The room was clean when we arrived, and the rest of the hotel appeared to be well maintained. The check-in staff was also very friendly and helpful. We stayed from Monday through Thursday, and our main concern was housekeeping. The door sign was unusual because it said “Do Not Disturb” on both sides instead of having “Service Please” on the reverse. We displayed it only while we were in the room and removed it whenever we left for the day. Despite being away for several hours each day, our room was never serviced during our stay. Fortunately, we had enough towels, but by checkout the trash was overflowing. We brought the issue to the front desk, and they responded by removing one day’s parking fee from our bill, which we appreciated. Overall, the hotel was clean and the staff was pleasant, but the housekeeping service and confusing door sign need improvement.

This is a great place to stay. This is a clean and well maintained hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. The lobby provides free water and has a coffee bar with pastries for sale every morning. There are several places to sit and talk both inside and outside. There is also a bar and restaurant, Elsie’s Daughter on site.

Our experience was wonderful! Location was absolutely perfect, and there was so much to do! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our air conditioning upon arrival and they jumped in to action to resolve it. The property was stunning, beautifully decorated, and very clean! We can’t wait to come back.

Everything about this place was wonderful! Beautiful property and room, full of luxurious little touches, high end finishing, super clean, friendly staff, amazing water pressure in shower. Wish we could have stayed longer!!

I came back here after a great stay in May. I was here for the weekend for and Ironman race. The hotel is close enough without being right next to it. I got in early and asked for an early check in and they worked hard to get me one. I was able to get in and had a great room on the first floor which close parking access and ability to get in on the side so I didn’t have to go through the front lobby. The hotel was hosting a wedding on top of all of the guests like myself and I must say the staff does a great job handling everything while making you feel like you are top priority. I was able to have dinner at Elsie’s daughter and had a wonderful meal at the bar the night before my race, the venue was buzzing yet it never felt chaotic. My only requests for future guests: 1 - have a pen in each room, it is usually a hotel staple and I needed to write, I will say the hotel staff took care of me. 2 - a microwave somewhere on property to use. To warm up food or make popcorn even if it was just one in the lobby. Overall great, I’ll be back.
