Stay was good. Could use some updates but overall it was clean, staff was great and price was fair. My only complaint was the “gym/fitness center” I would definitely not recommend this hotel if that is important to you which is why I will probably not stay again. The size and VERY limited equipment was a disappointment.

Amazing location over looking Cove Lake, Wonderful breakfast, and such great staff! I do wish the gym had had a few light dumbbells -maybe 10, 15, 20, 25lbs? But other than that phenomenal stay, fully reccomend!

Not really up to par for a Hampton. For instance, the workout room is in a little "hut" outside of the building (had to go outside to get to it in 28degree weather) with outdated equipment.

The place was nice but a little dated and our room smelled musty but not overwhelming. The service was great and the breakfast was very good. Super nice view of the mountains and lake. We would maybe go again. Oh and the tub drain was really slow. Overall it was a decent place to stay.

Every time we come to Caryville to visit family we stay at this hotel. We have never been disappointed. It is always clean, they have a wonderful breakfast. The staff is helpful and very friendly etc. We miss the llama's. Thank you for always being there for us when we vosit. Thank you!

The hotel and property haveva unique history. My husband loved reading the stories and looking at the memorabilia. The staff was extremely nice, the rooms were clean and spacious.

We loved the view from our balcony room! Overall, this was a great place to stay for a couple nights. Layout on the rooms was a little small, but everything was clean upon arrival. Staff were all very friendly and willing to help with any questions we had. We also loved the cookies they had in the lobby every night as an added perk! The breakfast was also good. Was a little loud just being located next to the busy road, but nothing too major. Would likely stay here again if needed!

The surrounding area and view were amazing. Check-in was easy and quick, and the employees were kind. Our room was clean and easy to get to, but the layout literally has us saying, "huh?" Grsnted, it eas a small room with two queen beds shoved in, so it\'s understandable that they had to think out of the box. That said, the bathroom entrance was in the middle of the wall facing the beds. The closet, no kidding, was where the outside windows should be. Huh? All if that meant for us that it was okay to spend one night, but it was not super comfortable and we would not opt to stay for an extended time. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Worth noting is that we felt safe in the area.

Friendly staff. The room was clean. However, DO NOT book room 206. This was the most noisy hotel room I believe I have ever stayed in. The bed slept like straw. There was a popping sound coming from the wall beside the bed, a constant whirring from the heating unit, and a freaky toilet-flushing sound from the vacant bathroom every 45 min or so. As a Hilton Honors member I have stayed in many Hampton Inns and this was definitely the worst night’s sleep in one I ever experienced.

I paid extra for a Mountain View and the hotel entrance blocked the view. Luck of the draw also gave us the room right by the ice maker and elevator. It was so loud. Probably the worst room in the entire hotel. The breakfast was good. Probably would’ve liked the whole experience if we had a different room there.

We arrived late during bad weather and the desk staff was very helpful . They told us where the storms were and that we were under a tornado watch. They directed us to the only restaurant open. We were able to eat and get back to the hotel before the bad weather arrived. We felt that the staff was looking out for us.

Great customer service. The staff was wonderful and very nice. My kid had gotten sick while we were there and the front desk and cleaning staff was so nice and accommodating. Giving us Lysol etc, asking if we need water and supplying us with bottle waters. Then we had car trouble at check out and had to wait for hours for AAA. The staff was so nice during that. Allowing us to stay in the lobby and still asking if we needed anything drinks etc. Made us feel comfortable in a stressful situation. What you look for in customer service. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good.

This property is in a great spot. Right off the highway and has a wonderful view of the mountains. It was a convenient stop over en route to and from Florida. We chose this hotel because it was pet friendly as we usually travel with our well behaved, small dog. I was shocked at the amount they charged for my pet to stay however and will be looking for an alternative next time we pass this way, an additional $75USD plus tax is way too much on top of a typical roadside rate for a room. Such a shame that hotels are taking advantage of pet owners that way, I can understand if the room is left in bad shape because of a pet mishap and a pet security deposit is not returned (that is what I thought I was leaving CC details for) but this new flat rate for everyone - whether the room needs extra attention or not, has really taken off the shine of this place for me.

Great Room !! Fake fireplace is awesome Very romantic. Front deck clerk ( Darrell ) excellent customer service and customer care and support. Morning breakfast is always good we stayed 3 days. Cookies at 6pm fresh baked. ( Yum ) would stay here again if ever traveling through this area again.

Older Hampton Inn. Needs updating and a better breakfast than the Home2 we stayed in. does not have any lobby lounging area other than the breakfast tables. Elevator needs updating. Guestrooms lack any closet area or dresser area. having said all that it was very clean it did not have any foul odors, and the staff was friendly.
