Bathroom has a mold and the back of the headboard was dirty and also the stand table back was tones of trash. Pool was very cold they never put a warm water plus the door access upstairs was completely open so the temperature was completely cold.

The Good: Location - Its near anything you would want as a traveler. Grocery store✅, park ✅, fast casual restaurants ✅ Service - Always a smile from the woman behind the desk and at breakfast. Needs Improvement: The facility itself could benefit from some capital improvements, but theres definitely some pride in ownership here as they try to make up for things with clenliness. The pool being closed was a disappointment

Good price semi comfortable bed hot water. No bugs clean parking lot. However I’m very disappointed at the pool being closed. It says indoor pool but it was closed I specifically called to make sure as I have kids and needed a pool and it wasn’t open.

We chose this hotel in June 2025 as an affordable option to stop overnight on our way to Florida. The staff was friendly, however, the hotel was not great. The outside was very run down and dirty with cigarette butts everywhere. The room itself looked nice at first glance, however the AC unit was leaking and carpet was wet, the bathroom was filthy with hair and dirt on the floor, and people were loud and disruptive in the parking lot late in to the evening. In the morning there were trailers lining the parking lot that blocked visitors cars, making them unable to get out of their parking space. We didn't even attempt the continental breakfast so we can't comment on it. Yes, we saved a little money but it was a very uncomfortable stay. I would not recommend this for families.

We stayes one night here while in Nashville vicinity and was pleased. The room was clean, and it was a quiet place even by a busy road. The pool was amazing!

Only one set of steps and no elevator but that's fine for us. Kids loved the pool. We had 5 kids with plenty of room. Walk to Mcdonald, Kroger, Thia food. Short drive to many other places. Easy to park. Room as spacious and clean. Several hotels in the area. Staff was kind enough to place us in rooms next to each other even though we had booked separately through expedia. Close to interstate.

The beds were great, service was good, but cleanliness was bad. Very bad! Hair still on the shower wall, mold behind toilet, water stain on the ceiling and tissue stuffed in the eyehole on the door.

I have trouble walking and i was traveling with my dogs. I requested downstairs due to my disability which was relayed during the rental process but when i arrived they said they were sold out and only had second floor. When i explained my disability they said they will "upgrade" me to a king size room on the first floor for free. It was directly next to the front checkin. The room was extremely wet from the extreme humidity and the AC unit was barely, very little cool air blowing and it seemed to shut off constantly. So the floor stayed wet including the carpet. Not sure if the room was flooded prior but it was disgusting. No other options and it was late so no changing rooms. The power also went out (city wide not hotels fault) in the middle of the night just as the AC seemed to cool the room down to a warm 80 degrees. There was also a bar of used soap left in the shower.

Room was dirty. Hairs on towels, comforter had black marks on it, carpet was sticky, room was musty smelling. Bathroom wasn’t clean and the fans in the room were filthy. This was the only hotel available last minute and it’s not a hotel, it’s a motel.

After reviews I thought I would be okay staying here since I really didn’t have much money to spare. I loved the location so close to everything. Staff was very nice . I wish I wish I did more inspection prior to sleeping there . But after I got bit and seen 3 bugs o googled them . It was big bugs but at stage 1 . After looking at the sheets I noticed dried blood in a lot of places nor did the liens look bleach clean. When taking a shower the tub clogged up . I did not appreciate when bringing up the bug issue to the front desk it’s like they denied it verses stating I apologize for this and thank you so much for informing us of this issue. All he could say is I been here for a year and we never had bugs. I Love the lord and believe in him so much so I would never lie on any business or person since I believe in karma. I was in room 205 . Hot Breakfast is waffles and microwaved eggs and sausage which I don’t recommend at all. It’s not worth $100 for weekend rates but if you desperate and need to save money you get what you pay for. I just pray to god I don’t bring nothing in my car nor home.

We stayed only for 1 night. Property looks run down but the rooms are okay. Big roach in the bathroom was a nasty surprise. Beds were comfortable and water pressure in the shower was good. Could stay there in a pinch.

Everything was ok , accept the tv, you had to do all by the back of the TV. The TV was only giving you half of the screen and the adjustment for the sound could not be done properly. However, the beds were comfortable and clean.

Out dated room, but liveable. Amenities all worked fine, but tv only got one station and that was Fox News ( Terrible). Door had a gap. Not a problem, but for noise and keeping weather out not so good. I mean the room served its purpose. Break fast was small but very adequate. The lady running the breakfast area on the weekends is amazing. She was very nice and pleasant to talk to.

Can't say enough good things about the staff and the rooms. Everything is well kept and very clean. The breakfast is really good also. The surrounding hotels can't compete on price or cleanliness and the people who work here are of very high quality.

We are very pleased with the staff on all levels, they have been absolutely wonderful the entire time we have stayed. They have breakfast ready every morning at 6:30 and keep it going for a good 3 hours. The folks who clean the rooms are incredible and we have looked forward to seeing them each day. The swimming pool is very clean and well kept. The rooms are large and have everything you could possibly need. We will continue to stay with these folks until our job is complete.

I loved the staff starting with Charles who checked me in. Charles was very accommodating. Margaret was anothe worker who was amazing with her personality and smile. Last but not least the manager Ashwin was amazing, I just loved his customer service he made my stay so comfortable.

