They refused to honor my 2nd nite statue air conditioning did not work the tv did not work the sheets had black dust on them I called w in 30 mins of getting into the room. Housekeeping was gone they could not fix the tv. If I moved all my things n came to the front desk I could have the next room but it too didn’t have tv and no lites The pool is filthy and unswimmable there appears to be a diaper floating amidst the green yuck

Arrived and no one was at the check in desk for over 30 minutes. Lobby was hot with no AC, and smelled horrible. Checked in ...Parking lot was shady, with shady people walking around. Pool was closed and was covered with a black cover. Arrived into my room, OMG... terrible! I said to myself " I am NOT staying here" left the room card on the dresser and left. Got a much better, safe hotel down the street.

Open junction box with live wires underneath the A/C unit and the unit was supported by a piece of wood. POOL WAS OUT OF ORDER. Roaches, no hot water in sink, a/c did not cool room enough. Light beside the beds was not working because the wire had been cut. Breakfast was nonexistent. Hair Dryer didn't work; Glass picture frame was broken. Property is very run down. Wyndum should be ashamed of this property. This place is a dump.

Coffee was watered down , a puddle outside my door. Floor in room was dirty. Ac did not work well . Saw a drug deal while i was there . Pool was not open because of not being cleaned . Booked the room to see my grandkids i did not bring them there very unsafe for family to stay

Pool was green. I was not notified in advance. Hotel needs upgrades. There was a moldy smell when A/C was on. Many of the A/C covers were off on the walkway. It seems someone lived on the first floor under our room. It smelled like pot when walking by. I was charged $80 for two dogs. Very unexpected. I don't see staying there again with all the options in the area.

Roaches on my stuff, pillows walls and counters. Musty smell , mold on ceiling. No comfort or or blanket. Online chec in waste of time staff made me give license and sign again wasting my time.

Absolutely disgusting, black mold in the room bathroom light didn’t work and looked like blood stains on the floor by bathroom. The room stunk when you walked in. Tried to cancel my stay but they wouldn’t let me since I booked through Hotels.com

I checked into the hotel and was in the room for just a few moments because I could not get past the smell. The sheets and carpets had stains all over them. Looked at another room and it also smelled horrible.

Literal roach motel. Put some of our belongings on the desk, roaches scattered from behind the desk. Checked the bed, found bedbugs. Carpet was filthy, the room smelled terrible, the bedding didn’t look like it had been replaced in a while. We left in less than an hour.

Pool wasn’t cleaned first day we were there but was after. All bedding and towels were very stained. Had to change rooms because lock was messed up. 2nd room the AC was nasty and barely cooled the room down. Lamp in 2nd room between the beds was cut and shredded and couldn’t use. Best part of the entire trip was their Executive Housekeeper. She was sweet and lovely, and definitely deserves a raise!!

Terrible! Will never stay there again. Room 164 -A/C not cooling. Door locks broken. Toilet paper holder broken. Bathroom exhaust fan broken. No hair dryer Desk broken. Room 170-A/C not cooling & totally broke at 4am. Door locks broken. Toilet paper holder broken. Micro wave broken. Door locks broken. Never got any sleep! Room 147-A/C working. Door locks broken. Close rack in closet broken. Had to wait till 5am for a plunger to unstop the toilet from previous tenant. Continental breakfast! Unbelievable! Waffle maker broken. Toaster broken. Juice dispensers empty. Milk expired. Coffee day old and cold. No butter. Bread moldy. Nothing edible! Wouldn't stay there if they paid me! EXPECTING A REFUND!

Upon arrival I called to see if we could get an early check-in. I was told to check back after 2:00pm. I got there at 2:30pm and was charged $20 to check in 30 minutes early. I was not informed that when I called. We had 1/2 roll of toilet paper in the room. No extra. The a/c never cooled the room. The shower had little water pressure and the tub faucet ran as the shower was going. The reclining chair in the room was broken.

The staff was great. The room did not look like in did in the pictures on line. The place overall was pretty run down. Stained sheets, paint peeling walls, dirty molding etc. each day when I returned to my room I had to have my room card reset because it wouldn’t work. Cable was out so no tv most of my stay. And the internet was very sporadic. I definitely will never stay here again!

