Beach access is great. Hotel has great amenities. Room never got cleaned, always ran out of towels at the outside pool, and the play live DJ music until 11pm you can hear in your room.

The only thing to complain about Coral Beach is the elevators. Most times during the day you will have to wait a significant amount of time for the lift. But at check in/check out time, you will wait a long long time to catch a ride. Other than that, this place is great!

The staff were friendly, property was easy to access and had convenient parking right outside the lobby entrance. However, they had a lot of painting going on in the parking structure and other areas around the hotel. There was no communication beforehand that painting would be going on during our stay and the indoor pool and spa would be down. One of the reasons I had chosen this location was for the indoor pool given this trip was in December.

The pools were nice and the view from our room was great. But we found 2 cockroaches in the bathroom, theres only 4 elevators for 12 floors of rooms and one of the elevators was broke down the entire time we were there. Plus some guy/business had umbrellas and chair set up on the beach right in front of the resort and was very rude and was taking up all the space in front of the resort on the beach.

We stayed at Coral Beach Resort and Suites from Wed through Sun. The area itself didn't seem that great but we stayed at the hotel most of the time and only left for dinner.*Parking*: parking was good. We preferred to park in the garage to keep the car out of the direct sun.*Room - partial ocean view*: the room was ok. Definitely could use some updating. There were spots of mold on the ceiling so that should be addressed by the hotel. *Elevators*: you need to scan the room card to go to another floor which I actually like - good security measure.*Coffee shop - located in the lobby*: The iced coffee, fruit cups and parfaits were great. Good service. Breakfast restaurant - located on the ground level: Fantastic! Great service and we liked the food. We ate there every morning.*Shop - 6th floor*: The store has a lot. Check this place out first if you need anything. *Pool bar and grille*: we ate lunch here every day. Limited menu but it was good and the staff was great. *Bowling alley and arcade*: wasn't impressed with the staff, but this was a nice option to have to get out of the sun for a bit. *Pool*: get out early to get chairs - by 9am. It gets busy pretty fast. Pool is clean first thing but gets more dirty as the day goes on. *Beach* - you can rent chairs for $50/day if you don't bring your own stuff. Bring your own beach towels because the hotel towels are tiny. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

I like that there was a Starbucks coffee and a I grocery store right in the resort. Also a bowling alley was in the resort which was a fun thing to do.. also there’s a few restaurants and stores nearby so that you can walk there.

I loved that the hotel was oceanfront and had numerous pools to choose from inside and out. The only negatives were the tv remote not working, the hotel room smell and the ants all over the balcony. Other than that everything was absolutely perfect. My family had a marvelous time.

Hotel was clean, rooms are out dated but cleaned well. Room smelt very musty when we arrived after a few days of keeping the door open it helped. Beds were ok, pillows are old and not comfortable the stuffing was clumping together. Carpets could use a replacement just smelled and felt old. Property amenities were great only wish they had a restaurant open for dinner only option is pool bar food, wings burgers pizza making it like you have to leave the hotel to get a real meal. Over all for the price it’s worth it, just bring your own pillows and fabreeze.

My family enjoyed the amenities such as the pool and its close proximity to the beach . The staff was very helpful with the things we needed . Unfortunately by our third night we started to see roaches in the room. I opened my bag and one came out. We ended up leaving a day earlier on vacation because of this .

The hotel was much better two years ago. Our room had a dirty smell I was there 7 days and our room was never cleaned I asked at the front desk 3 days in a roll they said it would get cleaned and it never did get cleaned. The food there is very expensive looks cheap till they had the food extra 18%.

I went because the photos on the hotel's website looked fantastic. But the experience was different; this must be a motel, not a hotel, for the expensive nightly rate. First, parking was a pain. To access the lower floors, you have to walk in and out. There's no internal ramp. The elevators are overcrowded and take too long. The bathtub drains slowly, and the room needs updating. The towels aren't fit for a hotel; they were very thin and scratchy when you dried off, terrible quality. The sheets weren't exactly hotel-quality, and the room smelled musty, as did the kitchen cabinets; it seems they've never been cleaned. The carpets also have a funny smell. I had to buy a deodorizing spray to spray the room at least occasionally. The rooms aren't cleaned daily, let alone trash pickups. I saw many people throwing away their trash when they shouldn't have. The first night, we tried to have dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the food experience wasn't that great. We had to wait almost an hour for three or four burgers, and they weren't of good quality; they didn't look well-cooked, and there was no onion or mayonnaise. Just lettuce, tomato, and cheese. We were hungry, so we ate, but decided not to return the rest of the time. The only thing we liked was the number of pools and hot tubs, but you can see used towels thrown in the corners, and I never saw the staff picking them up like at other hotels we've visited, and the easy and direct access to the beach. Friendly staff.

