus stains on the pillowcases which led me to believe they didn’t even change the sheets. Gross. The bathroom was also filthy and toilet was dirty with poop stains and grime on the toilet seat. Absolutely filthy even given the price. At least ensure the room is properly cleaned even if it’s an old motel.

It was convenient to fast food and to walmart. This was a stop over on the way to S. Florida. The room had a hard time keeping cool. AC worked but parts of the room were still quite warm. Possibly due to lack of door jamb insulation.

Easy check in and parking process. Staff was friendly and nice. Breakfast was included which was nice. It's right off the highway and there are things nearby. Bathroom was kind of tiny though and water in bathtub didn't really go down.

3 biggest factors for me when staying at a hotel: 1) Price - was on the high side but still affordable. 2) Cleanliness- room was clean, no issues. 3) Comfort - bed was so soft and mushy. Very uncomfortable. We much prefer a firm mattress. In addition, the bathroom contained a large garden tub. Not a desirable choice for us. We are in our 60’s and this type of tub is difficult for us to get in and out of (in order to shower you need to use) and dangerous for falling. We were not advised when we booked the room that it had this type of tub. On the positive side, the parking lot was well lit. Also, no ice machines were convenient to our room. Had to walk to the next building. Overall, not a horrible experience but not great. We would not choose it again.

There are interior rooms with a corridor and exterior rooms with outside entry doors. I'm partial to interior corridors. They just feel a little safer. When we arrived, I noticed there were 2 styles. Ours was exterior and I wasn't able to switch to interior unless I wanted a smoking room. The breakfast was fine. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The bathroom needs updating and is extremely small. Would stay there again.

We drive up 95 a couple times a year to visit family. This is the first time we have returned to a hotel we have stayed at previously. This spot is a great value. Good beds, clean, efficient. At first I was bummed there were no 1st floor rooms as I had a lot of stuff but the 2nd floor rooms turned out to be on an interior hallway which is even more quiet.

I recently stayed at the Red Roof Inn in Hardeeville, South Carolina, for one night to attend the St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Savannah. This small hotel was surprisingly modern and clean inside. Renovations are amazing and, by far, the best shower I've ever had. Owners are very sweet and breakfast was very good which included scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fruit, yogurt and waffles. Highly recommend and will be our go to when traveling this area. Less than a 30 minute drive to hilton head or downtown savannah.

Convenient location, cleaner than average room. The floor did not dirty my socks! My only complaints were that the gravy in the breakfast was never hot, and the road in front of the hotel's entrance has major holes to navigate. It's not their property, so they are at the mercy of whatever government entity is responsible for it. It's least damaged at the far right, first driveway. There is a way to enter from the other side, but you would need to go around a few blocks to come in that way.

Check in was super fast & easy. The bathroom floor needs to be scrubbed as it was dirty and made the room feel dirty. The A/C filter needs to be replaced. It was very dusty and it looked like there were large holes in it. Breakfast was ok- sausage patties and also egg patties. There were bisquits and gravy too. The coffee was better than other hotel coffee.

Nicest Red Roof Inn we’ve ever stayed in. Convenient location adjacent to I-95. Check in was a breeze. Room was spotless and everything worked well. Bed was very comfortable and the sheets were luxurious. Breakfast was the best ever at a budget friendly hotel, and the attendants were personable. We would definitely stay again when in Hardeeville.

Upon entering the room, there was a strong musty smell. The ceiling contained what seemed to be black mold. Everything in the room was damp, even the sheets and towels. Please note that it was raining, but this should not have been an issue. The floor in the bathroom was sticky and obvious it had not been deep cleaned ever. The air conditioning unit was extremely dirty and needs a good vacuuming to remove the dust and debris. There was mold behind the sink faucet. Had it not been so late after a 10 Hour Drive, we would have changed hotels. The outside grounds and pool area look to be nice and the lobby area was clean. I have pictures if you’re interested.

Would never stay here!! Mattress, mattress pad and fitted sheet had stains on them. Felt very uncomfortable sleeping here. Dead bug in bathroom and small spider webs noted. Had no idea from listing that this is a motel, not a hotel. Nothing shows that in the photos or states that! Luckily we were only there 7 hours! Very disappointed ☹️
