if you receive an upstairs room it is awful. the walkway and stairs are slanted like its detaching from the building they gave us a wake up call at 530 am when i did not order one. then housekeeping woke us up both mornings knocking on the door before 9 am even the day we was checking out. i paid 212.00 for 2 nights wish i could get a psrtisl refund at least it was so bad

It sucked to put it nicely I was charged for my service dog when I had proof that she is a service dog then the room was stained and the toilet was loud and scary for my kids and as soon as I took my shoes off I had a safety pin in my foot glad I had my shots but it was terrible I will never go back and the pool wasn’t even working including the fact that the microwave sounded like it was about to explode

The check-in was very slow, and they still have the lobby closed for COVID. there is a walk up window in the entry area for checking in, and not much room for people to stand, there was a line of five people, and three had to stand in the rain while waiting. The non-smoking room smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke that my eyes were water. The carpet in the room was sticky in multiple places, there was dirty Saran Wrap covering the furniture legs, and there were hand prints all over the headboard. The police were also there multiple times during the night.

This place was horrible, dirty and smelled funny everything was very old. Paint is falling off the ceiling, tiles coming off. My boyfriend, the next day had strange bites on his back. Needles to say we slept with our clothes on. I could not believe that this place cost over $100 dollars.

Your site said that there was a breakfast. They haven't had it since Covid. The surfaces were not wiped down. I had to take a wet cloth to every flat surface. They were sticky and dirty. The mirrors were streaked and not clean. I turned off the light to go to bed and a bug climbed into bed with me. I killed him and struggled to sleep after that.

For one hr after we checked in we found roaches and the night bed bugs. Most of the wash rags and towels was still dirty. The room it's self had something all over the walls. The microwave sparked ever time we tried to use it. The moving that we left it was 9am check outs at 11am the cleaning people was being rude saying we going to have to pay another night rushing us out of the room. So we will not be back to this place

When I realized it was gone I called the property and was told they didn’t find any coat. Neon green safety coat, well over $100. I left it laying on the chair yet nobody had saw it.

This room was so disappointing. For one the room was gross. The floor was so dirty we had to wear our shoes whenever we walked around or the soles of our feet would turn black. There were holes in the blankets and huge holes in the bathroom door. The air conditioning only blew hair it didn’t actually cool. The pillows were pitiful and there were only 3 for the king sized bed. Also we had a non smoking room, but it REEKED of smoke and since I’m allergic to smoke it sucked so much. None of the lamps had shades and one lamp didn’t even have a switch to turn it on. Literally never again

Room was clean. As always, the beds are comfortable, sheets and pillows are top class and clean. That big thick comforter and all those hypoallergenic pillows provide a terrific nights sleep in a safe and quiet atmosphere. It's why I always stay there on my way back n forth from Nashville.

The room was cleaned properly and the bed was comfortable. The door to bathroom was broken. There was dirt in sink. The room smelled. It is definetelt not worth the $50. If price was $30 ot would be appropriate. I do not recommend this to anyone.

Lists a complimentary breakfast they haven\'t offered in FOUR YEARS; and all rooms have a severe cockroach problem to the level where "bugs in my room even MY BED" isn\'t a valid reason to them to get a better room, there simply isn\'t one. Also they FLAT OUT REFUSE to provide more than the two teeny towels for any reason. Go elsewhere, there are better options in the same street that are at the least bug less.

On my first day checking in the front desk person gave me a room that had blood and pee stains all over the bed. The room smelled like cigarettes and had a lot of mold on the floor. The towels were used when i went to ask for a room change i got called a dictator for calling them out. It had roaches everywhere the walls were nasty and so was the room. Very unsafe area! This placed should be ashamed for how much they charging folks to stay here when they have a roach infestation going on. I’m highly concerned and might call the health department to investigate them.

What is offered online is not what you get. Lists a complimentary breakfast they haven\'t offered in FOUR YEARS; and all rooms have a severe cockroach problem to the level where "bugs in my room even MY BED" isn\'t a valid reason to them to get a better room, there simply isn\'t one. Also they FLAT OUT REFUSE to provide more than the two teeny towels for any reason. Go elsewhere, there are better options in the same street that are at the least bug less.

Your site said that there was a breakfast. They haven't had it since Covid. The surfaces were not wiped down. I had to take a wet cloth to every flat surface. They were sticky and dirty. The mirrors were streaked and not clean. I turned off the light to go to bed and a bug climbed into bed with me. I killed him and struggled to sleep after that.

No shampoo or conditioner. Room was clean. Smelled smokey. Fixtures were new, so new they hadn't taken the plastic off one of the tables and the mirror had a bar code running across it. It's advertised with continental breakfast, but apparently they got rid of that during the pandemic. Seems like you could fix the website info in 4 years! Workmanship is shotty. It was a place to lay my head, but not much else.

Normally I don’t complain as I don’t expect much from a cheap hotel, but this was the worst experience my wife and I had at this place. The door would stick when trying to open it. The air conditioner controls were busted, so it had to be plugged in to run and unplugged to turn it off. The hair dryer didn’t work, and neither did the outlet in the bathroom. The toilet didn’t flush properly. The carpet had stains that I couldn’t describe. And to top it all off, we had some extra unwanted guests - bed bugs that came home with us. We’ve had minor issues before, but nothing this bad.

Website advertise there was breakfast and elevators, Neither one was there. Furniture in the room looked like it was gotten from goodwill. The room stunk of smoke and marijuana as he allowed smoking in the room.Even though there was no smoking signs on the door. The outside of the facility needed some very bad renovation work.
