The hotel has a wet, musty smell. We got to our room; the bathroom door was locked. We called the front desk&they took so long that my husband eventually got it open. Bedtime, we all took showers, WITH NO HOT WATER. It was late we figured it will be on tomorrow, let's just go to bed its late. Next day, swimming in the pool, there were no pool towels outside, so I told my son to go to the front desk &get towels. I later ran into the front desk staff (Vicky) who stopped me& said are those boys yours? I said yes. She said I had to yell at them for coming into the hotel wet. I apologized&said told him to come in because the pool towel shelf was empty. She said oh no we aren't like a nice hotel; we don't keep towels out there because people will just hop the fence &steal them. 2nd night showers still cold, I called the front desk and told her we have no hot water& it was the same the previous night. Vicky says is a harsh tone why didn't you call last night, if it was a problem, you should have called yesterday, I said I am calling now, my girls just took a cold shower, we have no hot water. She repeated why did we not call yesterday then came up to the room to see if we had hot water. I told her we didn't, my husband was in the bathroom, and she said ill come later to. She eventually told me to go stay at another hotel, "she doesn't care" i asked for the manager's number. she told me no. she was awful. never resolved issues, only aggressively questioned us&made us extrmely uncomfy
