We booked this hotel for our kids to be able to swim in the indoor pool during our stay. Upon arriving we were told that the pool light was out and the pool closes at sun down. Would have booked a different hotel if we knew the kids couldn’t swim passed 5 pm.

Room was dated, evidence of water damage on ceiling. Bed sheets were dirty, with hairs present. Bed was somewhat comfortable, but as I have a bad back I slept in a zero g recliner that carry on trips as most hotels do not have beds that support my back. Bathroom, was somewhat clean pubic hair was in a couple of towels and the tub was slightly dirty. Adjacent room were other family members stayed was about the same except they had the added of excitement of killing a cockroach as soon as they walked in. No other local insects were found. Also, the pool was closed and we were looking forward to a swim after a long day of traveling, and was closed for the duration of our stay. Apparently, the door lock was broken creating a safety hazard, but there is no telling how long it had been closed. It would have been nice for that info to be posted on their website before we booked. As we probably would have went elsewhere. Also, the gym was exceptionally dirt and dated. Overall the experience was 2 stars, the desk people were somewhat helpful but couldn’t help with any kind of discount for all of the issues without a manager present, we are supposed to be contacted today by the manager so we’ll see.

This was a great affordable place for my 7 year old son and I to stay in close proximity to Nashville, we loved everything about the hotel itself including the pool and the breakfast. It had very easy access to the major interstate nearby, only negative if you want to call it that had nothing to do with the hotel itself but with the neighboring mall that appears to be a ghost town with many stores closed but the Hotel itself was perfect for us . We will likely stay here again the next time we visit Nashville

The pool was closed, the gym dirty, had to ask several time to bring more food out. Breakfast was to be until 9:30 and they would stop 8:30!!! When you asked for more food they made a face!!! Like the inconvenience! I said something about the pool and they instantly offered a refund! I just drove 8 F hours idiot!!! I booked the room from Expedia and you disappointed me!!! I won’t be fooled again!!!!!!

I have to say the beds were reasonably comfortable and that is about the only good thing I had. Hot tub and pool were closed for maintenance. Breakfast was dirty and poorly stocked. Maintenance was lacking mostly at an esthetic level rather than functional. Hotel located next to a noisy highway bridge.

Pool was dirty. Their was cardboard floating in the pool. Hair balls on the side of the pool. No pool towels. Their was dryed up tooth paste in our bathroom sink. Sheets were all stainned up.

Rooms were not clean. Hot tub and pool were not functioning. Went to get breakfast and they ran out of food at 7:30am because kitchen was locked. Would not recommend this hotel.

The front desk was not friendly. The room was dirty, especially the bed. There was hair everywhere, and the linen even had holes. The hotel overall just looked bad. The restroom floor did not look clean. During check-in, it seemed like the front desk employee wanted us to leave. He looked like he didn’t know what to do or didn’t want to do it. I booked a Comfort because I had always liked the cleanliness they maintain, but I was very disappointed with this hotel.

Room was very dirty - the bathroom floor had hair all over it - there was black goo smeared on the bathroom walls - the carpet had not been vacuumed - the lock on the door was busted off - we found bugs crawling in the floor - the beds were very hard - sheets were dirty - the pool was closed - no ice in the ice machine

Mold on bathroom walls, shower heads are gross, the floors are not clean at all- they have that nasty old feel to them- didn't even want to walk barefoot in the room. This place absolutely needs a renovation.

The breakfast was not edible even to grab a snack, it was un sanitary, the room had what looked like bodily fluids on the bed frame, the shower was moldy and rusty, the room was gross.

The pictures online do not match this hotel. The lobby has a musky smell and when we got to the room the couch had chip crumbs on it and the bed had stains and mold on the mattress. The smell was horrible. The front desk clerk didn't even offer a different room but said I was the 3rd person today to say that. He was friendly the only plus about this hotel. Save yourself and look elsewhere to stay.