Avoid at All Costs This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The first room they put us in had a roach crawling around and the entire room smelled like mold. When I went to the front desk to switch, the clerk could not have cared less. We moved to a second room, which at first seemed decent, but it smelled damp and the plumbing was awful—you had to flush the toilet multiple times just to get it to work. To make matters worse, the same roach from the first room must have followed us, because sure enough, it showed up in the second room too. When I brought it up at checkout and asked for some form of compensation, the same clerk brushed me off again. I asked if it’s “normal” for them to have roaches and dirty rooms, and her response was that they spray but guests leave the balcony door open and “they fly in.” Last I checked, roaches don’t have wings. I was told the manager had “just stepped out” and would call me back in 10–15 minutes. That call never came. The only positive was that my kids enjoyed the pool—at least until the roaches decided to join the vacation too. My advice: stay far, far away from this place. Unless you like mold, bad plumbing, and roaches for roommates, find somewhere else or prepare to sleep with all the lights on.

The pictures made the place look nice but the carpet in the rooms were questionable, the carpet, sheets and couch felt damp the whole time making it very uncomfortable to be in or sleep. The bathroom was outdated and had rust/dirt around tub. The whole room experience was pretty disappointing. The pool areas and lounge chairs had mold growing everywhere. Staff was nice and cleaning crew were good with taking trash and replacing towels. Would not recommend though

Property is very outdated. Room and appliances, bathroom, everything is pretty beat up. Pool has missing and falling tiles. Rooms are constantly smell and feel damp even though the outside was not humid and both AC units were working non stop.

The hotel was nicer than we expected and our room was spacious and clean with plenty of towels. We had a great view of the ocean from the 11th floor even though it was an angled view and not oceanfront. The pools were nice and there were plenty of chairs, but we loved the ocean and beach the most! Beautiful beach and nice area to walk on the beach side. The area in front of the hotel was fine to walk as well during the daytime and a grocery store is within walking distance. We made the long walk to the Boardwalk area with shopping and attractions one day, but it is a little far from that area. Staff was all very friendly, food was good, and the bowling alley on site was nice as well.

Parking garage was a hassle. To access sub levels you have to exit to the street and enter there. No internal ramp. The sink was clogged when we got there and the room was pretty beat up. The sliding door to the balcony was off the track and the a/c unit was inadequate for the room size. Until struggled to keep the room cool.

Overall, we had a great time, we had an ocean front suite, our one complaint was the sliding glass door to the balcony needs to be replaced terribly, other than that, the room and hotel accommodations were really good, would definitely stay here again!

We had a great experience here. Our room was huge. Had a separate bedroom frome the rest of the room. Full kitchen with plates, bowls cups, utensils, pots and pans. Had a hide away bed in the living room great for kids. Beds were comfortable. Onsite pools were great. 100% would stay there again. Great view of the ocean with the oceanfront room. So nice to sit on the balcony and look over the ocean.
We had a great experience here. Our room was huge. Had a separate bedroom frome the rest of the room. Full kitchen with plates, bowls cups, utensils, pots and pans. Had a hide away bed in the living room great for kids. Beds were comfortable. Onsite pools were great. 100% would stay there again. Great view of the ocean with the oceanfront room. So nice to sit on the balcony and look over the ocean.

The only negative I would say is you can hear everything in the rooms. People in the other rooms conversations. I don’t know if it’s because our room had the option to be an adjoining room or not. Rooms were nice and clean.

Hotel and room was good. The only issues we had were: room service never came to replenish any towels or wash rags. We had to call front desk to bring more up, water in kitchen sink never got very hot to wash dishes and the bathtub drains slowly. Other than that our stay was great! Everything you need on site.

