Our room reeked of mildew, and had mold growing in the bathroom. Our door stopped working mid stay. I had to clean the pool before we could get in due to it beeing full of desd bugs, trash, and leaves.

Decent hotel to stay in, the rooms were clean. The only issue we had during our stay was the elevator. Elevator would stop working sometimes lol. If it didnt work, we had to use the stairs (was bot bad either way) Hopefully they fixed that.

Upon arriving at the property there was a sign that clearly stated check in began at 3 pm. It was definitely after 3 pm, I was notified that my room was not ready yet. We proceeded with the check in process and I was charged an additional $50.00 incidental fee that "will come off in 5 days after you check out." I was called after 4:30 pm to let me know that my room was ready. By that time, we were heading back to more baseball games so we were unable to check in to our room until after 8 pm. We checked out at 8:07 am. I booked a room with refrigerator and microwave and our room did not have a microwave. The pool was inoperable, and I feel that should have been noted somewhere prior to booking. I feel that the cleaning of the room was rushed and not very efficient. Under other circumstances, it may have been ok, but this time I was unhappy with the overall experience.

Air conditioner very loud. Room key keyed wrong. Wouldn’t open door. Had to go back to front desk and get someone to come look at it. Then wait for them go back down and rekey it.

Well to start with you can’t absolutely couldn’t check in until 3:00. That’s not a big deal if that’s the rule I get it but the attitude of the desk person was definitely not friendly. The worst thing is the swimming pool was closed and the lobby area was hot. There was a couple of people on staff that was very nice to deal with but most were snobby and uncaring of the situation. We basically spent around 200.00 per night and will definitely not go back.

SPIDERS, FILTH AND A SCARY OWNER then this place is for you. Disgusting! I would not even give it one star. Reeks of smokes and has the same decor from the 80’s. Elevators make a sound like they are about to crash and shake when they move and all guard rails are broken and hanging off inside the elevators and you can just see at least two inches of filth and dirt and debris all over. Room was filthy dirty and the hotel smells like smoke, musty and like a bar room. Oh and here is pic of the lovely phone right beside the toilet. So weird. This place is so gross!

Customer service was extremely rude and obnoxious, talking over me, when asked to explain why I was charged $75 pet fee when Expedia said $50. The woman was argumentative and completely out of line. They would not honor the amount on Expedia but that is not the reason I will not book here again.

TV did not work in room--had to be moved to another room-went from king to 2 queens--booked an additional room on separate booking for next night-requested if we could stay in same room all three nights--front desk made a note on reservation---did nothing, had to pack up and leave hotel and then come back at 3pm for check-in time. Poor

The staff was great especially TROY! He sent me a welcome text asked everyday while we were there of we needed anything. Breakfast was super awesome!! Pool was open even after summer days are over that was the best.

Overall the quick stay was fine. Only issue was breakfast was supposed to last till 10 on a Sunday and the staff was clearing out, putting up, and unplugging the food at 9:30-9:40. Had to ask for several things that they had taken and put away. If your breakfast is posted until 10am, leave it out for the customers until then. A group of firefighters staying at the hotel didn’t get much of anything because it was all put up.

We liked the convenience to the university. It was just a few minutes away. What we didn't like was the industrial neighborhood. For several blocks around the hotel, it looked like a truck convention. A beautiful lawn to walk the dog in would be nice.