I was shocked when i went into the room. It looked run down. You could tell alit of patch work has been done, the room was out dated and the bathroom had no light. The tub was at least 50 years old and stepping inside tonshower you felt the tub was about to bust in the floor. I expected this place to be great,but its obvious that it has been taken over by people who dont care ,it wasnt worth 53 dollars. I stayed at Motel 6 and it was awesome. My advice stay somewhere else. Room 112 dont let them put you in there.

I did not like the very rude and unprofessional front checkin attendant. I arrived at 2:30pm to check in and was told i had to pay an additional 20 dollars to checkin if i wanted a room before 3pm. I paid the 20 dollars and then was told i needed to wait still. Very rude staff. Will never stay here again.

I thought our stay was great untill I was told I couldn't make anymore reservation for my say any longer that if I want to extend my stay I would need to do so with the front desk . So I then ask why and I got no answer really just that if I would like to extend my stay any further I would have to do so at the front desk. I asked if they would match the price that I've been receiving online and I was pretty much told no. I wanted to then book my stay online and I was told no. we had been staying there for well over two weeks and all of a sudden they want me to pay $100 pet fee for my husband's service dog which they knew about she swears she new nothing about him but every time we've stayed there in the past or this past two weeks they have always known we had an animal and they've always known he's with us all the time is my husband's service dog. They argued with me about not knowing but sees me every day walking him .. there sine says service animal excluded from pet fee. I was not paying that after two weeks of being there so she said to check out tomorrow and not come back. I can't understand why what did I do wrong she then said get it through my thick skull or head to check out tomorrow and don't come back here. My only reason is because I was extending my stay online for cheeper rates. Rant over .. house keeping was great

check in was ok...dropped my stuff in my room and left... when I returned to my room later my card key would not work... after 2 trips to the office still cound not get in my room... after 30 mins of staff and mgmt trying to open/reset the door lock still nothing...after my suggestion of checking the batteries they decided to.. turns out the contact plate was not making contact to the batteries in the locking mech... so after almost 40 mins I asked to move to another room but was told "I should be ok" wellonce in the room I find out the TV doesn't work... so they finally decided to just give me another room... I'm suprised that La Quinta would put their name on this building... obvously an old Motel ^ or such.... just sad.. should have spent a little more and stayed at the Hampton Inn nexr door...

The staff was rude, the ac in the room didnt work properly we requested for house keepong to clean the room and change the sheets and it was not done our room was dirty when we went to the front desk to see why it wasnt done was told we have no clean sheets. When we went to check out i tried speaking to the cleark about the roomhe was rude and had me a note book and said if yiu have a complaint you can put it in the book but Im not listening to your complaint. So i wrote it in the book.will not be staying there again.

As soon as I checked in there were cops at motel arresting some one trying to rob people. My towels and bed still had hair from tenants before. Room also smelled like mildew when I first got there.

Good little spot for our family. The staff was very friendly. The cops were in the area that was a little unsettling but nothing to big of a deal. All in all it was a good experience.

The management was terrible , didn’t even know what they were talking about , there appeared to be a severe drug and alcohol problem on the property .

Arrived and no one was at the check in desk for over 30 minutes. Lobby was hot with no AC, and smelled horrible. Checked in ...Parking lot was shady, with shady people walking around. Pool was closed and was covered with a black cover. Arrived into my room, OMG... terrible! I said to myself " I am NOT staying here" left the room card on the dresser and left. Got a much better, safe hotel down the street.

Coffee was watered down , a puddle outside my door. Floor in room was dirty. Ac did not work well . Saw a drug deal while i was there . Pool was not open because of not being cleaned . Booked the room to see my grandkids i did not bring them there very unsafe for family to stay

Pictures attached to this hotel are not of this La Quinta! Very deceiving. First thing, light didn't work. TV had to be connected manually each use. Phone didn't work. No knob on inside of bathroom door. If it closed you couldn't open it to get out. Carpet was stained and dirty. Tub seam very moldy. Breakfast included?? No food except 1 container that looked like cheerios cereal. Some bread but a dirty toaster. No butter or jams. Nothing hot like the pictures show. Waffle maker was very gross. Can only imagine what the batter container must be like. 3 yogurts and some wayery milk. 1 carafe of coffee but NO sugar or cream. I will however have to say the staff was friendly.

