Natalie at the office where I checked in was great! The process was the easiest one I've ever done. The room was great. Loved that there were towels and they cleaned the room when we left! The only thing that was out of place was the utility closest in the kitchen - the door was broke off but it didn't bother us at all. We had a great time!!!

The room was super clean. Staff were super nice. The only thing we wish we knew before going is that the tiki bar and coffee shop wasn’t up in business but all in all it was in great condition.

In this case I didn’t like the way to communicate with the host since the beginning it felt complicated and also we do needed toilet paper and clean towels the hotel’s staff couldn’t help because they said the reservation it wasn’t directly to the front desk!!! The door code was 10 digit plus that it works one and a half day then we needed to call again to change it!!! Otherwise the hotel was ok just rooms needs some update

The room was clean, but they didn't come to clean it; I stayed for a week and no one came. Also, when I arrived to check in, they were supposed to send me the room number and code, but they never did. I had a bad experience—I sent messages, but they didn't reply until the next day.