If you're like me, I spend hours checking out rooms in the area I'm traveling. I definitely made a great choice with this location Quality Inn its in what feels like a safe location,quite,clean, Air was COLD.:) Front desk was friendly but even the people who worked there were "extremely" friendly. Also room is at a fair price. Next time in the area I'll stay there. Everyone Have A Wonderful Week,:)

The lady at the front desk made us pay extra for an adult we already paid for. She also gave us issues with asking for more towels. All in all she was just rude whenever we had to deal with her. The rest of the staff was nice and helpful. The pool area was nice and clean. The breakfast was nice with waffles, muffins, yogurt and cereal. That one employee just made the whole stay terrible.

Very minimal breakfast, very rude breakfast host. We asked for some milk for our cereal and was advised that the table of Mexicans probably drink it all. There was dirt behind the bathroom door as if the floor hadn’t been sweat and we were given two towels for four people For two days and when I ask one of the gentleman housekeepers if I could have a couple more towels he wasn’t very happy about giving them to me.

The room was basic but clean and quiet. Only about 20 min from downtown. Lots of gas stations and restaurants surrounding the area. Definitely a good, more affordable option if you’re coming to Nashville!

Decent rooms for the price. 83 bucks nightly on a labor day weekend. Quiet and safe place. Comfortable beds. 20 mins to Nashville broadway walk. 1.5 hrs to Mammoth cave.

Easy and fast check-in. Room was nice and clean. Located close to several eateries and shopping. Parking spaces aren’t very big, but other than that it was a nice stay for one night.

Staff was just ok. This is a pretty average Super 8, but they did have breakfast sandwiches you could heat up in the microwave, which brought the Continental breakfast up a notch.

This was a nice little hotel, with exterior entrances to each room. The room was updated recently enough nothing seemed out of date. The bathroom and carpets were all visibly clean and kept up. The bed was nice for a hotel. And the price was about half of the competitors within a couple miles. If you need clean and the right price, this is perfect. Seems to be family owned, and they’ll likely ask for your room number at breakfast. But I assume that’s because they have people wander in occasionally. Breakfast was simple, but had Jimmy dean sandwiches I could heat up, muffins, cereal, a waffle maker, and juice. I had zero issues, but I feel like they’d also have been helpful if I needed something. Seriously perfect for what I needed.

Everything was ok, good for overnight stay. Breakfast was limited but they did have waffles:) Room was clean and comfortable, refrigerator did not get very cold. May need replacing and tv was smaller than most hotels.

After reviews I thought I would be okay staying here since I really didn’t have much money to spare. I loved the location so close to everything. Staff was very nice . I wish I wish I did more inspection prior to sleeping there . But after I got bit and seen 3 bugs o googled them . It was big bugs but at stage 1 . After looking at the sheets I noticed dried blood in a lot of places nor did the liens look bleach clean. When taking a shower the tub clogged up . I did not appreciate when bringing up the bug issue to the front desk it’s like they denied it verses stating I apologize for this and thank you so much for informing us of this issue. All he could say is I been here for a year and we never had bugs. I Love the lord and believe in him so much so I would never lie on any business or person since I believe in karma. I was in room 205 . Hot Breakfast is waffles and microwaved eggs and sausage which I don’t recommend at all. It’s not worth $100 for weekend rates but if you desperate and need to save money you get what you pay for. I just pray to god I don’t bring nothing in my car nor home.

Very minimal breakfast, very rude breakfast host. We asked for some milk for our cereal and was advised that the table of Mexicans probably drink it all. There was dirt behind the bathroom door as if the floor hadn’t been sweat and we were given two towels for four people For two days and when I ask one of the gentleman housekeepers if I could have a couple more towels he wasn’t very happy about giving them to me.

Room appeared clean, but it's an older property and not maintained at a 5 star level, not bad...just not top tier. A tarp with debris from trimming shrubbery was taking up 2 parking spots in front of hotel the whole week we were there. Air conditioner condensate from upstairs wasn't routed down drains, it dripped onto the sidewalk for the first level. Caulk and trim around the shower was pulled loose. However, service was timely and pleasant. We got this hotel for a week long conference at a bit cheaper cost than nearby hotels and it was definitely acceptable unless your standards are 5 star. Never a concern about cleanliness, just not maintained to the same standards.

This was the most unpleasant experience ever! The room was musty and moldy and it was ridden with roaches of all sizes. It was so bad my kids were so scared they left and went to their grandmas. When I mentioned it to the office he refused to give us another room. When we went down for breakfast and the place was too packed with families they allowed to sit for 2 hrs with no regards for others at all. I also mentioned this to him and he said we can’t control that. But they also didn’t allow food to be taken to the room. We waited until 840 to make a single waffle and we had a family of 6 with us. The things that were advertised online were not available for breakfast and when we asked for extra towels for the poolside the receptionist basically told us no. We had to ask multiple times and still only got 2 WE HAD A FAMILY OF 6. Will not be coming back and wouldn’t recommend.

There were ants in my bathtub and a stain on one of the two bed covers. I was woken up by a bus-full of men shouting at each other right outside my door as they prepared to get on their bus.
