Staff was great - rooms are clean - ours just smelled musty and actually sheets felt damp prob from the humidity. Breakfast was decent.

The first time we stayed here, the room was great, the staff was friendly and helpful. Our second stay was just ok. The front desk clerk was face-timing with someone on the phone, so half the time I had no idea if they were talking to me or the person on the other line. After getting checked in, the first thing I saw when entering my room was a small roach on the floor heading under the sink. I dispatched it quickly then checked the rest of the room. There was what appeared to be another dead roach halfway under the vinyl floor boards in the far corner of the room. The vinyl floor board was also peeling away from the wall under the window. I took our dog out one last time before bed, and the automatic sliding door coming back inside wouldn't open. I pressed the assistance button but it didn't do anything. There was another family unloading luggage at the door too. It finally opened up but it was an inconvenience. The bed was comfortable, and breakfast was good. My wife tried to get ice down the hall but the machine wasn't working. Overall I don't mind staying here since it's right off the highway and dogs are always welcome.

Our stay was pleasant. The room was clean and big enough for our family of 5 along with our dog. The breakfast was fresh, hot, and it had lots of options. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked inviting. The shower in our room was a bit slow while draining. The mini fridge was useful to keep a few things cool before grabbing ice down the hall. The staff was friendly and we're planning on staying there again.
