Hot tub was very dated, and luke warm which was a bummer.The pool was okay, just very small, and 4' ish deep. T.v. channels has some issues you couldnt watch anything on it due to glitches and freezes.

The exit door right by our room did not have a lock. When we ask about it they said they are waiting on a part to fix it. Due to that, I know it is not their fault, but it sure left us with an unsafe feeling.

The carpet throughout is definitely worn. Everything is clean, but there's paint chipped and scraped off doorways. The staff is very friendly and professional. The hot tub is not hot enough, but my son loved the pool.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. Was not up to date. Had to move rooms because our previous room smelled like pet urine and that room wasn’t much better. The breakfast was terrible and would sit out over night and served the next morning. The pool had lumps of hair in it, the filtration system wasn’t working, and the pool light was hanging by the electrical cords in the pool. Out of date hotel and just overall very unsatisfied. I would not recommend staying here and honestly, this hotel needs to be deemed unfit and shut down.

This place is rough. It's seen better days. The employee who checked us in was also there in the morning, outside smoking. Funny enough, she didn't use the cigarette receptical, but rather placed them on top of the trash can.When you walk from the bed to the shower and step in something sticky on the carpet, it kind of ruins the stay. Then noticed something on the bed skirt. Disgusting. Breakfast tables were filthy, it was not a great stay.

The check-in was pleasant; Jennifer was polite and attentive. My party and I got to the non-smoking room, and when we opened the door, all i could smell was musty cigarette smoke and the room was HOT. We turned the AC on to get some air moving, but even the next morning, there was still a bad odor of smoke lingering in the room. The fan in the bathroom didn't work (or was non-existent), and some of the metal pieces un the bathroom were rusty.

Our room was freezing cold when we got there. Also noticed the missing remote for the TV. We called the front desk, someone came to our room and gave us a new remote and said it should work. Well it didn't. I went down to the front desk and request a new one or help. The front person asked of the remote lit up I said yes, then asked of the TV was turned on, I said no. "Well the TV is probably unplugged", I said No, the TV is on but the remote does not change the channel or work volume. Front desk person took the remote and changed the battery and asked to try that. I asked if there was a programming code and they said I dont know. Back up to my room and tried the remote, surprise, it didnt work. My husband called down again to let them know. The Owner ended up at our room, looked for the missing remote behind the dresser, then took the non working remote and switched it out for another one. By the time this was all done, I didnt want to watch TV.

Reservation and check in was easy. Price point for one night traveling through was nice but we sacrificed comfort. The double beds are so small, why not put queen beds in all rooms?? Mattress desperately needs to be replaced.. We sunk in the middle and woke with our backs hurting so bad I could barely walk when I stood up.

Was stayong here a couple of nights for a concert. Everything was clean and comfy, had a room with jacuzzi tube, it was great. Walls were a bit thin and building had some wear and tear but nothing that negativly impacted my stay.

If you actually want to sleep, stay somewhere else. There is no soundproofing between rooms. You’ll hear the next room’s TV, snoring, coughing, talking etc. all night. I want my money back honestly.

First and foremost: the lady that checked us in was great! The manager, however, when I forgot an item, told me: “it’s pointless to look in the room, if it wasn’t found, they’ve already been cleaned.” despite me telling him I had only been gone for an hour and knew where they should have been. The room was clean and comfortable. The lady at the front desk who checked us in was very helpful and friendly. She greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome. The desk clerks in the evening were helpful, but they seemed like this was just a job. The room amenities were fine. I wish there were garbage cans in the bathrooms.

This hotel was great for our 2 night stay. Empire Mall kitty-corner across the freeway. You can walk to it in 5 minutes. Lots of dining options within 5-10 minutes walking Denny Sanford Premier Centre is a 10-12 drive away. Very convenient location. Circle K gas station and convenience store right next the hotel. It is an older hotel but has a small oool and a hot tub with hot and cold breakfast options. For what it offers you can’t beat the price.

This hotel exceeded expectations. All we needed was a safe, clean quality night of sleep at a reasonable price- Baymont did exactly that and then some. Staff were fantastic. Breakfast was tasty and hotel was located in a cute neighborhood with shopping less than a mile from hotel.

This hotel was unexpectedly very nice. We hadn't stayed at a Baymont before. The orher reviews were very helpful, as we got in late in the evening pulling a trailer. There was more than adequate parking. The staff were all very pleasant. We went across the street to the Perkins after checking out. Next to this Baymont is an IHOP, as well. The location was within a 1/4 mile from the highway exit. Super convenient and safe for travelers. All in all, super value for the money.

This hotel was unexpectedly very nice. We hadn't stayed at a Baymont before. The orher reviews were very helpful, as we got in late in the evening pulling a trailer. There was more than adequate parking. The staff were all very pleasant. We went across the street to the Perkins after checking out. Next to this Baymont is an IHOP, as well. The location was within a 1/4 mile from the highway exit. Super convenient and safe for travelers. All in all, super value for the money.

The room was very clean. The only problem I had was that there wasn't much parking in the front, so I had to parked behind the building. They did have a door in the back that I used, however it didn't really feel the safest.

Very good breakfast. Coffee & OJ were great. Eggs, sausage, waffles, biscuits & gravy. Breakfast potatoes too. Bed was comfortable with good pillows. Water pressure was good but not great in shower. Temperature was good & very controllable. This Baymont was zn exceptional value. Would definitely stay here again.

Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome and gave us info about the town. The room was clean. The bathroom toilet and tub were clean but the floor was not. The beds were horrible. The breakfast was good and staff were monitoring it and adding food and items as needed.

The front desk attendant was wonderful. I asked for extra towels. The sausage gravy was gloopy and inedible. There were no hard boiled eggs. The A/C was slow to cool.

The facility was nice and the staff were helpful. However, there were suspicious things on our bedsheets like; hair that was obvious not mine, but one of the ladies could have dropped some hair while changing the bed..?? One of the outside doors didn't lock so that was a little scary. The pillows needed to be changed out as they were lumpy. We got in late and left early so we didn't use the swimming pool or hot tub. We didn't eat breakfast but there were a lot of people who appeared to be enjoying. I would stay here again just pack a few extra items to make it more pleasurable.
