The bathtub had cracks and what looked like rust. Bottom of tub needed some deep cleaning. When we walked in room smelled like cigarette smoke. Good thing i brought my lysol. No fridge, no microwave, no nothing. Pool closed early. Didn't get to use it. Wont be coming here again.

I don’t know where to start, there was roaches in my room and my guest room, woke up to a lady screaming early in the morning which that can happen at any hotel but this was my experience there, the pool area has a hot tub and it has a sign that says front desk controls temperature, but sadly it was not working. They do not mop the floors at all my kids feet was so dirty from just walking without shoes. I will never stay here again also someone’s vehicle was stolen this morning.

People can dog all they want it was clean and affordable and good location. The shower head no joke was the best! Lol it felt like a blaster on you and felt so good. Comfy beds and allowed pets. We’d stay again for sure! Was a last minute 4th of July weekend so to get a hotel was amazing and this one may look on the outside not so great but inside it does the job!

Not worth saving the extra money. Booked 3 nights, cancelled and left after 1. Room was disgusting, every surface was filthy, floor was greasy, sheets and towels stained, and guaranteed to have bedbugs (found the next morning). DO NOT STAY HERE.

Sheets had cigarette burns. Towels were stained. Floor was filthy and the non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes and dirty socks. Reserved for 2 nights, left after first night. Shower was good though.

This hotel was not the best. The shower curtain had mold on it, the bed had blood stains on it, there was German roaches, and the room was bowing in the middle. The dresser they had in there would not stay closed, we will never stay here again!

If there was an option for negative stars that’s what this hotel would get. First off I was greeted at the door with roaches as soon as I opened it. It smelled like smoke, beds look like they have never washed the sheets and blankets since this place was built. Floors were stained and everything was disgusting. I asked to move rooms and it was 1000x worse lol Not alone that there is crackheads out on the balconies all night and you can hear everything that goes on, also there were cars racing all night long! The restrooms were nasty. I flushed the toilet and water overflowed everywhere. The room smells, everything was dusty and it was not worth it. Spend your money elsewhere. I don’t know who gives this place a good rating but don’t believe those. Never again.

Room was clean, no signs of bugs or dirty sheets or drapes. Sort of disappointed that there was no microwave or small fridge but thats a personal preference for me. It was nice walking into the room where they actually had the ac on and it wasnt strifling hot inside the room. The room was equipped with a nice size television, toiletries, and such. We stayed in a king accessible room and it was pleasant. Only real downside to this stay was the bed. It was not very comfortable and the pillows were so thin that it hardly felt like having a pillow at all. The price we paid was fair considering it was Memorial Day weekend and all the other hotels/motels jacked their prices up.

Check in wasnt until 4 so i had to wait around for a room to be available. The lock on my door didnt work and the latch was broken. The hotel is very dated and the bedding had rips and cigarette burns.

floor was so wet with humidity you slip around on it like it was ice..A/C unit did not keep floor dry...had to wear shoes all time even to get into shower...made stay very uncomfortable!

Our room was clean. Check in and out was quick and easy. The front desk person when we checked in needed to smile a little more. Checkout lady was nice and smiled. Our room did not have a fridge and no rack to put our suitcase. But it was clean.

A couple walked in to our room after we Checked in saying that they had the same room key as us. It was very scary. They went to the front desk and we didn’t see them again but I was with my family and my two girls were very scared.

The staff was good, very friendly and helpful. The room had a pool chair at the desk and the blanket had oil stains on it. Even though the staff fixed it, it’s something that should have not happened. The shower head was broken and water got all over the floor. Over all I got what I paid for.

The rooms had a strong odor, and this comes from a smoker. Also, we had several issues from the toilet leaking in our first room and then the key reader went out and we were locked out of our replacement room. Staff was very friendly and timely on fixing all issues, but with these issues as well as low cleaning standards I will definitely pay more to stay in a little nicer place next time.

The beds were not made after first nights stay, I went early in the morning to get copy and just to set in lounge and get some computer work done but the clerk would not let me into the lounge and told me the Wi-Fi was down? He did everything to run me off, just very unprofessional, I won’t stay there again, I’ve travel a lot and this was. The worst experience I’ve had

Clean and slept well, just what we needed comfortable beds whataburger close by walked over for bfast. Friendly staff, easy check in, hot fresh coffee available.Movie theater close by walked over to watch a movie. Convenient location. Would stay again

We saw a couple by the stairs that were smoking and checking everyone out. Asking for money. Every time we came in or out they were still in exact same spot. Never didn’t see them.

The property was run down. Exterior needs paint. Interior, shower was dingy looking but clean and desperately needs a new mattress as each spring can be felt. The worst part by far was the lack of keeping the rif-raf out of the property, there was screaming fights all night long with stomping and slamming doors.

Great location. Lots of shopping and food options close by. Loved how many animals were on the property clearly a big reason for choosing this place for many people. Grateful to have our dog with us the whole trip.

Air condition did not work in my room alot of drug dealers outside loud reckless people. Alot of cockroaches in the room. This will be my last time staying here. Use to be my go to now it is so bad