Staff is rude and not friendly. Room service would knock very early and if ask for them to come back in later that means your room will not be cleaned cause they never come back even if we ask for room service multiple times. Since we arrived early in the morning we asked them to store our luggage they refused. We asked them if they can give us at least one for the room as soon as possible for my elderly parents they refused.

The hotel staff was very friendly and accomidating. We especially loved the young man working the bar on the sixth floor and the piano player on friday night. Melody at the other end of the front desk line was also a gem. She had a can opener delivered to the room in just minutes with an amazing personality! Thanks, girl! ❤️Rooms were clean and comfortable, except the tiny bathroom. All in all we enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint was the wait time for the elevators, that was a pain in the butt.

The room was clean and they make sure you have plenty of towels! The air conditioner wasn’t working properly the first night! We called the front desk and they sent someone immediately to fix it! It was fixed before we returned back! Will be staying at this resort again in the near future!

We had a great view of the ocean from the 11th floor even though it was an angled view and not oceanfront. The pools were nice and there were plenty of chairs, but we loved the ocean and beach the most! Beautiful beach and nice area to walk on the beach side. The area in front of the hotel was fine to walk as well during the daytime and a grocery store is within walking distance. We made the long walk to the Boardwalk area with shopping and attractions one day, but it is a little far from that area. Staff was all very friendly, food was good, and the bowling alley on site was nice as well.

We stayed at Coral Beach Resort and Suites from Wed through Sun. The area itself didn't seem that great but we stayed at the hotel most of the time and only left for dinner.*Parking*: parking was good. We preferred to park in the garage to keep the car out of the direct sun.*Room - partial ocean view*: the room was ok. Definitely could use some updating. There were spots of mold on the ceiling so that should be addressed by the hotel. *Elevators*: you need to scan the room card to go to another floor which I actually like - good security measure.*Coffee shop - located in the lobby*: The iced coffee, fruit cups and parfaits were great. Good service. Breakfast restaurant - located on the ground level: Fantastic! Great service and we liked the food. We ate there every morning.*Shop - 6th floor*: The store has a lot. Check this place out first if you need anything. *Pool bar and grille*: we ate lunch here every day. The pools were amazing and in sun if you wanted to tan. There was also 2 pool completely inside. Staff was friendly. They had security keeping people safe and would do their best to help if you needed it even if it was car trouble. They took trash out daily. Good food good drinks

Hotel was clean, rooms are out dated but cleaned well. Room smelt very musty when we arrived after a few days of keeping the door open it helped. Beds were ok, pillows are old and not comfortable the stuffing was clumping together. Carpets could use a replacement just smelled and felt old. Property amenities were great only wish they had a restaurant open for dinner only option is pool bar food, wings burgers pizza making it like you have to leave the hotel to get a real meal. Over all for the price it’s worth it, just bring your own pillows and fabreeze.

The hotel was much better two years ago. Our room had a dirty smell I was there 7 days and our room was never cleaned I asked at the front desk 3 days in a roll they said it would get cleaned and it never did get cleaned. I went because the photos on the hotel's website looked fantastic. But the experience was different; this must be a motel, not a hotel, for the expensive nightly rate. First, parking was a pain. To access the lower floors, you have to walk in and out. There's no internal ramp. The elevators are overcrowded and take too long. The bathtub drains slowly, and the room needs updating. The towels aren't fit for a hotel; they were very thin and scratchy when you dried off, terrible quality. The sheets weren't exactly hotel-quality, and the room smelled musty, as did the kitchen cabinets; it seems they've never been cleaned. The carpets also have a funny smell. I had to buy a deodorizing spray to spray the room at least occasionally. The rooms aren't cleaned daily, let alone trash pickups. I saw many people throwing away their trash when they shouldn't have. The first night, we tried to have dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the food experience wasn't that great. We had to wait almost an hour for three or four burgers, and they weren't of good quality; they didn't look well-cooked, and there was no onion or mayonnaise. Just lettuce, tomato, and cheese. We were hungry, so we ate, but decided not to return the rest of the time. The only thing we liked was the number of pools and hot tubs, but you can see used towels thrown in the corners, and I never saw the staff picking them up like at other hotels we've visited, and the easy and direct access to the beach.