The first room we were given was not cleaned after the previous guests. Beds unmade, dirty towels on the floor, etc. the second room had cockroaches. The faucets and drain were filthy and then we saw 3 roaches. Left immediately!!!!! The office staffed seemed completely not surprised regarding my concerns.. it was clear she’s heard it before.

Very clean quiet hotel. Paul the manager is great! This is the nicest hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. The house keepers are also fantastic they get you what you need with a smile on their face. They don’t beat on your door and bother you

Our room was tidy but smelled like smoke (non smoking room). The bed cover and sheets were stained and the mattress was stained as well. The carpet felt sticky to the bare feet. The staff was great, very polite. I did not complain since we were only staying for one night (I probably should have).

The hotel and rooms had an odd smell to them its hard to put my finger on it. But my room appeared to be clean, the bed was comfortable, and the tv was big. It was fine for a short stay. The door nob to the bathroom was loose and fell off so Id say this place could use some maintenance here and there.

Was more run-down than expected. Room had multiple cracked tiles, light mold on bathroom ceiling, broken curtains, and then rolling desk chair was unusable as it was missing a wheel. Friends had to switch rooms a few times to inop or leaking AC units. Could not use the gym. Looks like there was a long term leak above the window on the ceiling. Room smelled moldy and floor was all bleached out and warped. Elliptical machine was covered in rust. Service was good and breakfast was good. They just need to step up the TLC.

We booked a 2 queen suite and the room had 2 full beds, not queens. The front desk told us that they inly have full die beds, not queen size. The door latch piece in the door had been removed, which gave us safety concerns. The toilets did not flush easily when we arrived, and overnight quit working entirely. The breakfast was decent food but unavailable when we went, and had to wait 10 minutes for them to prepare new warm food to make available, and then about 7 people were waiting for the food which was only enough for about 4 people. Beds were very small, sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable. The gap all the way around the door let in a ton of light and noise from the hallway. Breakfast was decent and pool was nice.

It was terrible. No ac in the rooms. Everywhere was hot, stains on the bed sheets, outlets not working, phones not working, bathroom toilet had water line cut off.

Lady at desk was rude when I asked for a new key because mine didn’t work. She told the next customer she was having a bad night because “everyone and they mama is asking for new keys” Carpet and comforter in room were both stained. Unpainted drywall patches on ceiling.

The 2 ladies at the front desk didn't know what they were doing. Took way too long to check in at 10:30pm. The hotel smelled and the hotel room carpet had stains all over it. The blanket had a big cigarette burn. The hotel non smoking.

The front desk was not friendly. The room was dirty, especially the bed. There was hair everywhere, and the linen even had holes. The hotel overall just looked bad. The restroom floor did not look clean. During check-in, it seemed like the front desk employee wanted us to leave. He looked like he didn’t know what to do or didn’t want to do it. I booked a Comfort because I had always liked the cleanliness they maintain, but I was very disappointed with this hotel.

Waited for roughly 45 minutes before a staff member showed up to check us and 3 other families in. There were literally no employees at the hotel when we arrived, which was blamed on shift change. Aside from that, not a bad stay.

Staff on duty was not overly welcoming. More matter of fact. Did not appreciated items being initialed before reading same, just given to sign. Hope the incidental “hold” be released prior to a 3 day hold. Desk person was not greeting customers with appreciation. For their stay. Floors could be cleaner in common areas.

Clean. Asked the front desk if we could have a late check out. She said only until noon. At 11am there was a knock at door telling us to get out. We were still sleeping and had to rush pack up everything and leave without showering. When I told them we had approval by front desk they said no we had to be out immediately.

The toilet in our room did not work. We called down to the front desk and were told they would bring up a plunger. 1.5 hours later, we called the front desk back, who told us they couldn’t find a plunger. I asked for another room since this one did not have a working toilet. I was told no and that was a last resort and that we should plan to walk down 3 floors to use the bathroom in the lobby whenever we needed a restroom. That was unacceptable. I told the front desk that they had 10 minutes to fix this or my family would be at the front desk with all of our suitcases until they gave us a new room. Guess what? There was a plunger at our door in less than 10 minutes.

