Older hotel, rooms slightly updated. Pool is very small. When we checked in I had my elderly father with me and they gave us a room on the second floor, no elevator. Even though there was hardly anyone staying there So I had to request another room. Breakfast was ok, eggs and sausage not good but the male your own waffle was ok

Staff were friendly and accommodating. We only booked here because it was pet friendly .Hotel was a disaster, we booked a king bed room, they but us in double bed room. AC in room was leaking upon arrival, and floor and carpet was soaked with water. They willing moved us to another room, that was not designated pet friendly, due to the fact the floors were to be cleaned the next day. This room was better, but shower in handicapped bathroom didn’t drain quick enough to keep up with the water, so constantly shutting shower off to drain. All in all it was a terrible stay. We travel through the area often, but we will not stay in this hotel again.

Upon arrival I had to wait quite a while before anyone met me at the counter. There was no availability on the lower floor. Was given a room on the back side of the hotel on the second floor. Upon entering the room it smelled like an ashtray. As we were going back around to request a room change, I met the staff who checked me in. She agreed to swap my room. Back to the lobby. She moved us to the front side also on the second floor. This room smelled some better. We stayed one of the two nights we booked because our events ended. We were happy to go home the second night.

Avoid this one place. I never leave reviews, but if this helps one person it’s worth it. Our first room smelled like someone had a bunch of wet dogs in it, the clock didn’t work, and the tv speakers were blown. I thought it was a fluke and spoke with the gentleman at the front desk and asked for a new room; he moved us with no issue. But when we got to the new room is was a smoking room and we reserved a nonsmoking, not good when you have breathing difficulties. At this point it was midnight and I just wanted a refund, front desk wouldn’t do it. I booked through Expedia and they wouldn’t even work with Expedia. Called corporate because of how bad it was, but they couldn’t help because we “booked through expedia”. You would think you would want to keep up your brand reputation.

There were other rooms on our floor that had chairs and tables outside in the hall talking loudly late into the evening. There were other guests downstairs smoking outside their rooms which happened to be right by my car.
