Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Easy access with our boat and truck and outdoor power to charge up over night

It had plenty of room for parking truck and trailer or boat

The room was clean, shower easy to use with plenty of hot water, fridge in room worked well. Very basic, not fancy but it meets needs. Location was great for my needs, close to the interstate and lots of stores and restaurants nearby. I was disappointed that the breakfast consisted of a choice between a breakfast bar and a pack of peanut butter crackers. They offered coffee and juice but I don't drink those. It was a bit noisy on Saturday night, someone was barbequing on the patio at midnight, my room smelled of smoke all night after I opened the door to see what was going on. The fire was only a few feet from the building, in front of a room. I didn't think that was safe. I didn't sleep that night, the party went on all hours. When I called the desk, they said that a fire close to a room was ok but they would try to "shut them up." That didn't happen, you can't quiet a party down. But the manager took my complaint seriously the next morning, and said that he would tell them they must bbq by the pool area. The following night it was quieter.I really do not think that a bbq pit with a fire should be so close to a building I'm sleeping in. But maybe that's just me.

No elevator to 2nd floor.

Could have been better for money! Roaches in first room ! Ice maker broke

This hotel was old and an okay stay for one night. The ice machine was broke. The security hasp on the door was broke. There were people grilling and playing loud music until midnight. Pictures of the hotel are not current or accurate.

Great stay, great price, great parking for big trucks. Our go-to on this route.

The walls, bathroom, floors were filthy. The tub was dirty. People were loud and outside their rooms partying all through out the night. We left at 5 am and they were still up drinking. The pool was also dirty.

We loved the stay. Was there for 4th of July week. We were on motorcycle. Great location to ride to surrounding cities and see sites. Very clean room with clean towels every day. Bed was made every morning after we left for the day. Very quiet even with being by interstate. Added a night to the end of our stay and staff was very accommodating. Mexican restaurant tied to the hotel lobby was very good. Would definitely stay here again.

Cockroaches and nothing worked in the room

Maintenance was lacking- towel bar, falling off the wall, leaky tub, faucet, loose, toilet seat, etc. However, the staff was friendly and courteous, and the rooms were quite clean!

There was pubic hair on an unclean sheets, dust everywhere, Lrg makeup sponge in the chair, all the furniture was stained, no working phone, no working alarm, food on the microcar, dirt on the tub, walls in bathroom with pizza, door dripping with dirt, PILLS ON THE FLOOR and marijuana smoke all over the property.

There were dead roaches in the room. The ac/heat had bugs and dirt in it so we didn’t use it. Would not have stayed except others were full.

Other than the stench of stale cigarette smoke in a room that I requested be non-smoking, the room served its purpose. It was clean, safe and comfortable. They do NOT have breakfast as advertised. Breakfast oat bars and coffee cups with unappropriately sized lids.

Rooms had bad smell in them

Room was clean. The bed and pillows could use an update. The outside could use a refresh. The staff does a really good job of cleaning.

It was exactly what we've come to expect from Days Inn. Clean room, comfy bed and safe well lit parking lot. No frills, just comfort.

There arent any "cheap" clean hotels left. This one is good compare to ones i stayed before. Expect broken hair dryer or strange smells for this price range hotels/motels. There are restaurants near by and gas station all walking distance.

Room was ok, but the smell of cigaretts was over powering. I had booked a non smoking room. My husband asked about the non smoking room and was told the room is clean. Did not sleep well because of the noise in the room upstairs above our room.

Booked a queen room but first night had a full size bed. They couldn’t change it that night because they were sold out. Moved into a king bed for second night but the remote was missing so the tv was stuck on a children’s channel I had to go to another room for a remote but it didn’t work for that tv. I just gave up and hooked up the HDMI cable. But it was easy to get back and forth between here and the Cool Springs icearium

The room wasn’t very clean, bottles were broken in front of the door to the room the 2nd night there when we returned to the room, no one ever came to clean it up, the front desk was not at all helpful, or polite to us at all. Would not recommend and will not return

Nice staff

This place is beyond sad. Ran poorly and the manager out right lied to us about getting a refund despite giving appropriate amount of time to cancel one night ( of several night trip) .Breakfast consists of crackers and a granola bar, and our room smelled like a 20 foot ash tray. I could go on and on but those were the highlights

The hotel is dirty and the staff is really bad. Management appears to be in trouble because of financial issues as they ripped me off. I originally booked 4 nights on Expedia. I arrived very late because of late flight arriving to Knoxville. They charged my credit card for 4 nights even before I arrived. I checked in 1:00 the following morning. Cleaning staff opened the door of my room at 8:00 AM without even knocking. I wanted to cancel my stay and leave. The real saga started here. The impolite receptionist told me that they cannot refund the 3 nights I didn’t use and asked me to talk with Expedia. Expedia told me that I have to go back to the hotel for the refund. The receptionist said the manager was not on the property and I have to be charged the full amount even if I cut my stay because of the cleanness and bad service. I wasted a good couple of hours on the phone between Expedia, Wyndham customer care, and the hotel. I left the hotel and eventually they charged 2 nights instead of one although I only stayed for one night and it was really very bad experience. I advise against using this hotel until it has management change and some renovation.

Many guests hovering at rails, staircases, parking lot. Appeared to be construction workers staying at the hotel. Very noisy when leaving in the mornings. My room was clean but needed an upgrade to the furniture due to deuteration. My TV did not work but was replaced the next day. Office staff were friendly and professional.

Check-in was very slow and when I got to my room the key did not work, requiring a trip back to the office in a different building. Have not gotten into my room yet and already regret staying here.

The furniture and room was worn out and dated. It smelled. It said in their advertisement that breakfast was available but there was coffee, tea, juice and a granola bar/ crackers. Very disappointed.

Place was OK, not great. Old. No breakfast food included, only coffee.

Room was clean, staff at desk was courteous. It is an older building, but spruced up in places. Breakfast was included, but there was only coffee & some cheap granola bars, we expected at least cereal or toast.

Where do I start? I'm not super picky. I really am a pretty low maintenance person. Here is a list of my gripes: We got a non smoking room but it smelled awful. Like cigarettes and mold. The smoke alarm battery needed changed and was chirping. The phone didn't work so we couldn't call the front desk to tell them. We had to disconnect the smoke detector and put it outside so we could sleep. The bathtub faucet would not turn off. It just trickled constantly. There were stains in the tub and toilet. The walls had drip stains. There was a random ottoman in the room and it was very sticky. The air conditioner was very loud. There were dead bugs in the corner of the room. Someones sunglasses were left on the TV stand so who knows when the last time this room was cleaned. There were no beadbugs and everyone was exhausted from driving all day so we stayed since it was the only hotel with vacancy nearby and they advertised free breakfast. Upon checkout we discovered there was no breakfast after all. Not even granola bars.

We were supposed to get “breakfast “. It was a choice between peanut butter crackers or a granola bar.

The price was good being less than $100. However, the toilet ran Non-Stop I'm guessing because of a bladder or reservoir issue? The AC was great in the room. The morning breakfast was nothing more than granola bars and fruit bars. No eggs or sausage or bacon at this place LOL. They did have pineapple juice apple juice orange juice and water selections along with coffee. Like I said convenient and reasonably priced.

Room was clean enough but had a couple of maintenance issues. Unfolded a “clean” bath towel to find an empty alcohol miniature. Advertised breakfast is fruit juice And packaged peanut butter and crackers.