We stayed 3 nights & our room was never cleaned or linens changed. We picked up clean towels at front desk that smelled like mildew. Breakfast was a joke! Cheeries in a Tupperware container, butter in a big tub for everyone to dig in, no oatmeal, waffle syrup off brand & no flavor. Very disappointed in LaQuinta letting this hotel be sub-par!

Terrible! Will never stay there again. Room 164 -A/C not cooling. Door locks broken. Toilet paper holder broken. Bathroom exhaust fan broken. No hair dryer Desk broken. Room 170-A/C not cooling & totally broke at 4am. Door locks broken. Toilet paper holder broken. Micro wave broken. Door locks broken. Never got any sleep! Room 147-A/C working. Door locks broken. Close rack in closet broken. Had to wait till 5am for a plunger to unstop the toilet from previous tenant. Continental breakfast! Unbelievable! Waffle maker broken. Toaster broken. Juice dispensers empty. Milk expired. Coffee day old and cold. No butter. Bread moldy. Nothing edible! Wouldn't stay there if they paid me! EXPECTING A REFUND!

Went for the breakfast and all they had was coffee, no sugar. Milk was for creamer and cereal,juice machine was not working. Waffle was decent but I don't like cold syrup on my waffle. I've stayed at quite a few La Quinta's and I wasn't impressed at all with this one.

It’s a very quiet place besides people having fun with their families in the pool.. room was clean when I got here and bed was comfortable.. employees are very nice.. and had a small breakfast but good.. Thank you and I will be back

Was the worst experience no bed covers No toilet paper No cable Room took for ever to get cool Entire time room smelled like smoke and mold along with a fragrance of urine. This is the second time in different la Quinta this happened. It should not be you get what you pay for it’s not professional for any amount money.

I chose this hotel for the breakfast, the nice pool in the picture, and the clean rooms. Turns out, the breakfast was insufficient, the pool was not usable, and the rooms were horrible. We had roaches. The linens were dirty and stained, the AC was loud and fairly ineffective. Overall, it did not feel clean.

Rooms are musty smelling, breakfast was awful. Old coffee, juicer didn't work, waffle maker didn't cook them completely, bite sized prepackaged mini muffins, creamer was expired.

Room was rundown, restroom and faucets were old, breakfast was very limited, juice dispenser and toaster was broken. Only thing they had to offer was waffle mix that tasted sour as if it were expired.

The lobby didn’t have ac’s the staff is very friendly but of course we didn’t stay. We end up getting a room some where else. It was a really bad experience and will never again go back. The other place we went to was safer, nicer and very clean.

Room was awful smelled moldy and like vomit room needed to be vacuumed better hair on shower wall chair in room broken tub faucet appears to be getting ready to collapse towels in the room stained and dirty looking no amenities housekeeping was awful they just put more stained towels in the room didn’t replenish with anything ice machine was broken the waffle mix was empty @ 6am that’s when the continental breakfast was served so an empty container was placed instead of a full one.

This hotel rates lower than a motel 6. The owne has no pride in ownership. LaQuinta should pull their name from this property. The 1st room we were assigned smelled terrible, the TV didnt work, there was a huge old stain on the ceiling, and the bathroom light didnt work. We were assigned a new room, it was much cleaner though the TV was in the early stages of going out, the fridge didn't work and looked like it was out of the 1990's, and one of the blackout/ private curtains was missing. There were roaches crawling around near the ice machine in the lobby. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and tried to make out stay pleasant. I do not recommend this location.

One fitted and one cover sheet on each bed. No blankets or bedspreads to cover with. Had a two night stay booked but woukd not stay the second night. No refund. Now I know why. Would never stay there again and reluctant to stay at a La Quinta.
