First, the staff was exceptionally welcoming, cordial, and helpful. The room was clean, quiet, and served its purpose. However, the property, which is very dated, was in the ‘motor court’ style - where the door opened to the parking lot. It had been raining for a few days, and the window AC unit was unable to keep the room from feeling a bit damp. The property is conveniently located (for me), but there’s not a lot happening in the immediate area.

So I'll admit, when I pulled up to the front of the hotel, I was a little hesitant. The front exterior looks dated and a little run down. However, as soon as I went inside, my opinion completely changed. The lobby, while small, was exceptionally clean and looked to have been recently renovated. The woman working the front desk was extremely polite and helpful. They even have a list of local restaurant recommendations which I appreciated since I had never been to the area. Our room was very clean and looked like it had been recently remodeled. On the back side of the building, they have a beautiful courtyard and pool area (complete with a waterfall)! I've stayed at numerous Best Westerns, and this was by far the nicest pool/courtyard of any of the ones that I've stayed at. For breakfast, they have the typical continental breakfast options. But here, Chef Joe serves you his freshly made food and is so friendly! I would definitely stay here again.

Very quick and friendly check in. The room was nicely decorated, bathroom had large shower with marble walls and cut rock floor. Everything worked well. Full breakfast with 2 meats, waffles, eggs. Pool with sharp landscape.

Clean and quiet, a little expensive dot what it is. Parking along the side in front of room is small and tight, if you have a bigger vehicle it was hard to park.

This place was nice . Do not judge the book by its cover because the inside of the room was outstanding . Parking was a little tight in front of my room but I do drive an over size vehicle. The breakfast was outstanding.

In my opinion best place to stay in Burnet, Tx. I love they have 2 tesla chargers and that this is a one story building, making it a big plus for those with bikes.

This property had been remodeled and looked brand new in the rooms, the lobby and the areas around the pool. The price was very reasonable. The desk staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast host was great also.

This is a beautiful hotel, and we would definitely stay here again. It’s in a quiet part of town, and the place was clean and well kept. It appears that recent renovations have made this hotel as nice as it is. The carpets are new and clean, and the bathroom was newly tiled. Water pressure was good with no fluctuation in hot water temperature during showering. The breakfast/eating area is very well-maintained. A friendly lady served food. the food was delicious and there was lots of selection.

Very good experience. Travelling from the UK and found the staff to be most helpful. Joe at breakfast was very attentive and kind. The lady on reception the next morning was also helpful giving recommendation on local tourist spots. A good nights sleep, clean accommodation and a good breakfast.

One of the nicest motel properties I have ever stayed at. Started with a wonderful person who checked us in. Friendly and helpful. The room was spotless. very convenient location to the areas we were visiting for the weekend, including Inks Lake and the caverns. Free breakfast was fabulous! Wide variety of breakfast fare to suit the taste of any guest. One nice touch was that a staff member was there to serve your breakfast to you. He plated the food, eliminating concern about multiple people handling food. Highly recommend!

It’s a property that isn’t new, BUT it was very clean. Great location. They even have white noise machines to help you sleep with any outside noises being drown out. Great breakfast.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The decor of the rooms and the lobby were exceptional. The breakfast was decent. There can be improvement in this area by allowing the guest to serve themselves versus having staff do it. I wasn’t exactly happy with the surcharge for the pets. I didn’t see anywhere on the website where it said that the surcharge would be $90 for a two night stayfor my two small 10 pound dogs.. I feel that information should be provided clearly.

Rick, he is the owner as we spoke checking out He's had that location for over 30 years and it shows in his hands-on of a nice clean environment. Joe was taking care of all the guests in the dining area for breakfast what a delightful person to start your morning out with. I've been there several times and course I will be back. Cary Shady
