People were in the pool when should have been shut down. When you can't see the bottom because water is too dirty it is a health hazard. Every ice machine was broken. Staff very unfriendly and didn't care about the guests at all. This location has a lot of potential but needs people who care.

The LaQuinta Cityview was a nice convenient place for us to stay. The staff was courteous. Parking was easy. Breakfast was ok. Scrambled eggs, link sausage, and waffles were offered along with juice, cereal and mini-muffins. Beds were ok. The only thing I wish was better was the lighting in the bathroom. I like a bright bathroom and this wasn't. I also would have preferred more water pressure, and the shower head was kind of low. I'm average height but I can imagine the trouble a tall person (over 6 ft) would have with it.

Even though the eggs and sausage was made fresh, breakfast lacked some keys nutrition like fruit. Options were pretty basic but fresh so not too bad. The room was okay. I observed that the bathtub still had hair in it from the previous person and the bed had a noticeable dip in it on the left side. However, for the price you get what you get.

Dirtiest hotel I’ve stayed at. There is mold everywhere, dust, and residue that has been there for I don’t know how long. Breakfast was terrible and wasn’t served one day because the kitchen never showed up. Pool was closed probably due to weather and first floor power went out so no elevator or water. They would run out of coffee almost immediately and it wasn’t good anyways.

My room was filthy the pull out couch had food and stains all on the sheets and blankets. When it was time to shower I pulled a towel out and there was nothing but stains and hair. I called the front desk if I can get more clean towels and he said yes but if I wanted them I’d have to go get them myself. Very inconvenient. It was not my fault the room and linens were dirty and not washed. The room had stains everywhere dirty doors. The easiest things that can be cleaned were not. Our bed also had stained blankets and sheets. Yes I know some stains are hard to get out but for everything to be stained and look so filthy is ridiculous. The service for the morning staff at the front desk needs more customer service training. Never again will I stay here nor recommend to ANYONE. The only nice part was plenty of parking and the man that worked the night shift was very nice and welcoming.

The room was not cleaned properly. There was hair in the shower and poop marks in the toilet bowl. Towles were ragged. AC setup was weird and not easy to set the temp and the circulation fan did not work. Maintenance has not repaired a wall paint large chip and floor baseboards in bathroom were coming off and dirty. I would give the bed a 7 rating.

This place is not suitable for an animal to dwell in, talk less of a human being. A total disgrace! This property is filthy and unkept. The public restroom in the lobby had dried blood on the toilet seats and was smelling of feces. When you got to the rooms upstairs, it looked as if it was from a part of a clip from a horror movie. The hallways were dark and everything seemed sketchy. My room had a huge stain on the carpet, the bedding was was old and dingy (with stains as well), and the bathroom was horrific! It smelled of body odor. The shower looked as if it had not been washed for days, and the toilet seat had some sort of residue. It was just a total nightmare! To make a long story short, I returned the key immediately and booked a room at another hotel. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Worst of all, if you are booking through Expedia, good luck! They make it so complicated to get your money back.

We reserved a non smoking room and definitely was not.The sheets were dirty and still had hair in it. The shower had hair and the counter was very dusty. There was 2 vapes under the table already there. Not going here again.

1. Room does not get cleaned unless you ask for it in advance. 2. Coffee packets in the room are undrinkable. Had to go to the lobby for “fresh” coffee 3. Very limited selections of tv channels, had to spend 40 minutes in the phone with the velocity (service provider) people to finally they said nothing could be done. 4. Hotel looks torn down in several areas. 5. Reasonable price but not happy overall.

I had a few issues here. My room neighbors were noisy, (I could hear their tv and his snoring like they were in my room). The bar close by was very loud at night. My key hardly worked…. I had a bathroom light was out. And even with my do not disposing out, was interrupted by housekeeping. I won’t be staying here again.

The hotel was okay. The room was clean-ish. The beds said queen but were definitely full sized the AC unit didn’t work and when asked if they can fix it they said they would and nothing was done after. Breakfast was very good no complaints there. Parking wasn’t an issue. Besides the hot room all night it wasn’t a bad experience.

What was great was the location - close to stores and restaurants all within a few minutes. Room was clean and in good order. Overall we enjoyed our stay. What would need improvement is. 1. no coat hangers in the room and front desk said they were aware that they needed to buy more, 2.the installed mirror over the sink in the bathroom was nice but way to close to the water faucet preventing the water from freely flowing 3. the TV remote - only certain functions would work - had to turn off/on and adjust volume manually at the TV. and last - our room 200 over looked a strip mall - there was late night partying in the parking room - loud talking / noise, music and cars going up and down. Not something the hotel can maybe manage but still annoying. Thanks

The walls are paper thin!! You can literally hear everything in the room next to you. We stayed on the first floor in room 120 and we could hear everything the neighboring room did from talking to using the restroom. They weren’t being loud, the walls and gaps under the doors just offer zero privacy. I would not recommend staying here.

