I really like the location of this property. We have stayed here twice and it's not a long drive to Neyland Stadium. We love that we can get up and walk across the parking lot to Dunkin for coffee and Chik-fila for breakfast or lunch. But I probably won't stay here again because as I was double-checking to see that we had everything before leaving, I opened a drawer and there was a roach crawling in it. I can't risk those getting in my luggage and coming home with us. I'm very sad about it because I do like the place a lot.

This place has really gone down since last stay there. Room not very clean. Bed pillows about as thick as a penny. Said breakfast provided. Consisted of snack bar and coffee that wasn’t fit to drink. Definitely not worth 109$

We didn't have room cleaning service over the weekend. Something was wrong with my confirmation number so checking in took longer than expected. The sink leaked and room was musty. I was expecting to pay what my total on the app was and instead was hit with an extra 3% processing fee at check in. I am using to paying at the end of my stay and was going to pay with cash and my card was ran immediately upon check in. 3 star instead of 2 simply because I didn't complain to the staff to get it fixed. I called ahead to tell them we would be arriving late and they told me not to worry. When we arrived they had rented out our reserved non smoking room. The only non smoking rooms left available were Queen sized beds. I was just glad to have a non smoking room. The AC didnt work in the room they ended up giving us, so we had to get yet another room. The AC worked but made a terrible whistling noise. The office ladies were super friendly and kind. I was super upset about the entire room situation, and didnt get a discount either for the inconvenience. I was nice and respectful anyway because the women were so kind. "Breakfast included" in the stay was a coffee machine and some granola bars. We went to cracker barrellnext door instead. Wouldnt stay here again, but the workers are super nice so i didnt give it an even lower review. The rooms were decently clean, and the fridge was immaculate.

The staff were pleasant, friendly and attentive. I WAS a bit put off by the surprise 3% adjustment for checking in with a credit card and not Cash. I stated this was never laid out in the website and he immediately said he’d give me a discount to not reflect the 3% surcharge. It seems this is a scheme to boost revenue at the location and will be nullified if questioned.

Is one of many chain hotels at this intersection. We, like others, stayed after attending U of Tn football game. Adequate place, pleasant staff, not bad for price but not really much offered either.

This people here are money hungry. My booking got messed up and they still made me pay and I never stayed there. I needed the room for Saturday not Friday and they made me stay at for both. The sad part is I am a regular so instead of refunding one night they are gonna lose out a lot… We stayed there at least twice a month and sometimes more…. Not any more!!! This place is garbage

This place has really gone down since last stay there. Room not very clean. Bed pillows about as thick as a penny. Said breakfast provided. Consisted of snack bar and coffee that wasn’t fit to drink. Definitely not worth 109$

Convenient low budget hotel close to interstate highway. Decent stark no frills no breakfast hotel on primary road to Smokie Mountains. Not very nice but you get what you don’t pay for. Is one of many chain hotels at this intersection. We, like others, stayed after attending U of Tn football game. Adequate place, pleasant staff, not bad for price but not really much offered either.

Broken chain lock on door, leaking toilet and vanity so I had to put towels down which revealed how filthy the floor actually was. Staff was very nice and room was ok considering. Should have been about $35/night not $65 though. Coffee was decent, breakfast is a granola bar…

I called ahead to tell them we would be arriving late and they told me not to worry. When we arrived they had rented out our reserved non smoking room. The only non smoking rooms left available were Queen sized beds. I was just glad to have a non smoking room. The AC didnt work in the room they ended up giving us, so we had to get yet another room. The AC worked but made a terrible whistling noise. The office ladies were super friendly and kind. I was super upset about the entire room situation, and didnt get a discount either for the inconvenience. I was nice and respectful anyway because the women were so kind. "Breakfast included" in the stay was a coffee machine and some granola bars. We went to cracker barrellnext door instead. Wouldnt stay here again, but the workers are super nice so i didnt give it an even lower review. The rooms were decently clean, and the fridge was immaculate.

This Inn is great for overnight stays. The rooms are a bit dated but good. Some good things: The staff (owners) is very kind, nice, and go the extra mile. The water pressure is awesome. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are clean. Some challenges: You have to ask for a hair dryer. You have to ask for the TV remote and return it at checkout. The breakfast is not a real breakfast. More of a snack. The soap is not good quality. Bring your own. Don't let my challenges sway you to pick another inn. You are getting a nice bed and clean room without all the upscale things that come with an upscale hotel. You are getting what you are paying for in an overnight stay. I stay here for gamedays! Staff was great. The room was okay but a bit dated. The floor felt slippery. One light over the sink continually blinked on and off. The electrical outlets would not hold the plug (I had to bend the prongs to get them to stay in). AC was running full blast when I arrived -- the room temp was 64 degrees! I left at 3:40am so I can't comment on the continental breakfast. I'd stay again on a solo trip but I'm not sure my wife would be as comfortable.
