No frills room. Breakfast appeared to be packaged honeybuns (we skipped anyway), nice pool area off the parking lot. Was kinda noisy though, kept hearing or getting woken up by people going in and out and making noise in other rooms.

Great option for a budget hotel whether staying a night or a week. Older building, well maintained. Basic amenities, bed slept okay, decent water pressure, room and bedding seemed clean. Saw no evidence of bedbugs or roaches. Despite being the during the weekend, it was quiet. Pet friendly Front desk staff happily worked hard to accommodate all my requests. Everyone I encountered was polite and helpful. Overall the stay was what I expected for the price. I'll definitely be staying here every time I work in Chattanooga.

Very nice staff. Room was clean. Although it was non smoking, there was always a strong smell of smoke. Maybe from previuos years. Parking was free, but the spots were very narrow. Altogether it was a good stay.

The room was clean. The bedding and towels looked really dingy and old. The room had a pungent ranked smell. It was so bad I had to sleep under the covers and could still smell it some. If it hadn't had that awful smell, I woyld have had no prob.

There was some kind of brown substance on the back of the bathroom door. Don’t know what it was, but it was gross. The air conditioner did not work that well overall the room is really outdated. Also at check in they tried to make me pay a $200 deposit which it said nothing about in the listing on Expedia. He tried to call me a liar and say that yes it does even when I tried to show him. He went on to say everybody else around there charged a deposit, but I’ve stayed at other places around there and they did not charge a deposit and I told him that. In the end because I threatened to call Expedia and cancel my stay, he didn’t charge me the deposit. But I will not be staying here again you can find nicer places around for $10 or so more, I would rather pay the extra than deal with all of that again.

Harry was great!!! Ive been going there for almost a year. His aunt and uncle was there but they retired. Harry is keeping their hotel in great condition. Its the best hotel in Chattanooga!!!

This was a nice hotel to spend a night in while traveling. The location was perfect for me to get a meal to end the day, breakfast to start the next day with a convenient fuel stop to hit the road. biggest thing was we booked room for 2 days. they came in after first night and emptied garbage, did not make bed, did not replenish towels or soaps. when i asked about this "it's very busy on weekends and we don't have time to do that" ? they rented too very noisy guest next to us who were yelling all night and also early in am. they told us we should have complained, how they didn't see them or interact with them when the whole building faces office..? frequently on balcony and yelling. the breakfast was so bad, that they should just forget it. a coffee machine press a button and get a awful coffee. 2 sugar cereals, muffins the size of golfballs and some bread. it was cheap cheap the price, so i guess you could say what do you expect. the ratings were high 7 , i would give it a low 5 out of (10)

The hotel itself is in a very safe location, because it is oddly located on the grounds of a nicer hotel, which is in front of it. This secluded annexed location allowed for a buffer. The cleanliness of the hotel room itself was disgusting. Unwashed and stained sheets. An AC vent filter that hasn't been cleaned in decades, caked dirt/dust, and holes in it from rats/bugs. The bathroom looked used and uncleaned. Half the lights didn't work. It's the type of place that you never take off your socks and sleep in your clothes. The lobby wasn't much better. Based on that, I decided not to partake in their complimentary breakfast.