The checkin, checkout, and breakfast personnel were annoyed at best to help anyone staying at the hotel. Rather disappointing service that leaves a big blemish on a rather decent physical hotel space. Only other issue was that one of the elevators was unfunctional during our stay which caused a longer walk to use the other lift. Very minor detail and sometimes uncontrollable compared to simple care and effort by employees which is always controllable.

I was verbally attacked by an employee because I grabbed a bagel with my hand. I didn't see the tongs that were buried in the bagel slicer. After he very rudely told me to use the tongs, I kindly apologized. I immediately felt horrible. But then he compared me to a child, an immigrant and an idiot. He also said that nobody wants to eat food that my nasty ass hands have touched. (I only touched my bagel that I put on my plate.) I asked him to leave me alone and he continued so I went to the front desk to ask for help. I begged them to make him leave me alone. I was told that there was nothing they could do because they were not his boss. I was left helpless. I started to just go back to my room when I heard him scream, "See he didn't have a problem seeing the tongs". I was humiliated and stunned. If I could put a billboard in front of this property to warn people I would. The way this man acted, there is no way this was his first time doing this. He said over and over for me to talk to his manager, 'She'll tell you the same thing." This property needs a complete overhaul of their staff. This man degraded me and belittled me in front of other guests. After he gave me his name he said, and 'I've worked here for years and I'll be working here for years to come.'

Broken toilet and heating system wasn’t working on these cold days. We were able to play with the heating system by adding paper behind the plug. but it didn’t stay for a long period of time. The front desk said someone would fix it but nothing happened.

When we checked in, they originally gave us a dirty room. Trash in the room, beds clearly slept in. Took a long time waiting up front with our luggage for someone to come back out and help resolve the issue. We were there for 3 nights and house-keeping never came into our room, which was surprising.

The original room we were put in (110 accessible) was dirty upon entering. Dirty towels all over the place, garbage everywhere, dirty linen on beds, wires hanging from the lamps and A/C. I told the woman at the front desk who was extremely rude. She informed me there was nothing she could do, and that would be the room I had for the night. I told her just to send someone to clean it and we would wait, she said she was the only one there and wasn't going to be doing it. I told her to give me the linen, and I would just do it, and she told me that she wasn't doing that either. She said that was the only accessible room she had, but I explained she would need to refund my money for the stay, clean that one, or find another accessible room, as my father cannot walk. She was then able to find one on the 2nd floor (210 accessible). She openly mocked me multiple times at the front desk and at the elevators. Besides the check in issues and unclean conditions there was also a man dealing drugs openly.

This Hotel is located next to shopping, dinning and convenient stores. It was very clean and quiet. Some of the dislikes were when I requested towels I had to go get them from the front desk. The free breakfast was not available at the time indicated

Was very happy with my stay with the exception of the very noisy bar at the back side of the hotel. If I return, I would request a room that faces the front side and not the pool/back of hotel. It gets loud!

I’m staying here for business and actually live in the region. I used to live near this hotel. The area isn’t perfect but still a good, mostly safe area and the hotel is priced great compared to nearby alternatives. It’s great here if you don’t need anything fancy.

Breakfast was only so-so. Waffle batter was too thick and difficult to get to come out and not enough in container to fill the waffle iron. Ran out of coffee with still over an hour left for breakfast time. Eggs were not good either. Also water in shower did not maintain a constant temperature. Got colder and hotter while showering. Bed was comfortable though, and location was convenient with several restaurant/bar options close by.

Enjoyed my stay here. Room was very clean. Staff efficient and helpful. The downside was breakfast. The area was so messy (split food not cleaned up, some items empty and not replenished, dirty tables not cleaned / generally so bad we skipped the breakfast provide on two days and ate at a nearby IHOP.

The pool was green and closed. Breakfast was disgusting. Milk was expired for -0 days. No more available. Bagels had mold spots. The breakfast area was dirty. Gas station next store was cleaner. Lots of trash sat in hallways. Homeless people propped open doors so they could enter. When staff was notified they said ok. It kept happening.

I requested a cleaning service mid-stay but no one came to clean our room, so I requested again next day, and still no one came to clean the next day. Front desk didn't seem to care nor have any concern as to why cleaning service never came. Water pressure in the shower and faucet was very light. The fridge froze all our drinks so we couldn't use it. The waffles were sour and inedible. The air conditioner was really loud. The parking lot street lamp outside was flickering all week and was never fixed. It was like a strobe light in the parking lot, which can make people very dizzy trying to park there at night. And the pool did not appear clean. I will not be staying here again.

Hotel was mostly clean and comfortable. Shower was nice but only had a small soap holder. There was no where for shampoo/conditioner, etc. Breakfast wasn’t great. Sausage was barely warmed, eggs were partially runny and partially burnt. No biscuits and gravy.
