La Quinta by Wyndham Kingsport Tri Cities Airport

Breakfast was OK. Hallway ceiling tiles had a lot missing the hallway wallpaper looked like it had gotten water damage. Maybe they were working on it. Changed owners si ce we were there the last time and we're a little disappointed.

This is good hotel but needs some updating and fixing some problems. We stayed here a few years ago and it was pretty good then it’s just a bit run down now.

Staff was very friendly and attentive. Check in was slow, but I had just drove 13 hours so I was ready for bed. Overall the place was decent. The furniture and linens were nice and seemed new. However, a lot of damage and un-kept appearances. Holes in walls in the passageways, wallpaper pulling in the corners, etc. The breakfast was again - decent. Basic scrabbled eggs, sausage, three cereal selections, multiple bread options and a waffle making station. Nothing special.

Staff was very new and had no idea how to handle situations. My wife has asthma and when walking in had to walk through a cloud of pot smoke. When brought up to the desk clerk, he only offered her to be placed away from them. How about remove the people making it uncomfortable? Allowing illegal activities? Not good. Not to mention the hair in the sheets. Very unhappy with this stay and will gladly pay more to stay somewhere else. If I could give negative stars I would.

DIRTY WASH CLOTHES AND TOWELS 😭. Woke up and the breakfast was COLD. Will never stay here again
