I really wanted to love my stay because the staff were genuinely wonderful. Everyone I interacted with was kind, friendly, and very understanding, and the breakfast was actually really good. Unfortunately, the condition of the rooms completely ruined the experience. I found roaches in my room and was moved three different times, only to find roaches in every room I was moved into. At that point, it was impossible to feel comfortable or clean during my stay. I will say that management was very understanding about the situation and refunded most of my stay, which I really appreciated. The customer service was great, but the cleanliness and condition of the rooms were unacceptable. I hope they take this seriously because the staff truly deserve better facilities to work with.

It is was great rooms with great staff. It would’ve been five stars, but the air conditioner was leaking so the room was quite musty. Sure they will get it fixed although.

Our room had a terrible odor from the moment we arrived, and the bathroom smelled strongly of motor oil. The bathroom exhaust vent was covered in dust, so I initially thought that was the source of the smell. After cleaning the vent and thoroughly disinfecting the room myself, the odor still remained. Unfortunately, the cleanliness issues didn't stop there. I found a roach in the wardrobe, and even woke up to one crawling on me. There were also ants crawling down the walls throughout our stay. To the hotel's credit, they offered to refund the cost of our second night, but I am still waiting to see if that refund is actually processed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
