The desk clerk was very nice and worked hard to help me with situation. However, the rear entrance, which I had been directed to use, was a disaster. The door into the hall was damaged so that a key card was of no value and one could walk in--not very good for security! In the outer hall leading from that door, there was glass shattered and scattered all over--it looked like a light fixture had been broken. The interior of the room was OK clean. The main hall was not very clean on the carpet.

Room was recently renovated and you could see they were in process of replacing all the mattresses. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure is shower was low and water was warm enough but never got very hot. We were pulling a boat and the parking lot cannot really accommodate for trailers. But overall a good place to stay for 1 night.

The first two rooms that we were given smelled like dogs and cats. I understand that they host pets at this hotel but it was unbearable. We were given a third room that smelled much better and the staff were very helpful in getting the switch made. It seems that the hotel has been updated in parts. Breakfast area is nice and new. Pool/fitness area are in bad shape. Our kids swam and had fun, but the pool floor and surroundings were very old and worn. Overall we would not stay again until rooms are updated with hardwood floors so they don’t hold in smells from people and pets.

The room looked cleaner than the rest of the property. However, even though it looked pretty clean .... the SMELL was horrific and the carpet in the room was nasty. Not visually but i felt violated walking on it. I felt gross after being in the room even though visually it looked clean. The blinds/curtain didnt do very good either at keeping the light out from the street lights or the sun. For the area, I would recommend spending that little bit more and checking out a different hotel.

I ended up at the Days Inn after walking out of a nasty hotel down the road. It was great. The parking lot was well kept, the lobby and front desk area was very clean. The clerk was super friendly. Most importantly…..my room was spotless, roomy, comfortable and quiet. Highly recommend.

The bed sheets was dirty, plus the mattress have two dark stain that are visible even with the sheets on, each stain over 10 inches. I took pictures of the dirty sheets plus the mattress stain. I complained at the desk about the dirty bed, the lady just gave me a set of sheets and she didn’t offer to do the bed, she gave for me to do! Awful stay, in case someone are given room 119, check the mattress or avoid stay in this place all together.

Room not as described in reservation. Very small room for 4 adults. Told it would sleep 5: did NOT! Not enough towels etc. or cups for 4 adults. Windows so dirty had to keep shade down. Only one (plastic) chair in room. Bathroom door squeaky, noise from dogs and trains. Breakfast was adequate but would not stay here again!

It may not look like much from outside but this location is excellent! Very clean. Nice, updated room. Great lighting. Cool air. Lots of outlets and charge ports around the room. Extra care had been taken to fold towels into bows and animals. Once we had time to get settled the front desk called to check that everything was satisfactory and see if we needed anything. Great breakfast options with good coffee! The pool was under construction but we were invited to use the neighbor location for swimming. We’re coming to end of a trip of over 2,000 miles and this was the best small town, roadside hotel stops we’ve made. Keep in mind this is a cattle town, the staff have taken extra care to be sure the hotel and rooms are (and smell) clean and fresh!

The hotel was recently renovated and they did a great job. I have stayed there prior to the renovation, what a difference!!! I LOVED that the room has a ceiling fan in addition to the a/c unit. Close to the highway and eating establishments The only downfall, and the hotel has absolutely no control of it, is the ENTIRE city smells like poop! NO JOKE.

Our room had an odor from being "pet friendly" and my shoes would stick to the floor a little, but the bed and the bathroom seemed clean. The person at the counter when checking us in told us she was new, and she ended up charging our card for the room when we had already paid through Hotels.com. The double charge issue was caught quickly and didn't end up being a problem.

I had paid for the room, we were unable to get there early so I called to let them know we wouldn’t be there until approximately 330 am. I was told I would have to be there before 3. I told the desk clerk that the room was already paid for she said well that’s to bad you have to be here by 3. It was my room until 11am I should be able to check in when ever I want. I will never book a Days Inn again. I should receive my money back. Mind you we were traveling with a newborn

The hotel is very safe with the police station right behind it. The manager, I believe her name was Ann, was also an absolute joy to chat with. I forget the name of the other employee who was there when we first went in, but she was very cold and blunt. Not what I expect from hotel staff, but not the worst thing to happen. The Texas shaped waffles were great and the location was very easy to get to.

The front desk staff who checked us in was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Our room had an unpleasant odor, and she had us assigned to a room within seconds. She also made sure we had extra bedding as there were 5 of us. The beds were comfortable, the room was dark and the AC worked well. The hotel was not very clean and breakfast was pretty awful. The gravy for the biscuits was chunky and looked like it had been reheated from the last several days. The coffee was also really bad, with an oily residue on top.