Very clean quiet hotel. Paul the manager is great! This is the nicest hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. The house keepers are also fantastic they get you what you need with a smile on their face. They don’t beat on your door and bother you

Was ok but not even average. Looks like they tried to update a really old rundown hotel and put lipstick on it. Breakfast did not look appetizing so we skipped. Area is not great either. Would not stay again. Stay in Nashville or keep driving past Goodlettsville.

This was a great affordable place for my 7 year old son and I to stay in close proximity to Nashville, we loved everything about the hotel itself including the pool and the breakfast. It had very easy access to the major interstate nearby, only negative if you want to call it that had nothing to do with the hotel itself but with the neighboring mall that appears to be a ghost town with many stores closed but the Hotel itself was perfect for us . We will likely stay here again the next time we visit Nashville

I have to say the beds were reasonably comfortable and that is about the only good thing I had. Hot tub and pool were closed for maintenance. Breakfast was dirty and poorly stocked. Maintenance was lacking mostly at an esthetic level rather than functional. Hotel located next to a noisy highway bridge.

Waste of money. Room was dirty, the arm rest on the couch looked like someone smeared lotion ( or something else) all over. For threr days there was never any house keeping done for my room. Breakfast was posted 630 am to 9 or 930 am, but at 645 am i go to the kitchen and lights are off. Asked the desk clerk and she said they were running late. And told me to come back in 15 mins. I told her I had to be at work by 7 and was hoping for a quick breakfast. She said she was sorry. All weekend it was the same way. Resevered a room there just for the continental breakfast and because the hotel was 10 mins from where I needed to be for work.

The room was ok, and affordable. I booked this one because it had breakfast, however the breakfast was terrible. Like the biscuits they had were so hard you could have used them as weapons. The hotel was very noisy late at night. I complained about it but nothing really was done. I dont think we'll stay here again.

It was a getaway for me and my wife to relax, and that we did. The hotel was clean and the service was excellent. The breakfast is a hot breakfast, and there were no complaints with the breakfast. The beds were a little on the hard side and the pillows needed to be replaced with new ones but overall it was a good place to stay. I do recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was not edible even to grab a snack, it was un sanitary, the room had what looked like bodily fluids on the bed frame, the shower was moldy and rusty, the room was gross.

The hotel was nice and was not too far from the apartment my daughter was moving into for school. All of the members of the staff were extremely nice and breakfast was really good. I gave the rating I did because the first room we were given, did not have a shower curtain, but it shows that they are cleaning and washing behind each guest. I was switched to the room across the hall which did have one. The stay was pleasant and would possible stay here again. Thanks all.

I would have given them a 3 star up until this morning. It seemed relatively clean besides the dingy hallway floors and rust stain in the tub. The breakfast wasn’t that great. It was what you’d expect mostly for $76. Then this morning as I was in the bathroom getting ready to leave a little baby roach started crawling on the wall. I was so creeped out and wondering if anything crawled in my luggage. Had it happened earlier in my stay I would have mentioned it to them. Won’t be going back.

The lobby was nice and clean as was the breakfast area. The hallway carpets were old, damaged and dirty. The pool area was nice but the water was too cold, specially for my 2 year old grand daughter. I was really looking forward to my morning waffles but the batter machine was broken. They could have figured a way around that. The neighborhood was a bit scary, Lots of homeless people.

There was a roach in my room 309, I was in the break room getting food and the front desk person (guy) came in to check on the Food, he took his croc (shoe) off and got something from Between his toes with his bare hands then proceeded with stirring the food without Gloves, Very Nasty

The beds were hard. Breakfast was terrible. Staff was NOT polite. Our room was not cleaned. No towels in the pool area. The door to our room didn't close properly. Will NOT recommend what so ever!
