We just booked the property in May 2026. The location was excellent, and the atmosphere was fantastic. The property owner was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely return and book again.

Great place for a stay that is walking distance to the Kemah Boardwalk. House was clean and cool. Great views of the bay. Overall excellent experience. If there was one thing to improve on it would be the privacy of the backyard as people kept coming into/near the backyard because the view from there is just that amazing.

The location is amazing, everything was clean, communication was great. Great. The dock is fantastic. I would probably caution bringing small children to this property. It's not very childproof at all. A lot of the different rooms are not co-located with each other. Which is fine for adults. Definitely a good time party pad!
