Stayed as part of a business trip for one night. Plenty of trailer parking so that was a plus. Friendly staff. Worst hotel bed I have ever stayed on by far. Super hard and the frame resembled a large black storage cabinet laying on its back, that popped and creaked loudly every time you moved. Slight cigarette smell but not to heavy. Right next to a McDonalds that still had the lobby closed at 7:30 AM so that sucked as I cant get my trailer trough a drive through. (not the hotels fault, I'm just saying) To be fair to the hotel, it did appear that they were doing some renovations so hopefully they will get better.

Beds were kinda uncomfortable and there was a bag over the smoke detector which was weird but other than that it was good for a one or two night quick stay. Check in was smooth and the lady working was nice. Everything was clean and nice being able to park right outside your door.

Nice staff -clean - exterior needs a little TLC but I saw people painting and cleaning daily - our door to room had big gaps around it - enough that mice or bugs could get in

The room was very clean, so much better than most hotels, and there was no usual hotel odor. The room looked to be newly remodeled and was extremely nice. The beds were not double as advertised, but were more like twin and a half and were fairly comfortable. The vanity sink needed to have some drain cleaner for slow drainage and we pointed that out to hotel management in our review. Otherwise, the accommodations were excellent.

When we pulled up to the hotel we immediately left to go find another place to stay. But due to spring break and budget restrictions, we were left with no other options. The lady working reception had called hours prior to our arrive stating the card on file had been declined, this was around 10 am and check in wasn’t until 3. We found this very odd. Nonetheless, she was very nice and polite. Once we got into the room, the smell of mildew and marijuana knocked us in the face. The shower had long and short black hairs left behind and the corners of the curtain were speckled with mold. At night, people had lawn chairs and would congregate outside of their rooms for hours on end. Leaving us two young travelers feeling very unsafe. We made a trip to Lowe’s to buy a safety bar to put under our door for a bit more security and febreze to help with the stench. While the location is close to food shopping and eating, I would advise anyone to stay clear of this hotel.

Good little motel for the price. Building is old and layout is typical for older motels. 2 floors with outside walkways and stairs. Room seemed clean. Bathroom was small. Air Conditioning worked well in 100 degree days. Free breakfast included hot eggs and sausage. Walkable to McDonald’s, Gas Station and Waffle House. I would stay again.

Decent hotel- what you’d expect from a Days Inn. Room 216’s carpet was a little gross with random stains, but the beds and bathroom were clean. And, they were in the process of carpet cleaning the rooms down the hall- guess they just hadn’t made it to mine yet before I got there. The minor issues that I had were the noises at all hours and the lights coming thru the blinds. I am the type of person that likes it dark and quiet when I sleep. There were semis pulling in at all hours and a sound that sounded like dumpsters being dumped at/after 10:30pm. The fridge and air conditioner were louder than usual too - the a/c was constant, even when the fan was off. The blinds didn’t close all the way, so lights were pouring in all night- so much so that I could see to walk around the room… Otherwise, friendly staff, easy access/location, and budget friendly.

Omg the little fridge runs like a white noise machine the ac unit runs like a leaves blower. Then I can hear everything outside of the door. Beside that everything else are good as they can be for the price.

The room with two queens is a great choice if you need a basic room with beds and a shower. The room was clean, the linens and towels were fresh, and soap and shampoo was provided. The a/c was cold (great for sleeping). We slept through the continental breakfast but there is a McDonald's and a convenience store right next door. The only negative thing that stands out in our minds is the creaky mattress. The mattress itself is firm, but the frame makes a horrible sound when you move.

We had a late check-in around 10pm. The lobby was closed but the had a window for check-in. Although i understand the safety aspect im not digging having to stand outside in the cold during that process. Room was nice and comfortable but whoever had the bright idea to put the mattress on a sheet metal base that crinkled and popped every time you rolled over obviously didn’t sleep on it for a night.

I was pleasantly surprised when we got to the room. It was clean and well maintained. Overall, this was a nice hotel. I would definitely stay here again. The only drawback, if you're going to Charleston, is that it was a 25 minute drive into downtown.

Yes, the internet was fast enough for my general browsing, but I didn't have a lot of use of it to know for sure. Breakfast was okay. What they had seemed fresh, but there were no fresh food options (ie fruit, waffle maker, etc). It lacked variety and the juice machine was broken. Night host much nicer than morning attendant. Bathroom was not clean upon arrival, and room and bathroom smelled bad. Otherwise, the room was clean.

Limited parking and not much breakfast offerings, so we ate breakfast elsewhere. Room service was outstanding and the room was clean and comfortable. TV had lots of sports channels.

This is a no-frills hotel near North Charleston and I-26. Lots of the guests were work crews from out of state, which I took as a good sign. The breakfast buffet had sausage patties, scrambled eggs, toast, muffins, various cereals, apples & oranges, some yogurt (Activia), coffee, juices. There is a McDonald's next door. Just past that is a 7-Eleven. The staff were very helpful when I needed some changes.
